I agree that Nigel would be a better fit in TNA, but I hope that they don't waste him as they have with so much of their younger talent. Dude, it's TNA. He's going to get shoved down into either the X-Division or the Tag Division. I think the tag team of Nigel McGuinness and Doug Williams would be great.

I've just read the spoilers, and it sounds like he's got more going for him than random insertion into an X Division Gauntlet.
Interestingly, I read today that WWE were the ones that pulled the deal from the table once his health tests came back.

History of muscle tears and getting other injuries, and that he's probably on the juice. (Say what you want, there's enough to back up that claim.)

Yeah I couldn't believe they would sign him after his history of injury. I think - if he could stay healthy - he could have been huge in the WWE. Maybe he has a couple healthy years in TNA, and then moves on. Good luck to Nigel!

I know TNA has a bad track record with booking, but Nigel signing with them might be better for him to get a slower schedule and get healthy in the long run and if ( big if ) he's pushed well the WWE may take a look down the road once his TNA contract is up...
