Yeah, I'm suer the chances of Tom and Vince getting together nowadays are...zero.
But they are solid choices, I'll admit. (Then again, even Vince wouldn't own all those names)

(Then again, even Vince wouldn't own all those names) Tom wouldn't have to go thru Vince. The WWE has a licensing dept that handles the licensing rights for everything from t-shirts to action figures to character flashlights. There are products that bear the WWE brand that Vince probably doesn't even know about, and as long as the money comes in, he probably doesn't care so long as it doesn't put the WWE in a negative light. I'm sure that Tom could get the rights to use official wrestlers but the cost would probably be pretty prohibitive. Filsinger Games would have to expand to the point where the product would be found in places like Wal-Mart or Target to make it worthwhile financially.* *this whole post is just an educated guess based on things I've read and experience with large companies. I could be only half-right or maybe just flat-out wrong and there could be factors that I'm unaware of that could change the whole scenario.

I think Travis should end all his posts with this statement. And ... back on topic ... I love the idea of a factions set. Highlighted by any members of the 4 Horsemen, nWo, DX, Nation of Domination, Raven's Flock, or the Hart Foundation that Tom could get.

I suppose the main thing is....if we all remember, many years ago, Tom tried to do it, and the WWF bounced him from one person to another till they finally simply rejected the idea. I don't know if Tom would even do it now even if they were willing (which is highly unlikely.)

Wellll..... since I seem to have lit a fire here, I will address things as I came to them... ~ Troy... I am well aware of the legal situations and the situation the Dark Menace faced many moons ago with Mr. McMahon, and I would be the first to volunteer my time in tryin' to secure a version of Immortality for these SuperStars by contactin' or writin' the allmighty WWE HQ.... and thank you, for your nod to my choices... ;D I did give them some thought... and those wrestlers smart enuff to own their own names would need to be delt with individually, I suppose.... ~ Travis... despite what goodzilla said, there very well may exist a monetary canyon Filsinger Games cannot bridge when it comes to licensing rights n' such Things... however... ~ Goodzilla... Your ideas for the faction set is DEAD ON! BUT, as pikemojo aptly pointed out, the faction sets would be VERY heel-heavy and though there is somethin' to be said fer Creativity, it's hard to plug into a baby-face Idea for the 4 Horseman, or the NwO....

I remember The Horsemen being faces, battling Gary Hart's wrestlers such as Terry Funk and The Great Muta and also against the nWo. And I suppose you can make faces out of the nWo by simply calling them The Wolfpac.

Four Horsemen as faces......not nearly as good (as much as I liked Malenko and Benoit they never measured up to the Windham/Arn/Tully classic version or even Arn/Ole/Tully) The Wolfpac.......when WCW pushed the nWo too far.....as WCW pretty much ceased to exist at that point (excepting Goldberg)
