LWPD Thanks for the comments. I'm kicking myself for not actually taking the time to completely play through the early sets back when I first got them in 1996. I missed out on an exciting time period back then but I'm glad to have the time to do so now. I'm having a blast with PNG and I'm looking forward to how the final batch of 2090 cards play out. I cant wait to get into the thick of the War Games series! If Pulsar can keep up he should at the very least be getting a United Stars Title Shot, it will be interesting to see if he can keep his streak going. Iron Mane and Spike feud will have end up with one of the two getting a shot at Thantos... if they dont destroy one another first. Mutant is a sentimental favorite of mine. I was pleasantly surprised to see hime climb the ranks to earn a shot. I wasnt shocked though when Thantos beat him. It wouldve been awesome had Mutant kept his streak alive and taken the gold... if only for a card or two!

Thantos narrowly escaped that match with his title and Punisher left with disappointment. His loss at N2R did not stop him however. Punisher went through the top contenders such as Spike & Brute to retain his spot as the #1 contender to the PNG Title. Thantos had no choice but to defend his title once again against Punisher at Season's Beatings. Galactic Punisher had Thantos well scouted this time around and brought the fight to the Evil Gamemaster. In the end Punisher rocked Thantos with the LIFE SENTENCE followed by two straight VERDICTS to shock the Galaxy and become THE NEW PNG CHAMPION! The fans erupted as Punisher held the title high above his head. May he have a long reign! Another match that gained attention at Season's Beatings was Star Warrior's United Stars Title Defense against Bounty Hunter. Star Warrior seemed completely off his gain and Bounty Hunter looked as if he was going to take the title from him. Star Warrior barely survived the AMBUSH! Star Warrior let frustrations get the better of him by letting the match spill outside the ring where he threw out the rule book and ran Bounty Hunter into the ringpost causing a disqualification. Fans have demanded a rematch between these two and it has been granted. It will take place on the next card (#026). The Animal Pack seem to have a tight grip on the Tag Titles and have fought off challenges from The Galactic Rebels faction. Reptillo seems to be unhappy with his spot in the Animen faction. Is he jealous of his teammates success or is there something more? Thantos has been seen in meetings with The Gladiators (Brute & Massacre). They have tried to include Spike but he will have none of it. Spike has been seen walking out of these meetings on more than one occasion. Could their be dissension in the ranks of The Gladiators and what does Thantos have to do with this? Adam Blast has announced that Vlad Hammer will be joining PNG very soon and he is looking forward to teaming with him. Commander Sam has voiced recently that he is looking to ease up on his wrestling schedule and take more of a team leader/mentor role. Doomsayer has warned PNG that he has signed a new wrestler named Tendron and he will be debuting within the next few weeks. Solaris has also announced that he has signed new talent as well to the Supreme Gods team. The next report will be the end of 2090. 2091 looks like it will be an exciting year of ring action! See you ringside!
