Greetings,
I'm going to be running a new promotion entitled the Universal Wrestling Federation. Yes, it will be that UWF. Basically, Bill Watts will be bringing back the UWF in 2010 with a fire to change the wrestling business once again, but this time he will succeed. I'll be running four televised shows a month simply called "UWF Wrestling." Also, there will be four pay-per-views a year, but I haven't nailed all that down yet. I'll have five titles in the UWF: Heavyweight, Tag Team, Television, Lightweight, and Ladies; however, I may only have the first three at the beginning. I'll also be using LOW and LOTF wrestlers. I think this will be a cool promotion that I might even stay faithful to posting. I sometimes play a good bit and don't keep up with posting results. This will be my only fed for a while.
Also, after reading this thread for a few minutes, I have decided that the UWF will be a hybrid promotion. I'm not going to kill myself to find angles/stories/feuds for every wrestler. I love the idea of angles and feuds, but I also like how the NMW runs. Basically, I plan to have some matches be just random bouts, possibly building angles based off the dice. Example: Hodge beats Andre. How could you not build an angle off that? When a wrestler is not active in the UWF, it will be as if they are working regionally or overseas. I think by sticking with a few angles and feuds around the belts, while having random matches just for competition's sake, will make for an easier ran, more fun promotion. Booking will be made in advance with angle ideas (for consideration), but it is all about the dice in the UWF!
I hope you tune in, friends.
Thanks, Dustin Neal

UWF News
Bill Watts held a press conference today to announce what is to be expected in the near future as the Universal Wrestling Federation is heading back into action. Watts told wrestling journalists, news reporters, and wrestling fans that "the UWF Heavyweight Championship will still be in the hands of 'Dr. Death' Steve Williams, the last champion before the promotion closed its doors." Watts told the crowd that it was only fair to allow Williams to keep his title. Also, Watts revealed that the first PPV will be held at the Louisiana Superdome, and the name of the PPV would be called "Home Coming."
Watts continued to hype the UWF by explaining that the UWF Tag Team Championship Tournament would kick off first UWF show on January 1, 2010. He told every wrestler and tag team in the world that they are invited to the invitational tournament. Finally, Watts told the crowd to expect a good bit of the original roster to be back, or at least the wrestlers that mattered.
"Dr. Death" Steve Williams surprised the crowd by showing up with the UWF Heavyweight Championship. He told fans that nobody would take this strap from him. Williams said that this prize means the world to him, and that's why he has held onto it since the UWF first closed its doors. Williams closed the press conference by holding up the belt and proclaiming the best is yet to come.

me personally this is how the titles in the UWF should be
UWF World Heavyweight Championship
UWF World Tag Team Championship
UWF World Television Championship
UWF North American Heavyweight Championship
UWF World Six Man Tag Team Championship
UWF World Ladies Championship
UWF World Light Heavyweight Championship
UWF North American Tag Team Championship
Create some Bootlegs. I do it in my promotion The NWA. I used the Bootlegs of the LWF. Stars like the Four Horsemen, I have a quantum time machine and have all the Filsinger games in the NWA Nebulon Wrestling Alliance.
My promotion is set in the future i only used Humans mostly . Also instead of using the mid south territory only go National and International. I think this was the Idea Watts was originally going for before he got over his head.
