So, due to time constraints I'm kind of merging all of my territories back into just one big promotion. I just don't have the time to keep track of so many promotions running at the same time, the belts and which storyline is running where. It was fun while it lasted but one promotion for Legends is just more economical right now.
So here are the belts that will be used. The World Titles are hold overs from the territories but the other belts are either new or were vacated when I fractured everything.
NWA World Heavyweight Champion: Bobo Brazil NWA World Tag Team Champions: Antonio Inoki and Giant Baba NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion: Tiger Mask NWA World Television Champion: vacant NWA World Six Man Tag Team Champions: vacant NWA United States Champion: vacant NWA United States Tag Team Champions: vacant
I'm going to run a number of shows per week though. This will break down by the placement on the card and will feature mostly squashes. This way some of the lower guys don't get lost in the shuffle and can be involved in storylines on the C shows. The show list:
World Championship Wrestling: the main show where the big names appear. Some feature level bouts will appear on here. The main storylines will take place here.
World Wide Wrestling: the B show. Some big name talent will appear here but this will mostly be for mid-carders and will have some feature level bouts but not to the degree that World Championship Wrestling will. This show will also progress storylines that involve mostly the mid-carders.
Main Event: the C show. Mid-carders to lower mid-carders on this show. No feature level bouts. Mostly a recap show but some storylines will be done for the low level guys.
Underground: This is where the IndyPulse cards and the Legends of the Future guys will appear. It will feature an Underground Heayweight Title and an Underground Tag Team Title. This show will kind of do it's own thing and be treated like this little secret insomniacs find at 3 in the morning on their local cable station.

World Championship Wrestling 8-12-06:
airing on WTBS
Hosts are Jim Ross and Michael Hayes
Ross: Welcome to the return of NWA wrestling to the superstation WTBS! The NWA is back with the best ring action you'll see in the world tonight. We've got a huge show for you tonight. The World Tag Team Titles are on the line as Antonio Inoki and Giant Baba defend against Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens. The Heenan Family is looking to bring some gold back into the fold. Will they succeed tonight? We also have junior heavyweight action on the card as Danny Hodge takes on Iron Mike Dibiase. Hodge has been on a role in the NWA as of late and he's blazing a trail to Tiger Mask and the World Junior Heavyweight Title. Can Iron Mike Dibiase derail the Hodge train? Also in action tonight will be the Mongols, Johnny Valentine, the Destroyer, Curt Hennig, Jushin Liger and Fritz Von Goering. Let's head to the ring to kick off the show...
Fritz Von Goering d. Jake Milleman w/ a cross body block
Ivan Koloff and the rest of the Eastern Powers join Jim Ross for an interview.
Ross: You've been demanding an interview all day. What do you have to say?
Koloff: I want to call out Bobo Brazil. He is still refusing to give me a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. I think this is a conspiracy to shut out people from Russia.
Ross: I think it has to do with the fact that you've had two title shots this year and lost both times.
Koloff: That's the excuse of a coward. If Brazil were a fighting champion he would gladly defend the title against me. He beat me twice by sheer luck and now he's afraid that I will prove that the Russian athlete is superior to all others. He knows that a third match will see me crowned as the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion.
Ross: Let's head to the ring for our next match...
the Destroyer d. Josh Stroud w/ the Figure-Four Leglock
Harley Race and Bobby Heenan join Jim Ross for an interview
Ross: I have with me one of the biggest stars in the NWA. Everyone has been dying to know. Why did you break up the highly successful team you had with Nick Bockwinkel.
Race: Well, there were a number of reasons. First, Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens go way back. They had been dying to team together and I felt they should. Secondly, I'm a singles wrestler and my heart is in singles competition. I can do the tag team thing for awhile but then I start to get that itch to get into the ring on my own and compete again. And the final reason. The biggest reason in this whole thing. I haven't held that NWA World Heavyweight Title belt in my arms for over 16 months now. I can hear the 10 lbs. of gold calling my name. It's saying that I need to hold that belt for the third time and that I should be the man to unseat Bobo Brazil.
Ross: Bobo Brazil has been an unstoppable force in this sport for the last year or so. Do you really think you can be the one to stop that.
Heenan: I've got this one Harley. Of course he does. Look at this man's accomplishments. He's never gone more than a few months in the NWA without a title belt. He's a former 2x NWA World Heavyweight Champion and a former NWA World Tag Team Champion. Who else in the NWA brings those kinds of credentials to the squared circle? If anyone in the world today can beat Bobo Brazil it's Harley Race.
Ross: It's time for more inring action...
Curt Hennig d. Randy Barber w/ the Hennig Plex
Ross: As promised here are the 8 teams that will be competing for the NWA World Six Man Tag Team Championship next weekend...
Ivan Koloff, Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff Ted Dibiase, Steve Williams and Hacksaw Jim Duggan Dick Hutton and the Ortons Rick Rude, Curt Hennig and King Kong Bundy Masked Superstar, Ox Baker and Missing Link Diamond Dallas Page, Konnan and Buff Bagwell the Armstrongs and the Boogie Woogie Man Yukon Eric, Koko B. Ware and George South
Ross: That's an impressive lineup of teams right there. It should be a very interesting tournament. Let's head back to the ring...
the Mongols d. Rocky King and Mack Jeffries w/ the Mongolian Drop
The Fabulous Kangaroos and Wild Red Berry join Jim Ross for an interview.
Ross: The Fabulous Kangaroos have made a huge impact on the world of wrestling in a very short period of time. They've beaten a lot of top flight teams and it seems inevitable that the NWA World Tag Team Titles are in their future.
Berry: That's right Jim Ross. And it's closer than you would think. I have petitioned the NWA Championship Committee on behalf of my team. If we get the votes we'll be challenging whoever leaves tonight as the champions.
Ross: How do you think you can compete with the elite teams like the Midnight Express and the Road Warriors?
Berry: I think the real question is how those teams will deal with the Fabulous Kangaroos. Let's face the facts. The Road Warriors are notorious chokers when it comes to Championship matches. And the Midnight Express? Give me a break! The Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane version was the elite version of the team. The Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey version has yet to prove that they are on the same level. Those teams have more to prove at this point than we do.
Ross: It's time for our next match on the card...
Jushin Liger d. Mike Jackson w/ the Fisherman's Buster
The Midnight Express and Jim Cornette join Jim Ross for an interview.
Ross: ...
Cornette: Don't worry Jim. I can handle this. Ladies and gentlemen allow me to introduce the greatest tag team in the world today. Beautiful Bobby and Loverboy Dennis... the Midnight Express! Now, I have to respond to Wild Red Berry. How dare you. How dare you talk about the Midnight Express that way. What has your team proven in the past 8 months. That you can go over to Japan and beat a bunch of nobodies for the International Tag Team Titles? That you can beat a bunch of inferior talents in the States? You know why you haven't lost a match yet? Because you haven't signed a match with the Midnight Express! So why don't you get your boys over to the main office and sign the contract on the dotted line and see what it's like to face a real tag team. The tag team that makes all the women scream.
Ross: Let's head back to the ring...
Johnny Valentine d. George South w/ the Atomic Skullcrusher
Nick Bockwinkel, Ray Stevens and Bobby Heenan join Jim Ross for an interview.
Ross: These men will be challenging Antonio Inoki and Giant Baba for the NWA World Tag Team Champions in tonight's main event. You've been less than successful in previous title defenses. What will be different tonight?
Bockwinkel: That's an excellent question. Ray and I have been training really hard and our team work has really started to improve. I think that was what was holding us back the most as a team. We just didn't have chemistry that was on the same level. I think everyone will be surprised at tonight's outcome.
Ross: How do you plan to deal with a man the size of Giant Baba?
Stevens: We'll just keep it fast paced and wear him down with our superior speed and technical skills. And one thing we've learned is that Giant Baba appears to have weak knees. So we've got a game plan that relies heavily on wearing the man's knees down.
Bockwinkel: Let's not give too many of our secrets away. Let's just say. We've studied our opponents extensively and we've figured out their weaknesses and how to beat them. Stay tuned. You're about to see something special in the main event tonight.
Ross: Let's head to the ring for more NWA inring action...
Danny Hodge d. Iron Mike Dibiase w/ the Oklahoma Roll
NWA World Heavyweight Champion Bobo Brazil joins Jim Ross for an interview.
Ross: I'm here with Bobo Brazil. The current NWA World Heavyweight Champion. It appears you have quite a target on your head right now. Ivan Koloff and Harley Race have called you out tonight. What are your thoughts on these potential challengers?
Brazil: Ivan Koloff can say I'm ducking him all he wants. It doesn't change the simple fact that I've beaten the man twice in title matches. It took me over 2 years to earn a shot at this title and I made the best of my one shot. Ivan Koloff needs to go out there and earn another shot at this belt. Win some belts, beat some top of the line competition. Something at least. Show me that you deserve to get a third shot at me and this belt.
Ross: How about the former 2x World Champion Harley Race?
Brazil: Now there's a challenger I could get behind facing. He is the only man in this sport that has rivaled the amount of hardware that I've won. Harley Race, I've got the contract right here. If you want it, come out here and sign on the dotted line.
Harley Race appears on stage.
Race: You're a smart man Bobo. I'm glad you recognize true greatness when you see it.
Harley Race grabs a pen from Jim Ross and signs the contract. Race and Brazil have a staredown afterwards.
Race: I'll see you in the ring.
Brazil: Same here.
Ross: It's time for our main event!
Main Event: NWA World Tag Team Title Match: Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens d. Antonio Inoki and Giant Baba (c) w/ the Figure Four Leglock to become the NWA World Tag Team Champions
The Fabulous Kangaroos attack. They put the boots to Bockwinkel and Stevens until Harley Race and Masked Superstar run in for the save. They taunt the fallen Tag Team Champions as security forces them towards the backstage area. The show fades out as Race and Superstar are helping Bockwinkel and Stevens.

It wasn't in Alabama so Mike Jackson loses all of his powers to win a match. ;D

To have a Rocky King and Mike Jackson card, to go along with George South, would be absolutely tremendous!

Yeah, I'd love to see actual jobber cards to use. You'll be seeing a lot of Mid-Atlantic, WCW and various other jobbers appear for this.

NWA Main Event 8-13-06:
airing on WTBS
Hosts are Bob Caudle and Jim Cornette
Caudle: Welcome to NWA Main Event. For the next hour we have the inring action that only the NWA can bring you. In action will be Chris Candido, Brutus Beefcake, Brad Armstrong and Dick Hutton. Let's head to the ring for our first match.
Chris Candido d. the Gambler w/ a diving headbutt
Chris Candido and Tammy Sytch join Bob Caudle for an interview.
Caudle: An impressive win for you tonight.
Candido: Thanks. I've been trying to climb the ladder in the junior heavyweight division and get a shot at the title.
Caudle: Getting a title shot seems like a tough order. Do you think you would be able to leap frog Danny Hodge or Jushin Liger in the rankings?
Sytch: Of course he can. I don't have to tell you that Chris Candido is the most underrated wrestler in the NWA today. Just look at him. He's got the skills that all the greats have. He can talk and he has the best asset of all... ME!
Candido: I'm willing to get in the ring with Jushin Liger or Danny Hodge if it means getting a shot at the World Junior Heavyweight Title.
Caudle: Let's head back to the ring...
Brutus Beefcake d. Snake Brown w/ the Flying Knee Smash
Masked Superstar, Ox Baker and the Missing Link join Bob Caudle for an interview.
Caudle: An impressive looking team here. You've really built a fearsome team for the tournament.
Superstar: I'm pretty happy with it. I have the best brawling team in the tournament. Ox Baker and the Missing Link are feared all over the world. Just by stepping in the ring we'll be intimidating our opponents.
Caudle: You've never shown a lot of interest in the tag rankings. Why are you so into the idea of the NWA World Six Man Tag Team Titles?
Superstar: Because, I've gotten small tastes of championship gold in the NWA so far. And I want more. I want a reign that lasts for months. I want to be able and enjoy some of my success before it's gone. So if that means entering the six man tag ranks then so be it. I want championship gold and I'm willing to do anything to get it.
Caudle: Brad Armstrong is in action right after these messages...
Brad Amrstrong d. Vernon Deaton w/ the Russian Leg Sweep
Brad Armstrong joins Bob Caudle for an interview.
Caudle: An impressive win on the Main Event for Brad Armstrong this week. Tell us, where are you planning to head with the reformed NWA?
Armstrong: Actually, I wanted to respond to what Chris Candido was out here saying earlier. Chris, you want to start climbing that ladder towards a title shot? Why don't you start right here buddy? I want a shot at the title too and I'll gladly get in the ring with you if it means getting a step close to a title shot.
Caudle: Dick Hutton in action up next...
Dick Hutton d. Gerald Finlay w/ the Abdominal Stretch
Caudle: Join us next week for more NWA action on the Main Event.
