I'am a promoter who likes a mix of Sports Entertainment and Legit Wrestling, when it comes rite down to the wrestling it's all about the dice rolls. I will build the storylines up prior to a key match and then the outcome of the match via the dice will decide the path I'll take depending on the prior build-up...
I really don't like calling a end result to a match and have not done that at all since I've been playing this game, the game play is key to having legit matches.

Legit. I've toned it down somewhat for NB, but in my fed that I played up till 2102, I was pretty stringent on how I ran the promotion. Tag wrestlers never competed in singles. Singles never competed in tags. A wrestler could only appear on at most two shows a month (TV and PPV). Champions never competed outside of title matches and the odd special event.
The whole idea, was it gave the promotion a "legit" feeling, but it also made it so I would have to use everyone in the promotion. If you've ever played those years, you know it's pretty darn tempting to avoid using the Serpent Unman for instance. This way I forced myself to.

Mine is more legit, I look at Deimos Arena as a Babylon 5 type place. It not only houses GWF wrestling but Galaxy wide delegates and wrestling plays an important role in gaining influence for various planets.

When I say legit though I mean not pre-determined. I probably should've been more specific. Obviously you're not the one doing the predetermining, but as a scripted event or legit fighting. I don't predetermine my winners, though I will use outside interference on occasion to try and save a storyline, but mostly I let the dice tell the story and write around the results. I have stacked the odds on occasion to push a story, but the victim of the stacking still has a chance to come out the winner which adds even more possibilities to the fed.

I do my feds with a "sports entertainment" flair, even my POW and POW Throwdown! feds. Of course the matches are legit contests to see who is the better man, but I do have storys and try to book my matches in a manner that makes since to the story depending on who's winning the "feud." And of course dice come up with some very interesting fueds sometimes too.

A mixture of both for me.
