So, since it'll be August tomorrow...
Is the 1st insert still on target for September release?
Any chance for a teaser or two? I thought the story bits in the teasers leading up to the 2123 set were awesome, perhaps even more imformative than the handbook.
(I'd still like to see them as a PDF so we can refer back to them, btw)

Ok, I don't seem to get this. Can you get the set without getting the GOTFOnline thing? And are the cards in color? I am not a fan of color. Yes. You can purchase the PDF printable aCe game edition. It's in black and white. To access it, you log into the COTGonline "download" section. From there you can save the cards and booklet to your computer (to print them off however you'd like - there are tips on printing included with your purchase). You do NOT need to purchase a COTGonline subscription to access your the game edition. Click here for a link to the item in the catalog. ~ :-Xsk Was catching up on all this haven't played ace since 03 but since there seems to be a new begining I was wondering with this I understand that there is a character desciption, but is there a GWF style handbook---that explains all the events that happened to set Ace entertainement up?

There is a section in the aCe handbook called "what came before" that is a synopsis of the events leading up to the current fed. In addition there is a "Battle's End" story that wraps up the prior three editions. You can get just all-Centra Entertainment.
To get the full exposure I would suggest picking up the Battle for Centra set even if it is just for background info (The story is great). It's not necessary, but will give you 1) How the original aCe was formed and 2) Familiarize you with a character that is sure to show up at some point in the future (Nicodemus). Again, not necessary but recommended.
