In The Zone's pyro and opening theme kicks off the show.
Mot & Kram, "Welcome to IN...THE...ZONE!"
Mot, "Tonight we have a jammed packed card for you."
Kram, "So we are going to get right to the action."
Mot, "First up is Umagapotamus versus Homage."
Tribal drums herald the entrance of the Samoan Hippo.
A Gothic theme begins to play through the arena and Homage comes out on stage, drops to his knees and lays back his head and arms, before rising and heading to the ring.
Homage vs Umagapotamus
Homage was faring well against Umagapotamus, dominating the opening moments of the match.
Mot, "Looks like Homage is in top form, he is dominating Umagapotamus."
That is until he was caught by an Andromeda Drop.
Kram, "Don't speak to soon, his ribs seem a little worse for wear after that move."
Umagapotamus continued the brutal assault with a Running Hippo Bomb and a Super Samoan Drop before hitting the first SAMOAN HIPPO SPIKE.
Kram, "ITS OVER!"
Homage kicked out of the first one and was hit with a second one.
Mot, "Homage beat the count after two devastating Spikes!"
Homage escaped once again and managed to regain his feet. A kick to the face followed by a bone-jarring crescent kick to keep Homage down.

Kram, "That was all he could take. Two final kicks to the face finished Homage off."
Mot, "Up next is the return of The Headliners."
Kram, "Whoopty Dooo. Darth Brooks and Grillz are scrubs and can't hold a candle to The Undergrads."
The Headliners new music hits and it is a mix of hip hop & country. The crowd gives a mixed reaction to the return of the two superstars showing a divide between fans of The Headliners and fans of The Undergrads. The Headliners step into the ring with Bearly Legal who are already in the ring.
The Headliners vs Bearly Legal
Mot, "Darth Brooks starts things off against Dark Star Creature."
Kram yawns, "Am I really sitting here watching a washed up country singer take on an ape from the stars."
Mot, "Yes you are now pay attention."
Kram, "It really wasn't a question you idiot."
Mot, "Brooks attempts to overpower Dark Star Creature and receives a knee to the back for his troubles."
Kram, "Corner Cage by Creature and Darth Brooks stumbles. Dark Star Creature goes for a brainbuster and Darth Brooks counters."
Mot, "The Headliners hit Friends in Low Places and follows with OK!"
Kram, "One...two..three and its over."
Mot, "The Headliners made that look easy."
Kram, "It didn't help that Cuddley Claw was asleep on the apron and in no condition to help his partner."

Mot, "Up next Assassin Z takes on Strong in a rematch in a No Disqualification Match."
Kram, "Strong better hope that Z doesn't decide to impale him with that blade like he did Xymbiote."
Assassin Z vs Strong
Strong dominated the lighter Z and put him away quickly with STRONG.

Kram, "Well that was a letdown. Assassin Z let Strong walk right over the top of him and the match never left the ring."
Mot, "Not the most exciting of matches. Fans expect more from a No DQ Match."
The Undergrads make their grand entrance and posed for the crowd.
Morbid Revelations came out to their new music and with the GWFZ titles in hand. Both men stepped into the ring and went nose to nose with Pariah and Magnifico.
Revelation vs Pariah
The referee ordered Morbid and Magnifico from the ring. Magnifico started through the ropes and the referee guided Morbid out. While he was distracted, The Undergrads took advantage of the opportunity and dropped him on his head with the DEAD MAN'S CURVE. Magnifico rolled quickly from the ring as the referee called for the bell. Pariah lifted Revelation up and hit ANARCHY IN THE GWFZ before going for the pin. Morbid could only watch as Pariah casually covered the unconscious Revelation and scored the pin fall, one upping the tag champions in dirty finishes.

Kram, "The Undergrads only re-payed Revelation for the shot he gave Pariah at the PPV which cost them the GWFZ Titles."
Mot, "Things are going to get ugly between these two teams."
Kram, "Up next is the Holo-Vision title match."
Mot, "Grash was stripped of the belt by not adhering to the rules and now gets a chance to regain the title from the new champion Stryker."
Stryker marches to the ring with a new entrance theme and climbs to the top turnbuckle and hoists the belt up for everyone to see.
Grash comes to the ring to a heavy metal theme, but doesn't pause to notice the fans, though he points at Stryker with his crowbar as he steps between the ropes.
Stryker vs Grash
Grash wasted no time in reclaiming the Holo-Vision Championship. He caught Stryker with an Iron Elbow Strike that dropped the champion and then scored the victory with the TENDERIZER in dominate fashion.

Kram, "You mean former champ. Grash may hold onto the Holo-Vision Championship for quite some time."

Salvage vs Doctor Payne
Salvage put Payne on the mat quickly and hit ROAD TO REDEMPTION only to have Doctor Payne kick out. Salvage followed with Destiny Rising and Payne rolled to the outside where Elizabeth handed him a vial to drink. Reinvigorated, Payne rolled into the ring and hit Salvage with a Shining Wizard before going on a long string of offense, applying the KO TEMPLE CLAW on two separate occasions, and going for several pin attempts. Salvage managed to regain his feet and hit a second ROAD TO REDEMPTION to put Doctor Payne down for the count.

Kram, "He may have won the battle with Doctor Payne, but he is in bad shape for the war to come."
Mot, "You may be right partner. In these types of matches, you really need to win quickly."

The winded Salvage was taken down quickly by Hegemony, who hit MAINSTREAM and locked in HEGEMONIC BORDERS to end the match in quick fashion.

Mot, "Well the damage is starting to show as Hegemony had no trouble in taking Salvage down easily."
Kram, "Yeah and he has 'The Gatekeeper' to go yet."
Salvage stood in the ring sucking wind and trying to recover as Leviathan headed to the ring.

Salvage at least tried to put up a fight against Leviathan, but it was short lived as 'The Gatekeeper' leveled him after a knee to the temple and finished him off with LD50.

Doctor Payne and Hegemony traded blows before Hegemony gained the momentum and scored the victory with HEGEMONIC BOARDERS.

Doctor Payne vs Leviathan
Doctor Payne whipped Leviathan into the turnbuckle to start the match off and charged right into the raised knees of The Gatekeeper. Leviathan locked in GEHENNA'S GATE on the rocked Doctor Payne and gave him his second loss of the Gauntlet.
Mot, "Thats two down and Doctor Payne has yet to score a win."
Kram, "He lost to Salvage once already."
Mot, "Both men have taken some punishment so they should be on equal ground again."
Doctor Payne vs Salvage
Doctor Payne and Salvage traded offense, but it was Payne who came out on top and scored his second victory over Salvage with the KO TEMPLE CLAW.

Doctor Payne hands Hegemony his first loss of the night with the KO TEMPLE CLAW. Hegemony was just unable to get anything going, every-time he gained the offense, Doctor Payne went right back on again.

The two men engaged in an all out brawl! Salvage hit move after move only to have Hegemony come back and use his technical skills to keep Salvage on the mat. The outcast Aethran powered to his feet and hit Hegemony with ROAD TO REDEMPTION for the pin fall.

Hegemony exploded when Salvage was announced the winner and attacked him, locking in HEGEMONIC BOARDERS and refusing to release the hold. While the referee tried to pry Hegemony off, Leviathan quietly slipped into the ring.

Leviathan yanked the unaware Hegemony off Salvage with a show of strength and hit the Spawn of Hell to start the match. Leviathan followed with back to back Serpent Spinebusters before locking in GEHENNA'S GATE for the pin fall.

Hegemony never got to leave the ring and Leviathan launched his attack as soon as Hegemony regained his feet. Hegemony ducked the right hook and locked Leviathan in a rear naked choke before transitioning into HEGEMONIC BOARDERS to score the victory to the shock of the fans, giving Leviathan his first loss of the night in lightning fashion. Hegemony once again refused to let go of the hold, but Leviathan slipped free and locked Hegemony in GEHENNA'S GATE until he passed out. Leviathan rolled the limp body to the floor and awaited Doctor Payne.

Doctor Payne gained the offense and went to whip Leviathan into the turnbuckle, but Leviathan reversed the move and followed Payne in with a devastating clothesline and immediately locked in GEHENNA'S GATE for the victory.

Leviathan vs Salvage
The injured Salvage showed real heart to come down to the ring and face Leviathan, but it was not the best of ideas as Leviathan crushed him into the mat before locking in GEHENNA'S GATE. Leviathan wrenched back hard and Salvage let out a primal scream as something in his neck gave and he suffered further injury.

*I tried something new with the first couple of matches. I'm not really sure how much I like doing total play by play for a match, but you can let me know what you think. I'm going to try and add a little extra to the cards.*
