Card 1027 from Castilex
Coven Black won by DQ over IP Champion Burning Man when the Security Squad stormed the ring and attacked Black after BITE OF THE VAMPIRE. This was not Burning Man's idea but Sly Drury wants to keep the IP strap on a member of Regime Change even if the relationship between Burning Man and Sly Drury is distant at best. 2
REGIME CHANGE VS DOOM DEADLY LOTTERY REPLAY!
This got VERY crazy. DOOM won 3-2 but it went WAY beyond that!
Nosfera defeated Sly Drury in a 4 Weapons Match (10-2) keeping the leader of Regime Change off balance the whole match with his hardcore tactics. Nosfera was more out-of-control than usual to avenge the injury earlier on the card of Eydilon at the hands of Skiver. At the end of the match Nosfera was choking out a bleeding Drury before members of the Security Squad intervened and attacked the demon, leading to a full-out brawl between both teams! Drury had to be carried away by his teammates. 3.5
PSI won again in a Nightmare Matrix Match using MIND OVER MATTER to beat Patch. PSI says he wants a shot at Burning Man for the IP Belt. 4
Balaal got revenge against the Code Destroyer by winning a Falls Count Anywhere Match by using Destroyer's crowbar against him and then finishing with BITE OF THE SERPENT!
Skiver beat Eydilon in a Circinus Cell Match in possibly the most controversial match of the year. When the two men were fighting on top of the cell Patch climbed up and helped to double team Eydilon. Then Skiver plastered Eydilon with brass knuckles and sent him falling off the top of the cell to the ring floor! Eydilon was seriously injured and removed on a stretcher. Drury had a bounty on Eydilon's head and Mean Streets delivered. 3.5
Iron Hand beat Tharkas in a Hydra Lumberjack Match when Skiver smashed Tharkas with Back Alley Smash outside the ring and Iron Hand finished him off with IRON ARM CLOTHESLINE. The first two matches went according to script for Drury with Regime Change and mainly Mean Streets being the enforcers for the team. But then it unraveled after that. 3.5
OPENER HelSin won by DQ over Bishop Hell when Coven Black attacked HelSin after STAKE TO THE HEART. When HelSin recovered he told Black that he is the true #1 contender for the IP Belt and Black is scared to admit it. 4
GETTING TO THAT STAGE WHERE MY FED STORIES AND FEUDS ARE WRITING THEMSELVES.

Card 1028 from Castilex
GWF Belt: Monolith vs Shayne. THIS IS THE BIG ONE! Drury desperately wants Shayne to grab the big belt. He said Iron Hand will be present at ringside to counteract the presence of Dark Menace. Some people speculate that Drury himself would have been at ringside except for the injuries sustained at the hands of Nosfera. Regime Change badly needs a major victory.
REGIME CHANGE VS DOOM FALLOUT
Skiver vs Balaal. Balaal seeks revenge for Skiver's role in the injury to team leader Eydilon.
Ladder Rematch: Patch vs Nosfera. Same deal. Patch is going after the man that injured Sly Drury in a rematch of their last battle that went chaos and led to a double count out. This time the stipulation is THERE MUST BE A WINNER.
OTHER MAJOR BOUTS
Vampire Legends vs Security Squad. Regime Change once against stretched thin with all their major feuds. Coven Black is not happy with Security Squad interfering in his IP match when he feels he was about to beat Burning Man.
TITANS VS DOOM
Titan Samurai vs Better than Human. Speaking of stretched out, DOOM is returning at least partially to their feud against the Titans as Better than Human tries to vie for a shot at the tag belts. The Predators have beaten practically everyone else.
Faller vs Disciple of Terror. Two men trying to get a streak going in singles action.

Card 1028 from Castilex outpost
Monolith used CATASTROPHE to beat Shayne in an amazing match. Drury frustration rises not only with his injury at the hands of Nosfera on the last card but he can't get the belts off the AniMen! 5*
Security Squad beat Vampire Legends when Iron Hand finished off Necros with MARTIAL LAW, then the Code Destroyer attacked Coven Black with his crowbar! Drury trying to keep Black from getting IP Belt off Burning Man. 3
REGIME CHANGE VS DOOM Skiver is on a roll coming into his own. He beats Balaal with LACERATOR. 3
Nosfera beats Patch to a bloody pulp in a Ladder Match and when Skiver storms the ring to help Patch the demon burns him with DEMON'S BREATH! Nosfera is making a comeback in a big way and single-handedly terrorizing Regime Change. 2.5
In record time Better than Human beat Titan Samurai in ONE MOVE when PSI grabbed a sleeper hold on Azuma who was being distracted by insults by Tharkas! PSI mind powers too strong and big man collapses. Tharkas sends out challenge to Predators after the match! 3
Faller won his first singles match in the GWF by defeating Disciple of Terror by DQ when Disciple shoved the referee. 2.5

Card 1029 from Castilex outpost
Coven Black won the IP Belt for the third time by defeating Burning Man with BITE OF THE VAMPIRE. Sly Drury, who is still wearing a neck brace, was seen pounding a board room table after the match shouting "This is the last straw!" while surrounded by Shayne, Security Squad, and Mean Steets. 3.5
The Predators accepted the challenge by Better than Human for a tag match and handily defeated them with Wolf using SAVAGE FACE CLAW to finish off PSI. The Predators have been unstoppable. 2
REGIME CHANGE VS DOOM Regime Change has been winning their feud against DOOM although DOOM scored a major moral victory when Nosfera injured Sly Drury in a 4 Weapons match a few cards ago.
Skiver has broken into the Top 5 Singles in the GWF by defeating Nosfera in an intense Circinus Cell Match. Skiver is now the top enforcer of the Regime Change team, finishing off Nosfera with repeated smashes with brass knuckles. 4.5
Patch choked out Balaal in a Castor Chain Match and finished him off with TORTURE RACK. 2.5
OTHER MATCHES
Elina made an amazing comeback to beat Sinful in a Centra Coffin Match, the biggest win of her career! 4
Aethran Overmaster humbled Panther Warrior with DOMINANCE and continued his assault after the match. Monolith beamed on to the entrance ramp and Overmaster and Monolith engaged in a stare down ahead of their battle for the GWF Belt! Monolith took the belt from Overmaster and has held it for over 20 fight cards. 2
Necros won a surprisingly tough match against Krud. A big problem for Necros was LIFE BLOOD was ineffective against a wrestler with no real finishing move in singles action. Nearly an upset win for Krud. 3.5

Drury's team is not fairing well against the Animen. and Doom seems bent on ruining Sly's plans as well

Card 1030 "I RUN THIS FED!" Major Event from Aethran War Dome
Sly Drury has had it! He announced a major new pay-per-view event called "I RUN THIS FED!" as a "message" to everyone in the GWF. "Some people seem to forget who has the power in the GWF. I aim to show them." He then announced the matches for the card while flanked by his inner circle.
MAIN EVENT AniMen vs Gladiators 4-Man Elimination Tag No one allowed at ringside EXCEPT the Leveler! Drury says he wants a clean winner and he won't allow any interference or anyone at ringside. "To make sure nothing happens I am appointing the Leveler to be at ringside to maintain order." As if the Leveler is impartial! Drury is clearly colluding with the Gladiators in trying to take back the GWF.
Code Destroyer vs Eydilon Hardcore Titan Death Match But Eydilon was injured when he was brutally thrown off a Circinus Cell by Skiver! He has several broken ribs and other assorted injuries. Sly Drury has threatened that if Eydilon does not partake in this match he will be "placed on the disabled list for a year." Eydilon is outraged but vows to fight. "You may think you have the upper hand, but a sorcerer always has tricks up his sleeve too."
Shayne vs HelSin Bullwhip Match HelSin is currently a top contender for the IP Belt but Drury wants Skiver to go for the strap. Insiders say Drury wants Shayne to injure HelSin in his signature match, the Bullwhip Match, to get him out of the way. This will be an intense battle of former partners!
Ghena vs Nosfera Hydra Lumberjack Match Sounds like a normal lumberjack match but it isn't. The only wrestlers allowed at ringside will be Sur and Bex! Make no mistake, Drury is making an example of Nosfera (and his boss Eydilon) for daring to injure him!
Mean Streets vs Vampire Legends Brass Knuckles Match If Drury forces the issue then Skiver is next in line for the IP Belt and his goal in this match is for his brawling Mean Streets team to batter the vampires to a pulp in their signature match.
Iron Hand vs Witness 4 Weapons Match Lord Nexus is barred from ringside Drury claims that "Lord Nexus cheats on behalf of his wrestlers," a dubious claim, and has barred him from ringside for this violent affair!
Ultimate Fighters vs Burning Hell Match must be won by pin. The Ultimate Fighters had been taking time off to rest some nagging injuries and now they are back and the many-time tag champs want to make a dent in the tag ranks. Drury has not forgotten how they turned down an offer to join Regime Change so he's scheduling the frightening team of Burning Hell to battle them! Drury is also taking away a major strength of the Ultimate Fighters by stipulating that, "The match must must be won by pin, not by submission or tapping out. That's mixed martial arts junk and this is professional wrestling!"
WOW! DRURY IS FINALLY COMING OUT WITH HIS BIASES AS HE BOLDLY WIELDS HIS POWER ON THIS CARD! WILL IT WORK???

Great stuff again Tom. Is the 7 matches per house show a tried and trusted formula or do you tweak it over the years. Do you ensure a certain amount of tag matches per card or just go with what fits? I am always interested to see how others structure their cards. I always run 6 per show and about 10 + for supercards. On house shows I try to make sure two out the six are tag bouts (that includes 6 or 8 man tag matches although these are much more rare)

Hey Wayne! Over the years the number of matches on my cards has varied from a high of 8 to either 6 or 7 right now. I try to get at least one tag match and usually two on every card, but I always try to be flexible based on feuds and story angles.
