Jim Cornette is hinting that Bryan Danielson will be in attendance at Cobo Hall on Monday night after a lengthy absence. He also insists that a "new and improved Bryan Danielson" is ready to challenge the Sheik again for the U.S. title.

This just in: There was a brawl during a TV taping during a studio match in Toledo, Ohio between the Legends and the Gang of Four! It started when Fred Blassie was sharpening his teeth with a blade before his match against George Jay. Blassie kept punishing the poor weekly jobber and Frank Gotch stormed the ring for the save! The fans in the studio audience (approximately 70 people) went nuts! Suddenly everybody joined in: Thesz, Andre, Bobo, Race, Koloff, Valentine! Announcer Lord Layton tried to help restore order and finally when the dust cleared the Gang of 4 ran away "like scalded dogs!"
This sets up the big triple main event on my next card featuring 3 singles matches pitting the Legends against the nefarious Gang of 4!
