love the main event. If Avarice's loss to Alexander tells us anything, is that is gonna be one kick ass feud. Losing to the likes of Alexander is nothing to hang your head about. Solid card, love the Stylin' and Profilin' tag team!

aWe #4 Hegemony is in Commissioner Nexus' office to start the program.
Hegemony, "I think I have earned a right to be in the Championship Gauntlet Nexus."Nexus, "I'm in no mood to argue with you Hegemony. I'll give you your chance to earn a spot in the tournament tonight."Hegemony, "Who is my opponent?"Nexus, "I have just signed a contract with a huge superstar. As a stipulation of his signing he gets a chance at the Gauntlet tonight and since you so graciously volunteered. His match will be against you."Hegemony, "But who is it? I need time to prepare."Nexus, "You will have to wait until tonight's main event. Have a good night. You may leave now."Hegemony storms from the office ranting about unfairness as he goes.
G.Q. Stratus vs Phenomenal Swift The match went back and forth several times. G.Q. Stratus threw everything at Swift, but was unable to take him down, and then delivered a low blow behind the referee's back. Swift recovered quickly and soon had the momentum. Igneous got involved and was blasted for his trouble. Stratus tried to capitalize, but Swift was ready for him and hit the MIND ERASER. Stratus kicked out and the match continued. Stratus took a beating and Swift went for several pin fall attempts before Stratus rolled from the ring. Swift wouldn't give hi a break though and dove off the top rope on to Stratus. Stratus was able to beat the count and once again Igneous got involved, this time it was more successful and Swift was knocked off his feet giving Stratus the advantage. Professor Sudden went after Igneous and the two men brawled at ringside. Stratus once again cheated to gain a victory as he scored another pin on The Phenomenal Swift by USING THE ROPES. Stylin' & Profilin' celebrated another win over Mercury Rising. Diablo Kill Squad vs Sagitta SteelNoose and Slipnot looked to have the match won after catching Grash with the CARINA CONCUSSION, but Harm made the save, and soon had Slipnot in HARM'S WAY to score the victory. Motor Psycho vs Tiberius CotaCota had Psycho clearly outclassed as he took him to school. After hitting several rolling neck snaps (6 in total) to set up FALL OF THE REPUBLIC (Cross-Rhodes) for the win. Cota stood over the fallen Motor Psycho and lifted his fist in victory before spitting on the Sagitta native and leaving the ring. Fusion is backstage with Alexander Ubel, "Alexander you took out Avarice in dominate fashion on the last card. What are your thoughts going into the gauntlet?"Before Alexander can respond Nikki approaches him, places her hands on his chest, and leaning in close.
Nikki whispers, "I know you know Alexi. Your true nature is beginning to show. Don't deny the beast any longer."Alexander looks visibly shaken before walking away in silence. Nikki laughs as he exits.
Dread Pirate of M83 vs Scar As the two men battled back and forth Alexander made his way to the ring, a look of evil on his face. Alexander steps into the ring and hits the referee with a super kick before dropping both competitors with the APEX. As Alexander stand over Scar and Dread Pirate a gleam of red is seen in his eyes for a split second before he throws his hands up in his signature pose and then leaves the ring.
Commissioner Nexus stops in backstage and yells, "What the hell was that Alexander!?"Alexander doesn't even acknowledge Nexus and exits the arena.
Hegemony is out first along with Honey Bunny still looking upset over not knowing who his opponent is.
A man dressed like a Circus Ringmaster steps out on stage.
The Ring Leader, "Ladies and Gentlemen! Children of all ages! Welcome to The Greatest Show In The Galaxy! He is The Ultimate Escape Artist! He is simply AMAZING! He is The Amaaaaazing MAAAAANNN! Let The UNBREAKABLE TOUR begin!"The crowd explodes as The Amazing Mann makes his aWe debut. Hegemony is throwing fits in the ring when he sees who it is he is facing.
Championship Gauntlet Qualifier Hegemony vs The Amazing Mann Hegemony was off his game for sure tonight as Mann shrugged off two attempts at HEGEMONIC BORDERS*. Honey Bunny tried to distract Mann, but The Ring Leader ran interference, which allowed Mann to catch Hegemony with a flying cross armbar. Mann locked in UNBREAKABLE and Hegemony had no choice but to tap out. Mann climbed the turnbuckle and posed as a mist began to surround him and in a flash he was gone. The Ring Leader went back up the ramp as Hegemony ranted about his loss as the show came to an end.
*I have restored Mann's submission advantage.

aWe #5 Carson P. Century vs Jack RabbidThis match was all Century. Rabbid managed to kick out of a TURN OF THE CENTURY DDT, but was caught in a roll up after being suckered into the corner, giving Carson the victory. Grash vs CaligulaGreat back and forth action! Both men traded offense back and forth several times, the turning point came when Grash went for a Steel Bottom Kick and Caligula caught his leg and put him in position for the GORDIAN KNOT. Grash managed to roll over to reverse the pressure, but Caligula rolled back over and maintained the hold. Grash fought the pain, but it was too much, and his shoulders were on the mat long enough for a three count. The Republic have won two of the singles matches and have all the momentum going into the PPV right now.
Dread Pirate of M83 vs Scar The two men faced off in a match that was supposed to take place on the last card. The Dread Pirate brought back up this time in the form of Dark Sun. Septura and Vugashu took up positions in his corner. Dread Pirate came on strong and hit Scar with several Swashbuckler Superkicks, but was unable to get Scar off his feet. The Aethran exploded on the small Dread Pirate and after a couple of Time Bombs and a Gladiator Piledriver, he put him away with DEATH BY AETHRAN. Dark Sun pulled Dread Pirate from the ring and carried him up the ramp. The Ruling Class vs Mercury RisingThe Ruling Class isolated Professor Sudden for much of the match. Sudden weathered the storm of offense before making the hot tag to The Phenomenal Swift. The Weapon of Mercury was on fire and caught Avarice coming in and drops him across the top rope and follows up with a missile dropkick. Swift goes for the pin attempt and is stopped by Windsor. Avarice is slow getting up and Swift hits an Arc-Second Superkick that nearly takes Avarice's head off. Contessa is on the apron and distracts the referee. Windsor is in and blasts Swift with a pair of brass knucks, rolls Avarice on top of him, and levels Professor Sudden to take him out of the equation. Swift powers out and regains his feet. Avarice with a Crown of Thorns. Avarice comes off the ropes and gets hit with a stun gun. As he is stumbling, The Phenomenal Swift hits a MIND ERASER that knocks Avarice cold and scores he pin fall. Crow vs Alexander UbelCrow makes his entrance and awaits Alexander. Voices plays and Alexander is announced, but he doesn't make an entrance. Voices plays again and still no Alexander. The referee has no choice but to award Crow the forfeit victory. Championship Gauntlet QualifierDeath Knight II vs Coven BlackDeath Knight dominated the vampire and put him away in a very short match up. While Black survived a COSMIC LANCE, he was done in by the DEATH RIDE giving Death Knight the win. Death Knight II was celebrating his victory when the lights went out. When they came back up Coven Black was standing in a corner looking a little disoriented, but when he saw Death Knight laying in the center of the ring covered in blood, a smile crossed his lips and he joined Nikki on the ramp. The show ended on the grisly scene in the ring.

Cool stuff. Where is the Dread Pirate from? I'd like to try to find him if I could.

very cool stuff with Alexander. And Avarice still having issues finding that big win! This is actually a nice mixture of talent that's blending well.
