Card 1030 I RUN THIS FED! From Aethran War Dome
Sly Drury made a MAJOR statement on this card, sending a strong signal to his enemies that there is a price to pay for crossing him. On this card he aimed his fire at just about every major GWF group but particularly DOOM. His enemies lost ALL the matches EXCEPT ONE! See below.
The Gladiators won an elimination tag match against the AniMen with the Leveler was allowed at ringside but no one else with the following results:
1. Fist pinned a weary Wolf in an incredibly long hard-fought first fall.
2. Fist finished an opponent again by using WEAPONS on Panther Warrior.
3. The AniMen made a comeback when Monolith beat Turmoil with I BREAK YOU.
4. Turning point for Gladiators! Probation used DESPERATE MEASURES to beat Monolith!
5. With Lope left all alone he gets a big win by eliminating Probation with HOWL OF THE WOLF.
6. Lope fought hard against the odds but Fist pinned him to win for the Gladiators on their home turf.
After the match Overmaster promised that he will return the GWF Belt to the Aethrans in his coming title match against Monolith! Having the Leveler at ringside during these matches helped the Gladiators, which of course is what Sly Drury had in mind. 2.5
The Code Destroyer destroyed an injured Eydilon in a Hardcore Titan Death match. The demon could barely walk or move due to injuries sustained by Regime Change prior to this match and now he'll be out of action even longer. Balaal has announced he is the leader of DOOM in the interim while Eydilon is sidelined but Drury has warned him that's he's next. 2
Shayne overwhelmed former partner HelSin in a Bullwhip Match, ending with SHOWDOWN. Before the match HelSin called Shayne a "filthy traitor." 2.5
Yet again another injury was sustained on a member of DOOM when Ghena crushed Nosfera in a Hydra Lumberjack match where the only wrestlers allowed at ringside were Sur and Bex. BRAIN BASHER ended it but the beatdown continued long after with Sur and Bex using their signature moves. 3.5
Mean Streets defeated Vampire Legends in a Brass Knuckles match with Skiver beating Coven Black to a bloody pulp! With HelSin's loss on this card Drury has declared that Skiver is the #1 contender for the IP Belt held by Coven Black. 4
Witness was the only wrestler to upset Drury's sweep on this card by beating Iron Hand with PROSECUTION in a Hardcore Titan Death match where Lord Nexus was barred from ringside. Big win for Witness! 4
Burning Hell won their debut tag match with an upset over former tag champions the Ultimate Fighters in a match where the winner had to win by pin, not submission. Bishop Hell finished off Clinch with HELLFIRE. It looks like Bishop Hell may be gravitating to Regime Change and away from Dark Menace Forces. Is Drury offering him big money to join his side? 3.5
