CotgOnline Suggestion/Request: I think it would be great when/if Mike Melesky's Early Classics gets released online that some more characters could be added. A couple at the very least would be nice, but 8-10 would be fantastic. Certainly, Mike should stay in the process. Heck, maybe he had some more guys that just didn't make the final cut. Or combine some of his ideas with some board-member characters or something. For me, the very small roster size the only negative side to the set. An idea to use might be that these all these guys only wrestled part-time or something. Just think about it.

I'm in EC right now and think it's a fantastic idea. There are guys there, who due to space limitations, never got an update/downgrade (whichever you prefer). So, let's say, Rama got stuck with that high PIN, all those down -3s and "C"'s on his charts for his career. I'd like to see him tinkered with a bit with online. Plus, and Mike would surely agree, we could fix those little things like Jammer's (ch G) option on L1O

Mike M is an incredible creative asset...having him expand upon the stellar work he did in the EC set would be a sure fire home run. In terms of the number of new characters...the more he creates the happier I'd be. There's so many years to work with...and so much potential out there to explore. That's one of the elements that gives EC it's unique appeal. This would also be a great way for CotG Online to create a value for players not currently found anywhere else.

I'm also getting ready to start the boring year...2082. I'd love more characters, because in 2082 we get a Morpheus downgrade, the Crosscurrents leave and no one new!

If this does happen, my request would be to see some of the EC cards conform to the established card creation guidelines. There aren't a lot of errors in that regard, but the ones that are there can make a big difference (like Jammer having one of the deathjump (ch) situations on L1O). It would be great if this could come about. Let's bring the parties to the table!

I think this is a fabulous idea as well. I know that Mike originally proposed this to go along with the release of 2087. Hopefully Kris and Tom can get this on the 2008 release schedule.

I absolutely can NOT wait for Early Classics to arrive online. The single biggest thing that appealed to me about COTG online was that I would be able to use the simulator/stat tracker to help me finally do the re-start I've been wanting to do and flesh out the early history of my fed.
The only reason I do not have COTG online yet is because Early Classics isn't available yet. I really, really hope it comes out in the coming months.

I want updates for guys, but not necessarily new characters, because I want every official character included in my fed and I've already played 2076-2081. I don't want to restart again!

Updates should be easy to do online. I'm pretty sure Mike M. said awhile back that he would change Blood if he could...make him a little better. Definitely agree that updates should be thrown in for guys also.
