Card 1039 Scorpius

Necros defeated Wolf in a wild Coffin Match when out of nowhere Sentinel entered the fray and did NIGHTWATCH on Wolf! He slammed Wolf in the coffin and Necros closed the lid to win the match! Sentinel was motivated to make a statement against Wolf before the big tag match pitting the Sentinels against the Predators for the tag belts. Necros, for his part, was not happy with the interference by Sentinel. "I was on the verge of winning on my own. I didn't need any help from Castilex and they better stay out of our business from now on or they'll face the wrath of the Vampire Legends!" 4*

Lope defeated Coven Black in a Coffin Match after HOWL OF THE WOLF. Lope then stood on top of the coffin and howled away, a weird sight! 3.5

Patch demolished Tharkas in a Table Match after TORTURE RACK to get the better of the singles feud between the two men. Tharkas was not able to sustain the momentum after their first tag match against Mean Streets. 2

Skiver beat PSI in the Nightmare Matrix after LACERATOR to complete the sweep of Mean Streets over Better Than Human. 2.5

Kenji beat Overtime in a Titan Death Match, wearing him down with mat moves. It is Overtime's first loss but this feud is even. More to come? 2.5

Castilex dominated the Twin Towers and Sentinel pinned Faller after NIGHTWATCH. Castilex is the top contender for the tag belts held by Wolf and Lope. 2

Elina handed Shann-Ra her first loss in a Cosmic Cage Match after Exorcism. 2.5

Sly Drury appeared on The View and made his "random" selections for the BATTLEZONE on the next card. For results see the next card...

MAIN EVENT GWF BELT: Overmaster vs Perfect Specimen. BIG MATCH! Sly Drury is next in line against the winner!

#1 IP CONTENDER MATCH, 4 WEAPONS: Euritar vs Epoch. Who will survive to battle the Code Destroyer?

OPENING MATCH: Coven Black vs Bishop Hell. The Dark Menace hasn't forgotten how Bishop Hell abandoned his team and is seeking revenge.

2133 BATTLEZONE - Team members allegedly picked with a random computer generator with Sly Drury saying things in live time like, "Well what do you know, Faller and Disciple of Terror get a well-deserved nod for their teams." Fans booed lustily at this "fake" process. The Martial Law team had no one like Ygorr and Krud make the team but instead the five members of the inner circle. Each team was also "assigned" a captain by Drury, seemingly to embarrass them when their team loses. Drury is cocky that he has stacked the deck in his favor. Will he be right?

Coven Black dominates his match against Bishop Hell and wins with BITE OF THE VAMPIRE. Bishop Hell may be susceptible to the incredible mental powers of Black because the Bishop seemed like he was in a trance from the onset and lost quickly. More on this if it develops... 2

BATTLEZONE - VILLAIN TEAM WINS!

Code Destroyer beat HelSin in the first match with EAT CROW. It was a great match out of the gate. 4.5*

Necros scored a big win over the Code Destroyer. 3

Monolith won by DQ over Necros. A burst of excitement came over the crowd when Monolith appeared! Necros wanted no part of the rampaging beast and almost seemed to settle for losing by DQ. 2

Monolith beat Shayne in a classic match! Shayne led early but Monolith fought back. 4*

Monolith dominated his match against Disciple of Terror and won with CATASTROPHE. Drury came out after the match and made some threats to Monolith. 2

Skiver won by DQ over Monolith in a controversial decision. Did Drury tell the ref to disqualify Monolith to give Martial Law a chance? 3.5

Probation used UNCHAINED to stop Skiver. 3

Probation dominated his match with Faller and won with NO SURRENDER. 2

The rampage by Probation continued as he defeated Overtime with UNCHAINED! 2.5

Kenji stops Probation on the best match of the card! He wins with ANKLE LOCK but the big man refused to submit time and time again (Probation had 9 tokens!). 5*

Kenji used ANKLE LOCK to beat Patch and eliminate Martial Law. Big embarrassment for Drury! 2

Kill Prey won his first match since his return by toying with Kenji then pinning him. 2

Crossfire was on fire and beat Kill Prey with BULLSEYE! 2

FINAL TWO MEN: EYDILON pins Crossfire and wins it for the Villain Team! 3

Eydilon was interviewed afterwards and said, "Sly Drury has been holding me back, not giving me main event matches or title shots. He's afraid of me and my powers but I'll destroy everything in my path, beat everyone. DOOM will terrorize the GWF. Then he'll have to notice me."

Whew, after all that I still have the 2 main events matches.

Euritar beat Epoch in a 4 Weapons Match to become #1 contender for the IP Belt held by arch nemesis Code Destroyer. Euritar was a house of fire and overwhelmed Epoch. The crowd went wild! 3
