Why not just get the cards laminated ? You can buy a laminating machine at Wal-Mart for around 20 bucks and the paper ( in packs of 20 sheets) for 7 dollars. You can fit 4 cards or two charts in each sheet

I have everything laminated, charts, cards, booklets (I learned years back when a Coke spilled on some stuff). One you get them laminated, you don't have to keep putting them back into sleeves and such...they're just there.

Once the card is in the sleeve it stays there...There is no reason to remove it. You store it in the sleeve & everything. The nice thing about the sleeves is that you don't kill the value of your cards by laminating them. Plus, lamination is flimsy; these are sturdy & quite nice. Well worth the investment in my opinion; which is why I bought them.

You gotta call and place your order over the phone (number is on the website). They don't have all their stuff up on the web. That's what I did. It was real easy and the people there were very nice. I ordered them Monday and they said they would be sent out by UPS today. Should have them by the end of the week.

You can fit 4 cards or two charts in each sheet Is it difficult to cut them evenly? If I couldnt get them all the same size it would drive me nuts When I first started doing it, in the early 90s, some of my handiwork isn’t pretty. Now, I simply make sure I have a sharp pair of scissors and simply slice up the side. I don’t even have to cut. The slice makes it clean. I’ve used a paper cutter before as well. Another clean slice (just make sure you line it up right !!!) Once the card is in the sleeve it stays there...There is no reason to remove it. You store it in the sleeve & everything. But this is just a hard 4.25x5 cover you simply stick the card in correct?
