In The Zone 15 (4.3)

Last week... Grash finally reclaimed the Steel Championsip... The CWA Champion Thantos schooled G.Q. Stratus. Images of Homage going through his former charge The Legacy with an ULTIMATE HOMAGE to become the number one contender for the GWFZ Championship.

In The Zone kicks off and a sullen Mot and ecstatic Kram open the show.

Mot, "Normally I would be stoked for another great episode of In The Zone, but our Commissioner has resigned and now the inmates truly run the asylum."

Kram, "After last weeks show where The Messenger trumped Stellar Nexus it was decided by The Six that he was not fit to control the GWFZ and a new Commissioner has been appointed and will debut on next weeks card."

Mot, "That's right Kram and tonight we could very well have a new GWFZ Champion as The Messenger defends the championship against Homage."

Kram, "The Messenger will take care of Homage and then go on to become the CWA Champion after he beats Thantos."

Mot, "That remains to be seen. Now lets go down to the ring for our first match."

Irish Bratz vs Nightmare Nikki
This one looked to be all Nikki as she punished Irish Bratz with several signature moves and tried to put her away with the GOTHIC NIGHTMARE, but Bratz fought back finally and was able to lay on some of her own punishment before hitting the CELTIC EYE BOMB. 1...2...NO! Nikki kicked out and regained the offense to score the victory after a second GOTHIC NIGHTMARE in a great match.

Mot, "What an exciting start to tonight's show!"

Kram, "Both women gave it their all in a bid to face the GWFZ Women's Champion at the PPV."

Mot, "Hold on partner! I have just received word the Morbid will not be here tonight."

Kram, "No surprise there after taking a bullet last week. I'm surprised he is even alive."

Mot, "Well luckily the ammunition The Divine Gathering was using was non-lethal, but Revelation and Morbid are in no condition to compete tonight. I have been told that Pride will compete tonight against an opponent to be determined."

Harm vs Motor Psycho
Motor Psycho walked right into a throat jab by Harm and went down. Harm locked him in HARM'S WAY immediately and the match was over in lightning fashion.

Mot, "That was a let down. Motor Psycho didn't even put up a fight."

Kram, "What do you expect after getting hit in the throat. Harm should have been disqualified."

Mot, "Your delusional you know that."

The Undergrads come out in grand fashion being followed by scores of women. Magnifico and Pariah play to the crowd before stepping into the ring.

Magnifico, "The best damn tag team in the galaxy is home!"

Pariah, "An if your not down with that, we got to words for ya..."

Crowd, "SUCK IT!!!"

The Exiles storm the ring and the fight is on.

The Exiles vs The Undergrads
The Undergrads once again showed everyone why they are the best as Magnifico took Salvage to the mat quickly before tagging in Pariah for the DEAD MAN'S CURVE to score the pin.

Strong looked frustrated as The Undergrads exited with the titles over their shoulders and began arguing with Salvage. A shoving match ensued but Destina came down to restore order and the team left together after a handshake.

Kram, "Looks like those two muscle-heads are about to crack."

Mot, "Things do look bad. Good thing Destina was there to calm them down."

Kram responds with sarcasm, "Yeah, good thing."

Pride comes out to an American theme and jumps into the ring and poses for the crowd before awaiting his opponent.

After several moments a techno/rave theme began and devolved into metal as Narcotik stepped from behind the curtain to make his way to the ring.

Mot, "Narcotik is back!"

Narcotik vs Pride
The match was all Narcotik as he was on fire. After a little trash talk he slapped Pride. Pride went for him and Narkotik used the momentum to propel Pride to the outside before hitting a baseball slide kick. Narcotik tossed Pride back in and hit an Overdose Drop, followed by a running enziguri, before hitting THE NEEDLE AND THE SPOON for the win.

Mot, "Great return for Narcotik."

Kram, "That was a dominate performance by the young man for sure."

Narcotik rolled from the ring and approached the announce table.

Narcotik, "The Real Degenerate is back and now he is a free agent. First thing I'm going to do is go through the Z-Division Champion at the next PPV whether that is 'The Gatekeeper' or 'The Assassin'. Then I'm setting my sights on the GWFZ Championship."

Narcotik drops the headset and flips everyone off before heading to the back.

Assassin Z vs Leviathan
Assassin Z and Leviathan traded blow after blow with Leviathan using LD 50 and GEHENNA'S GATE early to try and end it but Assassin Z persevered and regained his feet. Assassin Z but on a high spot routine hitting several deathjumps and high impact moves before setting Leviathan up for the ROLLING OLYMPIC HELL. Xymbiote made an unexpected return and tried to get involved, but Assassin Z shoved Leviathan forward and into Xymbiote causing them to crack skulls. Assassin Z went for the pin but Leviathan used the positioning to lock in GEHENNA'S GATE (Double 6s) to retain the Z-Division championship in an incredible fight.

As Assassin Z went for Xymbiote and brawled on the outside, Narcotik returned to the ring and hit Leviathan with THE NEEDLE AND THE SPOON before running off with the Z-Division title.

Mot, "My God! That monster Xymbiote is back and it looks like he cost Assassin Z the Z-Division Championship."

Kram, "Things are really getting out of control around here. I take it back, without Stellar Nexus guiding the rudder things are becoming more dangerous than ever."

Mot, "Hopefully the newly appointed Commissioner can restore some order."

The Messenger comes out with the GWFZ Championship around his waist, Monolith stands right behind and Nightmare Nikki hangs on his arm. A Gothic tune plays through the arena mixed with the chorus of angels as he marches to the ring.

A new tribal theme heralds Homage's entrance as the once guardian marches to the ring with determination in his eyes.

Homage vs The Messenger
The Messenger was mauled as Homage hit a side suplex before whipping the champion into the turnbuckle and following him in with a crushing clothesline. Homage picked The Messenger up for ULTIMATE HOMAGE and was about to pin the weakened champion when Nikki jumped onto the apron and used her assets to distract the referee. Homage got angry and goes over to the referee and Nikki where an argument ensues. Monolith tosses The Messenger the GWFZ Championship as the referee is ordering Nikki off the apron. Homage turns his attention back to The Messenger and is leveled by the champion with the title belt behind the referee's back. The Messenger tosses the belt from the ring and picks up Homage for THE MESSAGE and got the tainted victory to retain the Championship.

Monolith and Nikki enter the ring and Nikki hands The Messenger the mic as Monolith places the belt over his shoulder.

The Messenger, "Homage was judged here tonight and found not worthy. I delivered the sentence and next week Thantos, I am going to deliver The Message to you and claim the CWA Championship."

Kram, "The Messenger wins yet again."

Mot, "I can't help but notice it wasn't without a little help from his cohorts."

Kram, "Hey a wins a win here."

The camera switched to a board room where The Six are meeting.

Max Shield, "Are we really going to put this man in control?"

Nefarus, "It may be extreme, but right now extreme is what we need."

Paragon, "And he will have the ability to enforce order."

Pulsar, "But he will have his own interests in mind and that will sway his decisions."

Terminus, "That is what we are for. The balance. Also we can remove his 'active' status so he will not be eligible to hold any titles, thus removing that desire."

Star Warrior, "It is decided then. Next week a new Commissioner will take the reigns."

Star Warrior presses a button near his seat, "You can send him in now. We have finished voting."

The camera focuses on the door and the show comes to a close just as the new GWFZ Commissioner enters leaving everyone in suspense until next weeks show.

In The Zone 16 (4.4)

The show kicks off with Star Warrior in the ring.

Star Warrior, "Welcome fans to In The Zone! We have a great show for you that will see four titles on the line. In addition to The Messenger taking on Thantos for the CWA championship, the Z-Division title, the GWFZ tag titles, and the newly christened GWFZ Holo-Vision Championship which was formally the Steel Championship will all be defended. Each member of The GWFZ board has handpicked a match for your enjoyment and I'm going to kick things off with the Z-Division Championship. First I would like to introduce you to the most dominate Z-Division Champion in GWFZ history... Leviathan!"

Leviathan came out amid fire and smoke and marched out under a reddish light before stepping into the ring and hoisting the belt high.

Star Warrior, "And now for his opponent... this man was brought into the GWFZ by yours truly and he may have lost his way for a short time, but now he has returned to his roots. I give you the challenger for the Z-Division Championship... ENSOR!"

Leviathan vs Ensor (Z-Division Championship)
In an incredible display of speed, Ensor stayed on offense for the entire match, not giving Leviathan a chance to fight back, and became the NEW Z-Division Champion after the THARSIS ERUPTION.

The fans leap to their feet as Star Warrior presented the championship belt to Ensor who shook his hand before posing with the title belt.

Mot, "Can you believe it! Ensor has breached 'The Gate'!"

Kram, "Clearly Leviathan was off his game and Ensor's reign as champion could be real short when Leviathan gets his rematch."

Paragon was out next to present his match.

Paragon, "Tonight we will not only sign the legendary Thantos to a GWFZ contract, but a new Commissioner will be put in place. My pick tonight will pit two of the GWFZ's top technical talent against each other for a chance to face The Messenger for the GWFZ Championship. Allow me to introduce the first competitor...G.Q. Stratus."

Stratus made his flamboyant entrance wearing a glittering robe and a woman on each arm. Stratus stepped into the ring and let out a WOOOOOOOOOO! for the crowd.

Paragon, "His opponent is a man I believe has not received his due despite being a great talent and tonight he has a chance to show everyone his abilities, or go down in flames. G.Q. Stratus' opponent tonight is Hegemony."

Hegemony came out, this time without a mic, and a look of pure business. Hegemony enters the ring with no fanfare and focuses his attention on Stratus.

Hegemony vs G.Q. Stratus
Hegemony put on a technical display to start, but when he was unable to keep Stratus down he resorted to trying to choke the man out. The end came when Hegemony ran full force into the raised knees of Stratus in a failed turnbuckle charge and Stratus applied the STRATUS SPHERE LOCK using the ropes to secure the victory.

Hegemony was irate by the loss and argued with the referee before blindsiding the strutting Stratus and locking him in HEGEMONIC BORDERS, refusing to release the hold until security was able to pull him off.

*G.Q. Stratus injured 2 cards*

Kram, "G.Q. Stratus becomes the number one contender and will face The Messenger for the GWFZ Championship."

Mot, "Stratus steals another one, this time using the ropes for leverage."

Kram, "That is why he is known as the dirtiest alien in the game."

Mot, "That may be so, but one has to wonder what type of condition he will be in at the PPV after Hegemony's attack."

Max Shield is out next, "My pick will solve a problem that exists in the GWFZ and only one man will be walking out. Assassin Z will be getting his chance at revenge for his fallen comrade X as he faces Xymbiote in a Last Man Standing Match!"

Assassin Z and Xybiote make their entrances and the fight is on.

Assassin Z vs Xymbiote
Xymbiote started out strong but was quickly overcame by Assassin Z who hit an incredible suicide dive to the outside that allowed him to take over on offense for the remainder of the match. Assassin Z took the symbiote apart hitting move after move before finishing him of with three consecutive ROLLING OLYMPIC HELLS. Xymbiote failed to make the ten count and lost the match.

Assassin Z stood over his fallen adversary, "Max Shield was correct when he said only one of us would walk away from this match. He probably did not realize that this was for keeps though, because if you had defeated me, you surly would have taken my life as I am about to take yours."

Assassin Z knelt before Xymbiote and a blade sprang from his forearm that went through the symbiote's skull. The crowd watched in shock as Assassin Z stood up and wiped the blood from the blade before exiting the ring. A crew came down an hurriedly removed the body and cleaned the ring before Terminus made his way down.

Terminus, "My people honor combat and I have chosen a man that I believe pays homage to that ideal. My match for the night is the Holo-Vision Championship match pitting the current champion Grash against Homage."

Grash vs Homage (Holo-Vision Championship)
Homage dominated Grash in the early goings hitting several Devout Affections and tried to score the win with a Xandu Ankle Lock, but Grash regained his feet and took the fight to Homage. The action spilled to the outside where Grash blasted Homage with his crowbar getting himself disqualified. Homage wins by DQ, but Grash retains.

Before Grash could leave with the belt Terminus stood up from the announce table.

Terminus, "This is not things are going to go tonight. Referee you will restart the match and if Grash gets disqualified again he will be stripped of the title."

The bell was rang and Grash went on the attack by tossing the groggy Homage back into the ring. Grash was unable to put Homage away after a Steel Bottom Kick and Homage fought back. Both men traded blows before Homage dumped Grash to the outside and soon followed. Grash got the upper hand after backdropping Homage onto the announce table before tossing him back into the ring. Once back in the ring, Grash delivered STEEL BELTING with his crowbar once again and the referee was forced to disqualify him again.

Grash cracked Homage a few more times with the crowbar before flipping Terminus off and heading to the back. As per Terminus' ruling, Grash loses the Holo-Vision title, but Homage also fails to win the title and the GWFZ's newest belt is declared Vacant after an intense match.

*Homage injured 4 cards with cracked ribs*

Mot, "Grash just couldn't get the job done and lost his temper losing him the title."

Kram, "From the looks of Homage I would say he got the job done, just not the way Terminus may have wanted. He may not have the Holo-Vision title, but neither does anyone else."

Pulsar comes out next, "I have a special treat for you fans tonight as I take the GWFZ's Titan representatives and put them in a Triple Threat Match. I would have liked to have made it a Fatal Four, but Revelation is out of action. The winner of tonight's match will receive a Z-Division title match and face Ensor at the next PPV."

Overtime comes out to a pop from the crowd, Stryker is the next out, and finally the Surgeon makes his entrance and the match is started.

Stryker vs Surgeon vs Overtime
Surgeon closes the distance on Overtime and ambushes him while he is playing to the crowd. Overtime ducks the attack and hits a Gravity Ball Tackle that sent Surgeon to the floor before engaging Stryker. Stryker has the initiative and goes for a Titan Drop which Overtime counters and levels Stryker with an Overtime Kick before wrapping up the match in dominate style with THE CLINCHER.

Overtime pointed down at Pulsar before basking in the adoration of the fans.

Mot, "Dominate performance by Overtime!"

Kram, "Easy to dominate a scrub like Stryker, he hasn't has any success here yet."

Mot, "What about Surgeon?"

Kram, "Isn't it obvious? he has no interest in singles action anymore and didn't want to risk injury."

Mot, "Oookaay."

Nefarus is out next, "Ladies and gentlemen I give you the most dominate team in the GWFZ. The Undergrads!"

The GWFZ Tag Champions make their trademark entrance and stand flanking Nefarus.

Nefarus, "Now for their challengers. I looked at the tag division and was unable to find anyone worthy enough, or anyone not already soundly defeated by the champions, so I went to two singles wrestlers and has formed a team to face The Undergrads for the GWFZ Championships. First up is 'The God of War' Ares!"

Ares makes his entrance and stands in the ring across form Magnifico and Pariah.

Nefarus, "And his partner, a legend in the making...no make that a SLEDGEND!"

Slegend comes out to a heavy metal theme and stands on the ramp-way as The Undergrads have looks of uncertainty. Johnny Rocket comes out and tells Sledgend to come with him and marches to the ring.

Johnny Rocket, "You can't do this! These men are under contract with me and they will not compete against each other."

Nefarus, "You know by now Rocket, I am not a good guy. You are right, these men are under your charge, but they are GWFZ superstars and I am a member of the GWFZ board of directors. Which makes me the boss. I have made the match and all four men will give it one hundred percent or they will be fired. Now Rocket, you can leave. Your services are not needed."

The Undergrads vs Ares & Sledgend (GWFZ Tag Team Championships)
Sledgend and Ares lack of experience really showed in the match. Magnifico and Sledgend started things off and Sledgend swatted away Magnifico's attacks and dropped him forcing the tag out. Pariah faired no better and Sledgend tagged in Ares. That is when things went bad for the new team as Pariah was able to take Ares off his feet and The Undergrads used timely tags to turn things in their favor. Magnifico hit Ares with the SLAVE DRIVER from which Sledgend made the save. Magnifico tagged in Pariah and the hit Ares with the DEAD MAN'S CURVE to retain the championships.

Ares rolled from the ring and began arguing with Nefarus saying he set him up. Nefarus replied with a smile as Ares was yanked into the air by Sledgend and put through the announce table with SHATTERING DEVASTATION before the Johnny Rocket and Nefarus joined the men in the ring. Nefarus handed The Undergrads the championships and hoisted their hands in victory.

Backstage The Messenger is seen preparing for his match and Star Warrior heads to the ring along with the other members of The Six.

Star Warrior, "Things began spiraling out of control in this fed because of the feud between Stellar Nexus and The Messenger. We have taken a vote and have appointed a new Commissioner. One that can take matters into his own hands if the need may be, a man that has what it takes to restore order, this is also a man we have taken off the active roster to remove any desires he may have on the championships. So without further ado I give you your new GWFZ Commissioner... SLY DRURY!"

Sly Drury comes out flanked by newly outfitted GWFZ Personal Security and saunters to the ring with a new air of confidence.

Sly Drury, "Now that I am Commissioner I am putting all members of the GWFZ on notice. In the coming weeks I will be assembling a team to enforce order. I will not name these men, so you will not know who works for me. I will have eyes everywhere and any transgressions against the GWFZ or myself will be harshly dealt with. Now allow me to introduce the CWA champion Thantos."

Thantos came down with the CWA Championship around his waist and stepped into the ring.

Star Warrior stepped forward with a data pad for Thantos to sign, but before he could sign it Sly Drury snatched it away.

Drury, "As my first act as Commissioner I am denying Thantos' contract into the GWFZ. Should he lose here tonight he will be sent back to Kronos to be sent back to 2087 where he belongs. Thantos' time is past. Should he win he will still be leaving the GWFZ and will not be on the upcoming PPV, but will begin his tour somewhere else in the galaxy. Have a good night gentlemen."

The Six exit the ring and Drury goes down to ringside to watch the CWA Title Match. The Messenger comes out with Monolith and Nightmare Nikki.

The Messenger vs Thantos (CWA Championship)
Both men traded move after move and the momentum shifted several times before the action spilled to the outside. Monolith distracted Thantos giving The Messenger the advantage and he tossed Thantos back into the ring for the kill. The Messenger went on a streak and pounded Thantos into the mat several times only to have the CWA champ regain his feet after each attack. Thantos powered through a move by The Messenger and went on offense. Thantos was on offense for several minutes before The Messenger was able to regain control and once again both men went back and forth bringing the fans to their feet, both men being cheered! The Messenger catches Thantos with THE MESSAGE and goes for the pin...NO! Thantos kicks out. Thantos reverses The Messenger and hits a couple of Satanic Skull Smashers before locking in the MASTERLOCK. The Messenger fought the pain and rolled the move over breaking the hold. The Messenger fought back to his feet and hit the Conveyor DDT and the Redeemer Neckbreaker before attempting the pin again. one...two...KICKOUT! The Messenger lifted Thantos up, both men clearly exhausted after 45 minutes and finalized the match with THE MESSAGE and pins Thantos to become the NEW CWA Champion.

The crowd came to their feet once again and gave both mena standing ovation and roared with approval.

(This match was simply incredible and both men left their blood, sweat, and tears in the center of the ring. The Messenger earned the title whether he holds on to it long term or not.)

Sly Drury climbs into the ring and presents The Messenger the CWA title and raises his hand in victory.

Drury, "You are free to leave Thantos. The Messenger will be touring in your place."

Thantos started to protest and Drury hit the CRIME LORD leaving the former CWA champion out cold and then activated a device on his belt which teleported Thantos away from the ring. Once again The Messenger ends the show on top of the GWFZ!

I really liked how you used Hegemony; excellent booking!

I'm really surprised that Leviathan dropped the belt; I thought he had it locked down...

Like how you're using the Six; love how each of their personalities came out distinctly different. I wish I could accomplish that! Great job!
