LWF RATINGS SINGLESCHAMPION - Mil Mascaras 1. Frank Gotch 2. The Destroyer 3. Ivan Koloff 4. D-Lo Brown 5. Ilio Dipaolo TAG TEAMSCHAMPIONS - Midnight Express 1. RVD & Sabu 2. Love Brothers 3. Road Warriors 4. Vachons 5. Kangaroos[/center] WHAT'S HAPPENING Bill Apter Congratulations to Mil Mascaras for defeating LWF Champion Frank Gotch in a two of three falls match in front of a sold out crowd in Philadelphia. Gotch called this match one of the toughest in his career and admitted he under estimated his opponent's ability. Gotch hopes Mascaras enjoys his title run because he plans on making it a short one. The Midnight Express successfully defended their LWF tag team titles against the Road Warriors despite dropping a match to the Legion Of Doom the week before. The Midnight Express and manager Jim Cornette are preparing to face the new number one contenders RVD & Sabu later this month. The French Angel Maurice Tillet has a score to settle with Greg The Hammer Valentine after Valentine brutally beat Tillet outside the ring causing Tillet to lose the match by count out.

Congrats to Mascaras!
Although somehow Mascaras has inexplicably yet to win his first title in my LOW fed Major League Wrestling (and I've had my fed going for years with a brand split that actually opens up title opportunities), I think it's awesome he's the champion in your fed Captain Cold!
Great start and I'm looking forward to reading more of these results!

Thanks guys after reading Smathis's non storyline thread I was inspired to try something different and let the dice determine the storylines and feuds for me. I think someone called it the organic approach. In the past whenever I tried coming up with things I always ended up painting myself in a corner and becoming frustrated. The organic approach is working great so far. There are a lot more things I'd like to add with along the ratings like thumbs up thumbs down, most popular, most hated, etc. So I guess you could call this fed a work in progress. Mil Mascaras has always done great for me in fact in my very first legendas fed 5 years ago he defended the title 24 straight times before losing to( believe it or not) Hacksaw Duggan. Duggan had been on a hot streak and Mascaras had beaten everyone else so I gave Duggan the shot. I remember sitting at the kitchen table when I rolled snake eyes for Duggan's flying spear. It was one of those moments when you could hear a pin drop. Thanks for reading more coming soon !
