To be honest I'm fine with them not getting wrestling cards, it fits their character since they look down on the 'sport'. I know others want it though, so to each his own.

a person could just create their own wrestling version if they wanted to? In case Mr. Melesky is too busy to complete the task? just saying....

I see what you are saying Justin Case about people creating their own stats if they want to. The problem is that when we bought this set we were promised that Thracian wrestler cards would eventually be included. I think a lot of people on this board just want what they Paid for. To be honest in the amount of time that has passed I am a little shocked Mike M has not even acknowledged that this post exists yet.

To be honest in the amount of time that has passed I am a little shocked Mike M has not even acknowledged that this post exists yet. Actually, I don't remember "promising" Thracian wrestling cards with each purchase. Nevertheless, we will be providing those cards as we discussed in other threads. An exact release date will be announced soon, but expect to see them uploaded to the latest edition of the Promoter within a week or two. If there are any updates, I will put them here. |

That was the original idea behind the characters. The wrestling stats are being provided primarily for game fans who are have the POW as a wrestling-only fed. |

It seems to me that the tone of this post is beginning to change slightly with some the recent comments by dharneth, josh, mike, and dustin and I felt it was necessary to add something from my perspective: First some words from Mark: Now... Bearing that in mind, we do realize that there are those who don't want to see the wrestling side of things go away. And for those people, we want you to know that we fully intend to support wrestling cards for all characters in pdf form. That means that you can still play the POW as a wrestling fed (or as both formats) should you choose to. At that time Mike answered "yes" (the word promise seems to have struck a nerve). Had he said "no", I can only speak for myself in saying that you would have never heard from me on this subject again. I would like to also say that no one has forced Mark or Todd to continue month after month to say that these stats are done and "on their way soon." If, as several people have chosen to point out, the Thracians will not have wrestling stats (even for those who don't play MMA) any of POW decision-makers could have stepped up and said that at any time. It is frustrating to feel like you are being told one thing (watch for it in the next promoter) and another thing happens (nothing). Thank you very much Mike for addressing this situation, I apologize in advance if anything I said is offensive to anyone, I just wanted to provide my perspective on the matter. |

OK, some one has to say it. Mike said in an earlier post that the Thracians wrestling cards would be posted to the latest Promoter "in a week or two" on February 18. According to my calender it has now been two weeks and still no Thracians.
