I didn't want to say anything until Roderick Strong was officially announced, but another tag possibility for him is the Hybrid Dolphins with Bryan Danielson. Strong replaced an injured Paul London at last year's DDT4 in PWG and he and Danielson advanced all the way to the finals of that tag team tournament before losing to the Young Bucks.
PAC "the man that gravity forgot" is one of the wrestlers who Strong one held the PWG World Tag Team Championship with and, after watching some of PAC's matches on my older PWG DVDs, I'm really hoping he signs one day too. Although he is still listed on PWG's roster on the PWG website, PAC hasn't wrestled in PWG for quite awhile now (reportedly due to visa problems which have kept him in Canada). But hopefully some day that problem gets resolved.
