Let me just say that there will be many people who replied to this thread who will be happy. Knapik and I have a lot of tough decisions to make. Expect some teasers come the springtime. Legends Partners and Legends Online get the spotlight first and foremost. Does that kind of almost mean Tim Donst? Because dude is rad.

I'd rather see them as SE cards rather than having them take away spots from (and I mean no disrespect) real wrestlers.

While I don't disagree with youabout their SE/LE status, I don't care how I get them so long as I do (maybe a special stand alone set? HintHint!), I'll say again as I have said before...they are as much "real wrestlers" as anyone in a mask (playing a diferent person then when they are not under the hood) or working for CHIKARA (which is a comedy wrestling troupe as much as it is a regular one). Just because they portray giant city crushing monsters doesn't make them any less talented than Delirious, Los Ice Creams or Tim Donst. Actually it might make them more tallented because I'd like to see any of those guys pull off a moonsault while wearing all that foam rubber... But I digress...

If you honestly mean that the guys in KBB are just as much wrestlers as guys like Dr. Wagner, Abismo Negro, Jushin Liger, Tiger Mask, then dude you're out of your mind. But that's all I'm going to say on the matter, I don't want this turning into a flame war.

No flame intended. I even agree with you that they should probably not be put in "official" LotF set slots simply because they don't have as much main stream appeal as your American Wolves or your Briscoes or even your Grizzly Redwoods. All I am saying is that from a standpoint of wrestling being an entertainment intity based on gimmicks and storylines then Kaiju Big Battel is just as much a wrestling promotion as CHIKARA or Inter-Species Wrestling. It's a comedic sports entertainment group whose premise is that all their competitors are giant monsters. I really don't see that as being any different than the gimmick heavy days of the WWF(E) where every wrestler was moonlighting for some other job (trashmen, plumbers, country music stars), some sort of monster (radioactive, undead, half-bull), or just wore a goofy mask (looked like a jock strap, put on after they got in the ring, resembled the mouthpeice from Silence of the Lambs). And given the fact that they can perform all of these wrestling moves while wearing the full body suits (with the extra weight, limited visability - even beyond that of a normal mask or helmet) makes them great athletes in my oppinion. Now are they as good a wrestler as Liger or Tiger Mask in in ring ability, no...although you may get an argument out of me for Uchu Chu, but that doesn't mean they aren't just as good at entertaining the crowd and putting on a good match given the limitations of their outfits. Just saying.
And hey, wouldn't it be really cool if the next LotF set had some guys from Inter-Species Wrestling in it? Who wouldn't want Izzie Deadyet or Moohammad or Stinky the Homeless Guy? Or perhapse actual cards for some of the guys from Northern Outlaw Wresting. The Barking Spiders or North Star Express would be great!

With two back to back LOW sets released, I can't wait to see the next LotF set and would hope we'll see that this year sometime...
Some of the names that stand out for me I would like to see are...
Phil Shatter ( NWA ) Kimo ( NWA ) Mikael Judas ( NWA ) TJ Perkins / Puma ( NWA )

There will be a LOTF set this year. I should have some details on timing and new names for everyone fairly soon. Just need to work out some details. I will say many of the names mentioned in this thread will be appearing.

TM and Knapik should also look outside "main stream" Indy promotions. To say...Chaotic Wrestling based out of Lowell, MA. Guys I would like to see in LOTF and believe me fellow promoters. These guys would impact every LOTF federation. Luis Ortiz, John Walters, Mike Kruel, Handsome Johnny, Max Bauer, Rick Fuller, Bif Busick, Brian Milonas, Cherry Payne, Logan Bros., Alex Arion. ( CW is were Kofi Kingston got his start). LE/SE would be fine. Thses guys are great professionals.
