Build-up to ONLY THE BEST 30:
Shock waves still being felt after the Gladiators lost several bouts to Black Death at Aethran War Dome. Incredibly many people were pulling for the war-mongering Aethrans. Their defeat arouses fear: If GWF superstars can't beat Black Death now then what will happen in 2128?
In an unexpected development Harbinger withdrew from the prestigious singles bracket of ONLY THE BEST and replaced his spot with Oracle. When asked why he answered "No comment." Does the format bother him? (potentially 3 matches, no dq, no one at ringside).
Euritar informed Harbinger that if he doesn't compete he's no longer the #1 contender for the Galactic Title, he'll have to face the winner of ONLY THE BEST to earn a shot. Harbinger says that's crazy, he's already the #1 contender. But Euritar has held his ground.

Gotta go with the Champ Monolith to win the tournament!? I think He'll face Overmaster in the finals.
In tag, BD Animen pull off a big win over Rush and Turmoil and win the tournament, I believe.
In the Cage, I'd go with Bishop Hell, who burns Paralyze up after he wins a big opening match against the Betrayer. I will think that the Overmaster will not settle for any failure, so if Paralyze doesn't come out and win this bracket, severe punishment could be handed down!!!
I'm excited to see how this unfolds!

Overmaster seems to always come through in the clutch for me in situations like this. I think he gets a huge victory here redeeming himself.

HARBINGER INFORMED EURITAR THAT ORACLE HAS ALSO BEEN BUMPED FROM OTB 30 AND HIS SPOT "WILL BE TAKEN BY HAVOC. I'LL FIND ANOTHER TAG PARTNER FOR ALPHA FEMALE IN THE TAG TOURNAMENT."
EURITAR TOLD HARBINGER TO FORGET IT. "THAT'S YOUR LAST CHANGE. YOU CAN KEEP HAVOC IN THE SINGLES TOURNAMENT BUT BLACK DEATH HAS JUST LOST THEIR SPOT IN THE TAG TOURNAMENT. I'LL ADD ANOTHER TEAM OF MY CHOOSING."

Love the heat between Euritar and Harbinger! Is Euritar really afraid of the Black Death Team? Or is he just trying to strong arm Harbinger into submission? Great power struggle with these two. Despite the changes, I'm still sticking with my picks to win. Havoc is for a sure a game changer in the singles bracket, but Monolith has shown that is not afraid of the BD and has triumphed thus far. The Master Race is a nice addition, I like that move by Euritar! The Gladiators will not have an easy time in this event! I do echo Swarm's comments about The Betrayer being a major player in the Cage bracket, with that (0) cage rating is huge. That could very well move him into position for the finals. Will he win that bracket, will remain to be seen!  |

Aethran Overmaster beats PSI with REIGN OF THE OVERLORD in a great match.
Endgame destroys Coven Black and finishes with ROLLING FIGURE FOUR as the fans go wild!
Monolith beats Hector with I BREAK YOU! and tries to injure him but Gamemasters storm the ring to stop him!
Havoc destroys Tauran with COSMIC NIGHTMARE as Oracle's prophecy so far comes true!

The Gladiators problems continue as they are defeated by the Master Race when Thraxx pins Rush after POWER OF KROLL.
Black Death AniMen beat Leaders of the Pack when Mantis beats Panther Warrior with PINCER CLAMP.
The Gamemasters stopped the Ultimate Fighters comeback bid when Thantos pinned Clinch.
HelSin and Paganax defeated the Circus Strongmen when Paganax beat Tanck with PAGAN VOID. This new team is a big fan favorite and their goal is to stamp out Black Death!
