(Note: A somewhat surprising but pivotal win for "The Hammer" as he emerged from a strong field of wrestlers winning the aptly named LOW Strong Style tournament. This was an idea I toyed with doing yearly but ultimately dropped though I remember the tournament being a lot of fun.)

(Note: Greg Valentine failied to parlay his tournament win into a world title win but he gave Mil Mascaras all he could handle. The junior heavyweight title reign of Exotic Adrian Street ended quickly as Bobby Eaton took the belt. With Eaton winning singles gold it was a trying time for the Midnight Express as Eaton and Stan Lane began to grow apart with Jim Cornette pairing Lane up with Dennis Condrey in the interim. Other Debuts on this show included Steve "Dr. Death" Williams and Bob & Brad Armstrong.)
