Results of card 1164:
GWF Champion GRAND MASTER got over his reservations about feuding with Death Knight and dominated his match winning with HERO'S JOURNEY. Death Knight is frustrated and anything is possible! 3
SOVEREIGN FURY won the Women's Tag Belts from Gladiator Storm when Lady Grand Master pinned Bulldoze after HEROINE'S JOURNEY! Lady Grand Master is on a roll since she took on her new identity as she is the Women's singles champion and co-holder of the Women's Tag Belts. "It was freeing, knowing that I could explore who I really am without the pressures of being a conduit for an evil god," she says to explain her successes. Meanwhile Storm is enraged at losing two belts in a short period of time. "We'll be back, you can count on that." she said between puffs of her cigar. "The Liberators are not getting control of Castilex!" 4
SENTINEL made a comeback to beat Exo-King and Vizir continued to wear his head piece as a symbol. Exo-King objects saying "You can't steal something then claim it as your own. I'll have a surprise to show people soon." Vizier countered. "We don't care about your surprises and speaking of stealing, you can't steal our planet in the first place. It belongs to us so get out and stay out, and that includes the Aethrans." 3.5
MOOG won by DQ over Havoc in an amazing nearly 5 star match and one of the best matches of the year when Havoc lost control and threw aside the referee who was trying to stop him when he was beating on Moog on the ropes! 4.5
TARVAL destroyed the Basilisk in a Falls Count Anywhere Match as the wrestler from Merapis is coming into his own in the GWF! Orrus joined him after the match to try to put the Basilisk in his net and torture him some more but Shayne arrived to break it up! Suddenly Shayne has entered the scene in 2138! 2
TITAN POWER defeated Kenji in a "Winner Gets a Title Shot" match (Deva's rules) and will get a choice of going after Grand Master for the GWF Belt or Fist for the IP Belt! Which will he choose? This was Titan Power's best match on his young GWF career! Deva will interview the next wrestler that will be "In the Spotlight" at BATTLE FOR CASTILEX 3. Who will it be? 5
As you can see my explanations and storylines (programs) for the wrestlers are taking more clear and detailed form, as I said in my previous post it takes a while for everything to come together for me. Maybe it's faster for many of you!

CARD 1165: BATTLE FOR CASTILEX 3 Cleared to take place on Castilex as security measures have been approved.
DEVA will perform a new song with dancers and hoopla at some point during the show. Pay-per-view sales are through the roof with pop fans also tuning in!
DEVA will showcase a new wrestler IN THE SPOTLIGHT. Who will it be?
As for the card itself, Deva is promoting it as "The greatest card in GWF history" and while this may be hyperbole it is a great card at that:
TRIPLE MAIN EVENT TRIPLE THREAT MATCHES LIBERATORS VS FOUNDATION VS GLADIATORS
GWF CHAMPION GRAND MASTER VS MONOLITH VS IP CHAMPION FIST. Nuff said!
HAVOC VS MOOG VS APEX. The Havoc vs Moog feud will spill over with Apex joining in!
EXO-KING VS SENTINEL VS SIEGE. Exo-King promises an announcement before the match!
OTHER GREAT MATCHES:
Shayne vs Tarval. The Real Ordeal is back and Tarval is his target! Can Tarval keep his winning ways alive?
Lepus Stun Rod Match: Lady Grand Master vs Storm. This feud is hot!
Grudge Match: Azuma vs Saber. Added intensity is they are battling for the tag belts!
Catfight vs Scorn. Catfight has returned to the GWF in strong form but Scorn wants a shot at the Women's Belt. "If I have to climb over Catfight I'll do it."
Rematch: Vizir vs Aethran Soldier. The Gladiators don't like how Vizir ended his last match against Aethran Soldier by humiliating the Aethran and claiming superiority despite his loss. "I will demonstrate our Aethran superiority right here on their home planet for everyone to see," said the Soldier!
THIS WILL BE A BIG ONE!

By the way my match ratings are kind of a mix between the action of the match itself and how well it serves storylines. For example an average match might have an ending tacked on (for example Shayne assisting the Basilisk and inserting himself once again in feuds with Orrus and Tarval) that gives the match an extra bonus. Does anyone else include intangibles like that in their match ratings?
One of my all-time favorite matches was on card 100 and the match only lasted two moves but it was SO DRAMATIC as Star Warrior beat Thantos that fast after a massive build up with Thantos as the champion. Technically it was a horrible match ending in less than a minute but the fans went wild and at the time it was very satisfying.

I do the same with matches all the time. The rolling is only a small part of it sometimes. Plenty of embellishment can turn many a match into a memorable one I find

My ratings, when I actually do them, is a gut feeling from how the match played out. From actual wrestling to entertainment value and anything else that would affect if fans would talk about the match, or it ends up quickly forgotten.

Early results from BATTLE FOR CASTILEX 3
This dramatic card is off to a fast start!
SENTINEL pinned Siege after NIGHTWATCH to win a Triple Threat Match that also involved Exo-King in a long and intense battle! Siege was attacked often by both men presumably because the Aethrans currently control Castilex and Siege bragged before the match, "Neither of you can stop the onslaught of the Aethrans!" This was a huge win for the Foundation with two Triple Threat matches still to come! 4.5
AZUMA defeated arch rival Saber with TITAN DROP and stood over him with a microphone and promised, "The tag team belts are next." 3.5
CATFIGHT continued her amazing comeback from her injury by beating Scorn and then sent a warming to Storm and Bulldoze who injured her, "I feel stronger than ever and I'm coming for revenge!" 3
EXCITING ALREADY WITH MORE TO COME!

Wish Azuma had come down on Saber with a sit down splash after the microphone taunt for good measure. But i guess it's not his way. Great action so far!

The rest of Results of BATTLE FOR CASTILEX 3
FIST pinned Monolith to win a Triple Threat Match that also involved Grand Master. Both Grand Master and Fist destroyed the beast to everyone's surprrise but Fist was the one to get the best of it by pinning Monolith! The Gladiators win two of three Triple Threat Matches (The Foundation won one) and the Liberators were shut out! 3
APEX beat Moog to win a Triple Threat Match also involving Havoc when Havoc and Moog went after each other big time (see the last card) and Apex cleaned up the mess by pinning a battered Moog! 4.5
The Perfect Specimen and Titan Power fought to a time limit draw when Deva called for time to end when the Perfect Specimen was about to pin Titan Power! They had a sensational match! Deva was accused of trying to protect Titan Power and she fanned the flames by blowing a kiss toward Spec when he protested calling the match at that point! Is Deva flirting with Spec to get his attention or getting revenge for him not reacting to her advances? 5*
Tarval won by DQ over Shayne when Shayne tried to put Tarval in one of his own nets! Shayne dominated the match. Orrus stopped Shayne but the Basilisk stormed the ring and Orrus and Tarval departed! Technically it's a win for Tarval and he has earned a title shot agains Grand Master! 4
Storm beat Lady Grand Master in a nontitle bout after leveling her with three MILITARY PURGES. 3
Vizir proved he isn't totally past his prime by beating Aethran Soldier. That made two wins on this card by the Foundation with the Gladiators scoring two big wins in the triple main event and the Liberators coming up empty!
DEVA'S SPOTLIGHT. Titan Power's push in the spotlight will end next card (he will challenge Fist for the IP Belt) and next on the show was Tempest. As Deva was interviewing him he was interupted and challenged by Mr. Everything "for the insults by the FDF." Mr. Everything slammed Commander Sam calling him a liar, etc until Tempest slugged Mr. Everything! This looks like a new feud but people are wondering if this Spotlight wasn't really set up by Deva to push Mr. Everything!

As my action heats up (my booking is in a groove now as the characters write themselves) here is the next big card from Merapis!
Tag Belts Rematch: CONQUEROR'S COMMAND vs DEAL BUSTERS. Azuma trying hard to get the belts off the Conquerors and to the Titans! Meanwhile Istar is going after Tharkas!
IP Belt: FIST vs TITAN POWER. As a result of being in the Spotlight this is Titan Power's big chance to take advantage! Deva will be at ringside for both title matches because as insiders say, "She just can't wait for one of the New Vibe to get GWF gold."
Spotlight Match: Tempest vs Mr. Everything. Can Tempest take advantage of the light shining on him or does Deva have other plans?
Texas Chain Match: Shayne vs Tarval. This battle is hardcore!
Hardcore Titan Death Match: Havoc vs Moog. Speaking of hardcore these two have unexpected heat.
Lepus Stun Rod: Exo-King vs Sentinel. After BATTLE FOR CASTILEX 3 the Liberators need some wins.
Revenge Feud: Ani-Women vs Gladiator Storm. Catfight has returned from her injury with a vengeance and now she wants the people that injured her!
