Card 1017 from Lepus
GWF Champion Monolith won by DQ over Turmoil. 3.5
Sly Drury won over Necros in his singles debut. Necros tried to copy REGIME CHANGE but was unsuccessful. He wound up losing to the move. 4
Coven Black won by DQ over Shayne when Iron Hand interfered after Black applied BITE OF THE VAMPIRE. 3
Patch won his kind of match in dominant fashion beating the Perfect Specimen with lethal punches in the corner in a Brass Knuckles match. 3
Overtime dominated and beat Skiver with OVERTIME RULES. 2
Security Squad won again in controversial fashion when Iron Hand used IRON ARM CLOTHESLINE to finish off Giant Azuma in a match against Titan Samurai. 3.5
The Gladiators destroyed HelSin and Demon Hunters and Probation finished off HelSin with DESPERATE MEASURES. After the match Probation challenged the Predators for the tag belts gloating that, "They are probably scared of us after what we did to Lope." 3
Regime Change is fighting feuds on two fronts. One is against Monolith and Dark Menace Forces (since the Dark Menace has been "managing" Monolith during his title reign) and also the Titans. Patch and Skiver have been focused on the Titans while Drury and Shayne focusing on the Dark Menace. The Security Squad has been going both ways as needed. Can Drury keep battling enemies on several fronts?

Card 1018 from Lepus
The Gladiators won by DQ over the Predators in a nontitle match. This sets up the Gladiators as #1 contenders for the tag belts but the winners of ONLY THE BEST are traditionally given an automatic title shot. We'll see what happens! 3.5
IP Champion Burning Man won by count out over Necros in a Match of the Year candidate! The match featured wild and unusual moves that are common with these two idiosyncratic stars. Will Necros be granted another shot at the IP Belt? 5
Sly Drury won another major victory against DMF beating Coven Black with REGIME CHANGE. Sly is stepping up as the main event star he is. But will he accept a match against Bishop Hell? 4.5
Bishop Hell used HELLFIRE to beat the Code Destroyer with some help from the Dark Menace. After the match Bishop Hell challenged Sly Drury to, "get a close-up view of HELLFIRE." 4
Panther Warrior and the Aethran Overmaster fought to a double DQ as the Overmaster continues to struggle after losing a feud to Necros. 3
The Perfect Specimen and Overtime won over Mean Streets in a Hardcore Titan Death match when OVERTIME RULES beat Patch. 4
Fhanna ended Sinful's undefeated streak by beating the vampire with THE OTHER WOMAN. 3

As stated, the commissioner is certainly stepping up inside the ring... Should go a long way toward affirming Martial Law's place in the pecking order... Not happy that it's been at the expense of the Family however... Remember Sly - What goes around comes around... To bite you in the neck!
The upcoming Lepus Stun Rod BattleZone between the Titans and Regime Change will have a major impact... Hoping for a great showing from Witness in this one...

IP Champion Burning Man defeated Necros with EXHAUSION in a nontitle bout. That's 2 straight for Burning Man and on to the next challenger! 4
LEPUS STUN ROD BATTLEZONE:
Patch made a big comeback to beat Kenji with PATCH WORK. 3
Witness eliminated Patch who was worn down from his previous match. 2
The Code Destroyer easily dispatched Witness with EAT CROW. A disappointing showing for Witness in a big match. 2
Giant Azuma evened the score by beating the Code Destroyer with ZENSHO. 2
Shayne eliminated Giant Azuma with EYE4EYE despite a strong start by the big man. 2.5
Shayne survived a strong start by Overtime for another win. 2
Perfect Specimen eliminated Shayne with PINNACLE OF SUCCESS to give the Titans some hope! 2
Perfect Specimen stayed hot by beating Skiver! 3
IT ALL COMES DOWN TO ONE MATCH WITH TIRED SPEC VS IRON HAND! (Spec has 2 tokens going in)

I don't know how to handle all this drama!
I am 75% finished with first round and amazing already!
SINGLES
Burning Man has shocked the GWF by winning the IP Belt and NOW he has defeated Monolith at OTB! He finished off the beast with EXHAUSTION! 4.5
Perfect Specimen made a spirited comeback (he had 7 tokens) to frustrate the Aethran Overmaster, finishing him with PINNACLE OF SUCCESS (+5). Overmaster hasn't won in 4 matches including losing a major feud to Necros! Perhaps it is a letdown or slump ever since he lost the GWF Belt to Monolith. Perhaps he is injured and not talking about it. 5
Shayne eliminated Paganax fairly easily with SHOWDOWN after battering the Heathen Chief with his bullwhip. 2
TAG
Vampire Legends won a classic tag battle against Mean Streets and Coven Black finished off a beaten Patch (8 tokens) with BITE OF THE VAMPIRE! Drury is unhappy and needs Security Squad to beat the Predators. 4.5
Better than Human scored an upset victory over the Gladiators when Tharkas pinned Fist after OBLITERATOR! That means Overmaster and Glads tag team BOTH eliminated early! Bad showing on the biggest stage. They were trying to build up both for shots at belts. 3
Titan Samurai coasted past the Natives with Kenji finishing Krud with KNEE BAR. Titans have won twice already! 2
HEAVY METAL
Eydilon scored a much-needed victory over Shoot with MISTS OF EYDILON. Shoot had 7 tokens and Eydilon had 5 in the hard-fought battle. 4
Bishop Hell embarrassed Clinch with an easy win. The Ultimate Fighters did not live up to billing in singles competition in what they claimed would be a strong suit for them (cage matches). 2
Turmoil used his hardcore tactics to get past HelSin with INTIMIDATION. 2.5
MAN, OTB IS USUALLY ONE OF MY MOST EXCITING CARDS (IF NOT THE BEST) BUT ALREADY IT'S AMAZING!

I AM LOSING IT! DRAMA, DRAMA.
Sly Drury outlasted Witness (10 tokens) in a great match. He pinned Witness after "I Run This Fed." 4
Security Squad scored a major victory in eliminating Tag Champions the Predators. Wolf tried a high-risk maneuver, hey that's his style, and it backfired for the loss. 3.5
Balaal used BITE OF THE SERPENT to finish off Panther Warrior in the Heavy Metal tournament. 3

Burning Man vs Shayne. Sly Drury said he's thrilled there are 3 wrestlers from Regime Change in the tournament but new sensation Burning Man did not seem to share his enthusiasm. "I don't answer to anybody but the Dominion," he said ominously. Shayne does not approve. "Looks like this burning cinder is getting too big for his britches. I need to teach him a lesson."
