That's cool. With my guesses I got Oracle, Swarm, and Tricks right and another one of the honorable mentions correct. I was only way off with one guess.
I still think it would be a great idea tro do this once again next year for GWF 2125 at both GenCon for general game fans and at the San Diego Con for comic book fans and then compare the two results.

Technically you only got Swarm right. The other two were not in the top five vote getters which I believe was the contest. My guesse of Hector, sly, she devil, Panther Warrior and Endgame were dead on though. EDIT - My bad, I just checked and it was guessing the top ten. Even Havoc makes a mistake once every year or so.

Gencon attendees really dig Animen and the Dark Carnival. Proof that the GWF does not push talent on looks alone. Although arguably the top feud in the game in 2124 (Sly and Hector) came out tied for first. It's kind of funny how that worked out. Maybe those guys just ooze "main event mojo".

Hector the Holy Brown Bear The Aethran Overmaster Swarm Thraxx Endgame Bonus...have to throw in at least one woman...cause she would be in my top 5: Shann-Ra (followed closely by She Devil!) 4 out of 5 (5 if you count the Honorable Mentions!) on the males listed and 1 out of 2 on the females...Not too bad...and honestly i almost put Panther Warrior on instead of the Overmaster...oh well...can't believe that Shann-Ra wasn't top 10...becasue we all know she is a "10"! Straight Art/Color wise, you really can't argue too much with what came out. I personally don't get the attraction to Sly (still not completely sold on this guy...) but maybe it is the "Storm Troopers" that appeal to the gaming crowd...

The Sly card that was picked was his solo drawing. The "commissioner" card got two votes.
A lot of people pointed to him and said, "I like the cowboy." I didn't correct them, but it made me laugh inside.

It must be the background...as that really brings out the "controversy" of the character and takes the drawing to another "dimemsion"...depth. I must not be a big fan of "cowboys"...Dorado Sundown really didn't "do anything" for me either.

And of course he isn't a cowboy anyway, but a mercenary outlaw. I agree with the game fans, it's a very cool card and looks even better in color.

It was really cool watching people vote. I helped record results for a bit. I thought it was interesting how many people liked Thraxx but didn't really care about Zygon as much. I agree with the top 3 votes. Those are all very cool drawings.

Panther Warrior messes with my mind because he's in a panther crouch looking just like the real big cat, and then these extremely human hands jump out at me. But maybe that's what people found interesting.
