A question on the CAC Wrestlers.

Will the packages that include years where a CAC character makes thier debut include said CAC character?
The only one that is coming up close is Kati (card year 2099), but I'm just curious if they will be included or have to be purchased seperatly or even available for the online game at all...

The Civil War package (2099-2100) was released in January 2010 and yes, it does include Kati.
