To build on what Chewey mentioned, I'll bring in title holders from other areas on supercards or to create a fresh title challenger. Recently, the Valentines have had a stranglehold on my AWA World tag titles. I wanted to give someone a title shot at my WrestleRock supercard, but everyone had been beaten or didn't deserve a title shot. I brought in Jimmy Snuka & Brusier Brody as the All Japan International tag champs and "#1 worldwide contenders". They lost to the Valentines in a great match, and will probably get a rematch down the road. It was a good way to quickly build a title contender, in my opinion.

I wanted to introduce Danielson into my LOTF region, but didnt want to just have him show up and feud with the champ. So I built up a back story, thus adding to his boasting that he as the best in the world. It gave him some credibility and added alot of spice to his title run.

Since my LOW fed Major League Wrestling has 3 different brands, I'm able to use most of the official LOW cards without any problem.
But as more sets get released I know I'll eventually have to start rotating different guys in and out of my fed.

I also have embraced "phantom feds."
I'm running two "phantom" feds in support of my main BCW fed. I do not run cards for the two feds, but I'm going to have a "Night of Champions" supercard in which the belt-holders in each of the three federations have title matches against other members of their respective federations. I'll also see tag teams from both in my Tag-o-Rama PPV, and some of the AWA fed will be in my Invasion: War Games PPV. (I also have a bootleg fed, whose members are used only for the Tag-o-Rama and Invasion: War Games PPVs.)
The "phantom feds" give me 1. A place for some of the wrestlers to go after they depart BCW and 2. A place for most of the LOTF guys.
