Previously in 2122.....
-Monolith has had a stranglehold on the GWF championship for most of the year after unseating Disaster in impressive fashion. Wolf has worked his way into contention with several impressive wins, and has had several run-ins with the champ, but has yet to face the big man one-on-one in an official match (Yes, a year-long build-up to the big match).
-The Gladiators are the reigning tag team champions having just recently beaten The Master Race for the belts. The two teams have dominated the tag team title picture all year. Meanwhile, Divided We Fall has amassed an impressive won-loss record with their only loss of the year coming at the hands of the current champs.
-Tricks shocked the galaxy when he upset Nosfera for the Interplanetary championship. Former champ Swarm is hot on his heels and Retribution has inserted himself into the I-P title picture in hopes of keeping the belt away from his hated enemy. This has developed into a 4-way rivalry. Swarm has respect for Retribution, but has warned him to stay out of his road to the title. Retribution promises to take the title to smite Nosfera, who covets the Interplanetary title more than even the GWF belt, for whatever twisted reason he has. Tricks is just trying to keep his head above water and let everyone else destroy each other.
-She Devil has held the women's title for most of the year. She came out of nowhere and ascended to the top of the women's ranks, becoming a popular underdog champ. However, the longer she holds the belt the more her brash confidence is starting to sound a lot like arrogance and over-confidence to the fans and a groundswell of support for no-nonsense Gladiator Strafe has begun.
-Titan Glory and Jungle Knights have had a spectacular rivalry in both tag team and singles action, thrilling fans with cleanly contested high flying encounters. It is widely speculated that the winners of this series will be in line for a tag team title match in the near future.
-Endgame continues his unpopular crusade to bring about a new Galactic Code. His only saving grace in the eyes of the fans has been the total disdain of Sly Drury and Outlaw Nation. Payback has been stuck in the middle: Endgame has denounced his style, but he refuses to side with a lowlife like Drury. He continues to do his own thing and refuses to change for anyone.
-U.S. Male has drifted through the year, failing to find his niche or make any real waves in the GWF. His frustration is mounting and he is beginning to feel overlooked.

[shadow=red,left,300]Galaxymania: Final Conflict 2122 [/shadow]
Jungle Knights defeated Titan Glory Panther Warrior pinned Reckless to end the spectacular opening bout of the night. ***1/2
Vidtek conducted a backstage interview with women's champ She Devil regarding the upcoming number one contender's bout, with the winner facing She Devil for the belt later in the night. She Devil said she didn't care if the "blonde slut" or "the big cow" won because she would walk in the champion and walk out the same way.
Sultana won a hard-fought bout over Phantasy to earn a women's title match. Phantasy used her speed and agility to keep Sultana off-balance early, but Sultana caught her, grounded her, and won with PARDON MY SPEAR.
Kill Prey returned from injury to get revenge on and defeat Daimyo in a Titan Death Match. After the bout Kill Prey, typically a man of few words, took the house mic and announced that he had gotten his revenge, that he has nothing left to do here, and it is time to hunt new lands. He said he is leaving the GWF effective immediately.
Endgame and Anivar had words in the locker room. Endgame warned Anivar that he would be watching the upcoming bout and it'd better follow the code "on both sides". Anivar told Endgame to stay out of his business and let him wrestle the way he needs to. He promised to fight fire with fire that's what it takes to beat Sly and Endgame had better do the same later against American Guy. Endgame said Guy is the worst example of what's wrong with the GWF and Anivar could rest assured that he would beat Guy without comprimising his principles in the process.
Sly Drury defeated Anivar after two consecutive CRIME LORD kicks. Anivar apparently listened too closely to Endgame's warnings and wrestled like his hands were tied. Sly took advantage and got the fairly easy win.
Payback used EXVENGE to beat Tanck in a wild match. Payback pushed the rules as fas as possible without being disqualified to pick up the win over his old rival.
Sultana destroyed She Devil in two moves to win the women's title. She Devil got in Sultana's face as the bell rang, smiled wrily, then slapped the powerhouse in the face. Sultana kicked her in the stomach, then used Warrior's Whiplash to get the pin.
As Sultana hoisted the belt overhead in a show of victory Mother Superior ran out and attacked. A brawl broke out and Divided We Fall and The Troubleshooters ran out to break it up. Muss pulled Sultana off of Mother Superior and tossed her back against the ropes. Muss yelled at her to "back up" and Sultana kicked him in the groin. As The Bomb tended to his fallen partner Sultana told him never to touch her again and that they were on their own from now on.
Endgame won by disqualification over American Guy. Endgame had the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR on when Sly and Betrayer ran out to attack. Tauran and US Male came out to make the save and even the sides and Outlaw Nation retreated.
Disaster, Rage, and Paralyze defeated Havoc and Master Race when Disaster pinned Havoc.
Tricks defended the Interplanetary title in a 4-way match against Swarm, Retribution, and Nosfera. Nosfera used DEMON'S BREATH on Retribution, then turned and helped Tricks dispose of Swarm. Then Nosfera watched as Tricks got the pin on Retribution. Vin Strutter hopped into the ring with Omen and announced Nosfera as the newest member of the Greatest Show in the Galaxy. Omen said Tricks proved his mettle by standing toe-to-toe against "Noble Nosfera" and Vin Strutter proved his intelligence by making a "generous contribution to Omen" to begin the alliance. Tricks celebrated with the belt, but did not look pleased with his newest "teammate".
Divided We Fall defeated The Troubleshooters when Encubus used the Masterlock on Muss.
Vidtek attempted to get into Monolith's locker room for a pre-match interview, but Monolith slammed the door in his face as he tried to enter.
Wolf won by disqualification over Monolith in a GWF title match. Wolf looked good early, but could not knock the big man off his feet. Finally the champ went down and Wolf nearly scored the win with the SAVAGE FACE CLAW. Monolith came back and hit END OF ALL THINGS but Wolf somehow managed to kick out. Monolith tossed Wolf out of the ring and began beating him relentlessly with a steel chair. The ref tried to stop him but was tossed away like a rag doll. The beating continued until two dozen GWF officials and security team members came out to get between Monolith and his fallen prey. They quickly carted Wolf out of the arena as Dark Menace attempted to keep Monolith from harming the GWF personnel.

[glow=blue,2,300]GWF SUNDAY NIGHT SLAM [/size][/glow] Massif began the show by denouncing Monolith's actions at the end of the Final Conflict. He said that he believed Monolith had intentionally gotten himself disqualified to save his championship and declared the GWF championship vacant pending a rematch between Wolf and Monolith. Vidtek squashed Plethador (substituting for the MIA Swarm).Tricks defeated Reckless in a non-title match, then burned him with some sort of spray from the carnation on his lapel. As medical staff rushed to aid Reckless, who was writhing in pain on the mat, Tricks said it was "no more Mr. Nice Guy" time and he would show the galaxy that no one, not even Nosfera, is nastier than the wicked clown. American Guy and The Betrayer defeated Tauran and Anivar when Guy pinned Tauran.Vin Strutter was talking to Omen in the backstage corridor leading to the arena. He assured Omen that Tricks wouldn't be a problem and that their alliance would nicely benefit both sides. Omen warned that it had better, then Nosfera jumped out of the shadows next to him and blew Demon's Breath into the air by his head before hopping away to the ring. Nosfera defeated Retribution thanks to timely interference by Omen.Retribution had Nosfera down and was going for the win when Omen distracted the ref. Retribution turned to see what was going on and Nosfera recovered long enough to use DEMON'S BREATH and go for the cover. The ref turned around and counted the pin. Havoc defeated Disaster in a steel cage match. The bout was contested under traditional cage rules, meaning the winner would be the first man to climb the cage and reach the floor or escape through the door. The combatants tore into each other, but Havoc's stamina and quickness proved to be the difference as he was able to wear down Disaster long enough to make a break for it and escape for the win. After the match Havoc stood at ringside and said that this proved to everyone that he should be the centerpiece of any team he's on and that he takes a back seat to no one. Meanwhile, Disaster recovered and attacked Havoc from behind. He threw Havoc back through the cage door and performed the RAMPAGE in the center of the ring, leaving his adversary in a heap as he triumphantly stormed away from the cage to end the show.[/center]

Jungle Knights beat Tanck and Scimitar (substituting for Gryt) when Panther Warrior pinned Scimitar. The Ani-Men continued their winning ways in impressive fashion with Panther Warrior using the JUNGLE NIGHTS on Scimitar to pick up the win.
Rotundo came out to help Scimitar to his feet and ask where "her man" Gryt was. Tanck laughed at her and walked away. Scimitar did likewise and they left her to wonder by herself in the middle of the ring. Strafe appeared on the entrance ramp and told Rotundo she had more important things to worry about, then made her way to the ring for their scheduled match.
Strafe pinned Rotundo after TERMINAL HEIGHT. The crowd was amazed and impressed by the power of Strafe as she hoisted the larger lady up for her finisher to pick up the win.
Paralyze and Rage beat American Guy and The Betrayer to defend the GWF tag team championship. During the match Divided We Fall and Mother Superior appeared and watched part of the match from the end of the aisle. Encubus was very vocal about a pair of "non-contenders" like Guy and Betrayer getting a title shot before them. Mother Superior told him to be patient and that there time was coming soon.
Vidtek won by disqualification over Payback After the bout Vidtek grabbed the mic and warned Payback that "changes are on the horizon" and he'd better get used to things not going his way.
Endgame and Sly Drury wrestled to a double disqualification. Endgame was on the verge of the win when Guy and Betrayer ran down to interfere. They were met by US Male, Tauran, and Anivar and a team brawl broke out. The FDF cleared the ring of their adversaries. Endgame, Tauran, and Anivar stood side-by-side challenging OUtlaw Nation to come back to the ring, while US Male stood off by the side. Guy looked at US Male, pointed to himself then to US, nodded, and left.

[glow=blue,2,300]GWF SUNDAY NIGHT SLAM[/glow] 2123 week 1
Iron Hand:"Tonight a new era begins. An era of Martial Law. The damage that Massif has done has been undone. Monolith is reinstated as GWF champion. A true female talent, Mother Superior, is the women's champion. And Divided We Fall, a team overlooked for even ONE title match all last year, has been elevated to their rightful position. To prove their mettle as champions Divided We Fall will defend the tag team championship tonight against THE ANIMEN (crowds roars in approval believing Jungle Nights are getting the show)....Retribution and Plethador! (cheers turn to boos and sounds of confusion)." "That leaves one last, troublesome title vacant. The Interplanetary championship has been the domain of demons and freaks as of late. Well, in order to remove the tarnished image that title has brought to the GWF, I am forced to elminate the title altogether. As of right now the Interplanetary title has been retired. For the first time in nearly 30 years a NEW title will be introduced to the GWF: tonight the tournament begins to crown the first ever Ring Of Iron champion!" "The Ring Of Iron championship WILL be defended and fought for with honor and integrity...or else! Managers and allies are not allowed at ringside for Ring Of Iron matches and the title CAN and WILL change hands as a result of a disqualification. May the best man win." "Speaking of the best man winning, I was not impressed with the main event of the last event with Massif at the helm. A battle between two wrestlers turned into a team brawl and there was no satisfying conclusion. Tonight, I remedy the problem. Tonight Endgame and Sly Drury get to tear each other apart...and I hope they do...in a Circinus Cell Match. I know Endgame has sworn off violent special matches since his 'crusade' began, but he does not make the matches, I do. He competes or he is suspended. As a special added bonus, the loser of this match will NOT see a GWF title match for the entirety of the year!If either man doesn't like it he's welcome to try to FIGHT THE POWER."
Vidtek defeated Tristan to advance in the Ring Of Iron tournament. Tristan fought hard, but Vidtek overpowered him and got the win with BIG TIME.
Sultana came to the ring with the mic. Sultana:"Mother Superior, bottom line: come face me like a true warrior and give me a fair chance to take back what is mine!" Mother Superior shows up on the entrance stage. Mother Superior:"It's not that easy, Sultana. Times have changed and matches aren't made on the fly around here anymore. Iron Hand runs things and he HAS made a match for you tonight. Prove yourself against Phantasy...." Sultana:"We've done this dance already! I beat her once and I'll do it again!" Mother:"Iron Hand is aware of that fact. And you didn't let me finish. Prove yourself ,'warrior', against Phantasy....and The Deadliest of the Species."
Sultana braces for battle as Mother Superior leaves and Phantasy comes to the ring, followed by the debut of Deadliest.
Deadliest and Phantasy beat Sultana in a handicapped match. The two-on-one advantage was too much for Sultana to overcome, and Deadliest made a successful debut by getting the winning pinfall. The duo continued the assault after the bell, but Shann-Ra rushed the ring and evened the sides to help Sultana fight off her adversaries.
Betrayer won by disqualification over Valour when Sleeper Cell members attacked Betrayer. Valour and Betrayer were both down on the arena floor when a pair of sleeper cell attackers jumped the ringside barricade. One rushed Betrayer with a crowbar. As Betrayer backed up the second attacker smashed him in the knee from behind with a bat. Valour sought high ground in the ring and braced for an attack, but the masked men turned and escaped through the crowd.
Panther Warrior was seen arguing in the locker room with Rertibution and Plethador. Malkuth stood at his side. Panther:"....It just seems a little odd to me that two guys who've never even had a tag team match together are getting a title shot before US! Which one of you is the spy? Maybe it's both!" Retribution:"I joined this team to counter Nosfera joining up with the Greatest Show, nothing more! I don't know why I'm booked into this match, but I'm not about to turn it down and get suspended before I get my revenge on Nosfera!" Plethador:"I know why I'M in the match: because Plethador equals ratings!" (Jungle Nights and Retribution in unison):"SHUT UP!" Swarm enters the room Swarm:"What a warm welcome back. Iron Hand has got us all at each other's throats, but I'm on to his game and we need to fight together and not against each other. Tonight my focus is on the Ring Of Iron championship. That's right, I've been 'deemed worthy' and I've got a match coming up against The Main Event. Now, there's a guy I've got some questions about. He hasn't even had a match AT ALL yet and he's thrown into a title tournament. Well, I intend to go get some answers!"
Swarm used VENOMOUS STINGER to put away The Main Event in a Ring Of Iron tournament match. After the match Main Event jumped Swarm and used SIGN ON THE LINE to leave Swarm laying in the ring.
American Guy and U.S. Male stood nose-to-nose in the center of the ring. Guy told him it was his last chance to change his mind before he continues the "long, slow career suicide" of being on the FDF. US Male stepped back, pantomimed holding a gun to his head, then turned it to Guy and kicked him in the stomach to start the bout. U.S.Male defeated American Guy with SEIZE THE DAY.
Divided We Fall easily beat Plethador and Retribution to defend the Tag Team Championship.
Valour rushed the ring, mic in hand, and slid in under the bottom rope. He got right in Bloodline's face and spoke. Valour:"I thought you had more integrity than this! I suppose everybody's got a price. Well nothing is worth compromising your principles: not title belts, nothing! I made that mistake and sided with lowlifes, but now it's time to do something about it. Your motto is "Divided We Fall"? Well today we make THE STAND." (With the last word spoken Kill Prey came down on a rope from the ceiling to stand at Valour's side) Kill Prey:"I just found a new reason to hunt again. You sold out for the tag team championship, and that makes those belts a very valuable prize indeed. Soon, we take your titles AND what's left of your honor." (Kill Prey threw a flare bomb at DWF's feet and Valour and he made their exit in the chaos).
Sly Drury used Flaunt The Law and the CRIME LORD kick to beat Endgame in a Circinus Cell Match. Endgame was not comfortable in the violent setting and Sly took full advantage to pick up the crucial win.
Iron Hand approached Endgame as he made his way back down the aisle after the bout. Iron Hand:"This what happens when you cross me, Endgame! Disappointed? Rules are rules and you won't be seeing a title match in 2123! Of course, if you want to try to challenge my authority you're welcome to FIGHT THE POWER." (Suddenly Disaster bursts through the crowd and rushes the commissioner. GWF security quickly steps between them) Disaster:"He'll have to wait in line because I ACCEPT your challenge! You suspended the Gladiators and offered to overturn the suspension if I'd face you in a Fight The Power match. You forgot something very important: Gladiators NEVER run from a challenge. I call your bluff and your reign of martial law is going to be over before it even gets a chance to begin." Iron Hand:"I forget nothing. I know all about Gladiator bravado and I NEVER bluff. Next week you get your chance to fight the power, and the galaxy gets to see why it's not wise to challenge my authority."

GWF Eye In The Sky [/color] GWF Sunday Night Slam supplemental coverage. [/center] After the show Bloodline and Encubus, dressed in street clothes, are walking through the parking lot outside of the arena. Encubus still has his tag team title belt draped over his shoulder. Bloodline:"Show's over, why're you still waking around with the belt?" Encubus:"Are you kidding? Massif kept us out of the title picture for two years and we're finally where we belong: back at the top! I'm taking this thing on the town! I still say Massif let his bad blood with my old man get in the way of giving us what was rightfully ours, by the way." Bloodline(tossing his travel bag into the trunk of his car):"I don't know what Massif's deal was. Maybe we wasted too much time stuck in a feud with The Troubleshooters, they never made a blip on the championship radar. I don't know, but once Iron Hand took over things changed quick and that's all that matters right now. Be safe with that thing(pointing at the belt), I'd hate to have to explain how that new million dollar strap disappeared at a bar somewhere!" Encubus nods and laughs as Bloodline drives away. Encubus starts to make his way back toward the arena when a giant net flies out from behind one of the parked cars, ensaring the son of the Gamemaster. Encubus falls and the tag belt tumbles to the pavement in front of him. As Encubus struggles in vain to break free, Kill Prey steps out from behind the car and casually picks up the belt. He looks down at Encubus with icy contempt. Kill Prey speaks in a quiet, calm voice. Kill Prey:"The party's cancelled, Encubus. Some barslut somewhere doesn't even realize what I just saved her from.(he looks down at the belt in his hand)Don't worry, I'm not going to take it. Somehow it'd just seem worthless if I didn't win it in the ring." Encubus(struggling with the net):"When I get out of here I'll rip your (expletives deleted) off! Give me the belt!" Kill Prey:"Oooo...such language. You're in no position to make demands. (Kill Prey kneels down until he is looking Encubus directly in the eyes) You'd better understand how I earned the name Kill Prey. I don't do 'catch and release', and right now you look like a lame jackal waiting to be put out of it's misery." Kill Prey turns his head slightly, hearing footsteps in the distance. Kill Prey:"Time to say goodnight, Encubus. (he tosses the belt in front of the netted tag champ) I'd say we can keep this between you and me, but our little friend up there (motioning to the hovering "eye in the sky" camera) doesn't keep secrets. Don't worry, Valour and I will be seeing you again real soon." Kill Prey disappears into the shadows as GWF crew members rush to Encubus' aid.

[shadow=green,left,300]GWF POWER! [/i][/shadow][/size] 2123 week 1 Jungle Knights beat The Circus Strongmen when Malkuth pinned Tanck. The highlight of the match was Panther performing a moonsault dropkick and going for the cover, only to have Vin jump on the apron. Panther knocked him off the apron, then dropkicked Gryt to the floor. Tanck charged, but Panther ducked and sent him out of the ring as well. With all three Greatest Showmen grouped together on the floor Panther Warrior performed a flying plancha onto all three. End came shortly afterwards with the THIRD REIGN on Tanck. Payback came to the ring and questioned why Iron Hand threw Tristan to the dogs against Vidtek in the Ring Of Iron tournament when the singles wrestler on the Titans sat on the sidelines. Iron Handentered the ring and told Payback it is never wise to question him. He said it's obvious the rules of the Ring Of Iron championship do not favor someone who refuses to play by the rules at all. Payback said he wasn't a fan of Iron Hand's rules or his team. He mentioned that one person was man enough to step up and challenge Monolith before anyone had the guts and that man was him. He said he'd love a chance to do it again. Iron Hand laughed and said maybe that's just what Payback needs to put him in his place. Iron Hand made a non-title match for later in the night between Monolith and Payback. He added that he would have a "special match" lined up for Tristan and his debuting new partner next week. Mother Superior beat She Devil in a very tough Women's title defense.Mother Superior dominated the beginning of the match, but She Devil kept coming back. Finally She Devil missed a dive off the top rope and Mother used SERPENTS OF HYDRA to get the win. Vidtek came to the ring for his interview show, Vidtek's Veiw[/i]. He said he'd been asked personally by Iron Hand to call Tauran, Anivar, and US Male to the ring on "official business". The FDF members gathered in the ring and Vidtek told them that Iron Hand was graciously allowing them to select one member (and one member only) of their team to compete next week in the Ring Of Iron championship tournament. He sarcastically added that Iron Hand said he "hoped it wouldn't cause to much internal conflict between team members". The three looked nervously at each other and Anivar took the lead. Anivar said the Ring Of Iron rules aren't exactly his thing and Tauran is just hitting his prime. US Male stood off in the corner looking down at the mat. Then Tauran spoke up and said he liked what he saw on Sunday when US put Guy in his place. Vidtek said the mutual admiration society was sickening him, and it didn't matter because they were looking at the eventual winner anyway (pointing at himself), but they needed to get to their decision. Tauran and Anivar looked at each other, then Anivar turned to US Male. Anivar looked at US Male and said, "I hope you don't mind...but you're the man. Don't let us down next week." The FDF members started exiting the ring but Patch ran down and attacked Tauran. The two fought their way to the ring and a ref ran down the aisle while calling for the bell to begin their scheduled match. Patch pinned Tauran after Walk The Walk in a high-impact match.Tauran began the match off-balance from the attack, but recovered and went back-and-forth with the unorthodox newcomer for several minutes of hard-hitting action. Patch displayed an unusual mix of brawling and wrestling that Tauran was unprepared to deal with and picked up the win after Walk The Walk, a surpisingly agile move for such a large man. The Master Race won by forfeit over Paralyze and Rage.Already knowing the results, a grinning Dark Menace led the Master Race to the ring for the introductions of the previously scheduled match. Master Race gloated and held their arms high in victory as the ring announcer informed the fans that, due to their current suspension, The Gladiators are unable to appear and The Master Race are declared winners by forfeit. Monolith defeated Payback with END OF ALL THINGS in a non-title match.Payback started quick with hit and run tactics, but was quickly grounded by Monolith. Monlith battered Payback and used END OF ALL THINGS, picking up Payback at the two count to continue his assault. That almost came back to haunt him as Payback made a valiant comeback and knocked the giant off his feet with a big chairshot on the floor. Monolith managed to get back in the ring before the ten count and caught Payback again. He hit END OF ALL THINGS one more time and this time took the three count for the victory. [/center] After the match a loud howl was heard and all eyes turned to the rafters above the entrace stage where WOLF stood holding the remains of the twisted steel chair Monolith mercilessly thrashed him with at the end of Galaxymania. Monolith stood in the aisle and dared Wolf to jump. Iron Hand ran out and ordered building security to subdue Wolf. As security closed in on Wolf the building lights went out. When they came back on Wolf was gone.

[glow=blue,2,300]GWF SUNDAY NIGHT SLAM[/glow] 2123 week 2
Sly Drury strode to the ring, followed by Patch, Phantasy, and American Guy. Betrayer was absent following the attack of last week. Sly:"Last week I showed everyone in the galaxy who REALLY holds all the cards in the GWF. I made sure Endgame won't see a GWF title match for the rest of 2123 and I proved to Iron Hand that I will not be intimidated by his displays of power. He thought he had Sly Drury by the short hairs, but I showed him that I'm the one who's got everyone else in my crosshairs. That includes his GWF champion Monolith. All I do is win and for far too long I took a back seat to Monolith because it furthered an agenda. Well the truce is over! Gold equals green here and I intend to take plenty of both. The challenge is issued! The way I see it, there's no one with eyes who can argue against me as the number one contender. Iron Hand, Take care of whatever business you have with Disaster tonight then show me the power; book it!" "In other business, I don't know who it was that attacked The Betrayer last week or why, but I intend to find out! Don't think this goes unanswered, and don't expect it to happen again. Next time we'll be watching and waiting."
Eugenics Project's music plays and Dark Menace leads The Deadliest to the ring as Sly gives Phantasy last minute instructions for her upcoming match.
Sultana and Shann-Ra defeated Deadliest and Phantasy. Sultana and Shann-Ra worked well as a team and avenged Sultana's handicapped match defeat of last week. Phantasy and Deadliest had a miscommunication at the end that spelled defeat on a botched pin save. Afterwards Phantasy and Deadliest exchanged harsh words before Dark Menace led Deadliest away.
Havoc defeated Retribution in a Ring Of Iron championship tournament match. Retribution put up a good fight, but the Gothic Spike ended his hopes of advancing in the Ring Of Iron tournament.
After the bout, Nosfera ran out and attacked Retribution. The two men brawled all over the ringside area, into the stands, and out of the building as nervous GWF security personnel tried to break up the fight.
US Male pinned Tricks to advance in the Ring Of Iron Championship tournament. Late in the match, Retribution and Nosfera brawled back through the arena, ineffective GWF security still attempting to separate them. That caused a momentary distraction that Tricks used to nearly pull off the win. But US fought back and got the pin with the Freedom Flyer.
Iron Hand stood in the backstage area with The Troubleshooters and Vidtek. Iron Hand:"Your marching orders are set. Kill Prey tried to embarrass one-half of MY tag team champions last week and it won't be tolerated. He and Valour want to be 'The Stand', so I want you to make sure they fall...Hard! I have business with Disaster to prepare for so Vidtek, I leave this to you." (Iron Hand leaves.) Vidtek:"You heard the man! This is our chance to make a statement and to prove that The Troubleshooters are the top team in the GWF." Bomb:"Man, I heard the way Bloodline was bad-mouthing us last week and you know what we went through with them last year. Now we've got to go do their dirty work against Kill Prey and Valour? Doesn't seem right to me, but delivering a beatdown's the same no matter who you do it for, and we do it better than anybody! Let's go, Muss!"
The Troubleshooters won by disqualification over The Stand. A 4-man brawl broke out in the ring after several great minutes of action. The referee struggled to get Valour to leave the ring. Valour pushed the ref out of the way to get to the Troubleshooters and he had no choice but to call for the disqualification.
The GWF's "Eye in the Sky" camera showed Disaster standing by himself in a dark corridor, quietly preparing for his confrontation with Iron Hand. Disaster turned, picked up a large steel box that was behind him, and hurled it at the camera. The box narrowly missed and the camera pulled away as Disaster headed to the ring.
Iron Hand defeated Disaster in a Fight The Power match. Disaster fought hard, but was not prepared for the abilities of the GWF commissioner. As the grueling bout progressed members of the GWF locker room, including Endgame, Tauran, Payback, Swarm, US Male, Malkuth, and Panther Warrior came to watch from the aisle. Soon Sly Drury, American Guy, Patch, Dark Menace, Havoc, and Vin Strutter came to the entrance stage above and watched as well.
Everyone watching stood in awe as Iron Hand finished Disaster with I RUN THIS FED, leaving the Aethran's face a bloody mess.
After the result, Iron Hand motioned for the referee to hand him a towel and, casually wiping Disaster's blood from his forhead, addressed the wrestlers watching at ringside.
Iron Hand:"Have I made my point clear? I RUN THIS FED! Not him and not you. Does anyone else want to challenge my authority? Let this serve as a reminder the next time you feel the need to...." (Iron Hand's words are halted as Disaster struggles to get to his feet. The Gladiator steadies himself on the ropes, blood pouring from his nose and forehead) Disaster:"This isn't over, Iron Hand. As long as I have breath, I fight." (Disaster steps towards Iron Hand, staggers, regroups, and finally stands face-to-face with the commissioner. Iron Hand casually steps back and out of the ring before speaking) Iron Hand:"The match has been won. It's over when I say it's over. The rest of the Gladiators' suspensions are lifted next week, I expect your teams complete compliance upon return. As for you, take another two weeks off and think long and hard about what just happened before you decide to try to FIGHT THE POWER again."
Iron Hand turned and walked away, cutting a path through the onlookers as if they weren't there. The other wrestlers made their way to the back as Disaster stood defiant in the middle of the ring to end the show.

Nice action. I like how you led into 2123.
My bout with Iron Hand went the other way. Iron Hand is nasty but the dice favored the Aethran this time.
Looking forward to more.

[shadow=green,left,300]GWF POWER [/i][/size][/shadow] 2123 week 2 Iron Hand came to the ring and addressed Wolf to start the show. He said he noticed Wolf seemed very interested in last week's main event. He noted that Wolf's "lurking in the rafters and disappearing act was cute. But it's 2123, not 1998 and it's not intimidating anyone." It was announced that Wolf would get a chance to come to the ring tonight and meet one-half of last week's main event face-to-face because he has a match with Payback. "And, to make it more interesting," Iron Hand continued,"I'm making it a Hardcore Titan Death match. Have fun tearing each other apart. Whoever survives might earn a shot at Monolith and the GWF title." He also mentioned that the situation with Nosfera and Retribution on Sunday Night Slam had not gone unnoticed. He said they would be forced to keep it in the ring tonight, because he was sending in "Iron Hand security" to replace the worthless GWF security team. Furthermore he would be placing them around the ring tonight for a lumberjack match between the two. He ended by warning that both men should consider themselves under "verbal warning" and if conduct did not improve "drastic measures" would be taken to force their compliance. The Master Race beat Titan Energy via countout.Titan Energy gave the Master Race all they could handle in Nitro's debut. In the end The Master Race overpowered the smaller competitors and Thraxx powerslammed Tristan on the floor to gratefully accept the countout victory. The Main Event came to the ring and grabbed the mic. Main Event:"I am the Main Event and I live to win.Swarm got lucky last week, it's as simple as that! In my debut I nearly beat the former Interplanetary champion and the only reason I have to say 'nearly' is because of a biased referee who couldn't fathom how someone so great could walk into his ring and take over so easily. That's why he laid the slow count when I went for the pin and was so quick to count me down when the time came that Swarm scored with one lucky move. Swarm, next time you try to use your 'Venomous Stinger' on me, I'll do what I do to any insect that flies in my face: I'll swat you down, pull out your stinger, and leave you to die! Keep a close eye on what I do to Plethador, Swarm, because you're next!" The Main Event pinned Plethador after SIGN ON THE LINE.Plethador wore a "Plethador = Ratings" shirt to the ring. SHE DEVIL showed up to lead him to the ring, which seemed to confuse Plethador as much as it did the fans watching. During the match she seemed more interested in watching TME than supporting her "teammate". Wolf and Payback met in the backstage area. Wolf said he didn't have a problem with Payback, but he'll go through anyone he has to if it means getting another shot at Monolith. Wolf said the first time was for the title, but this time it's personal. Payback took exception and said that if Wolf thought he'd just walk into the ring and walk over Payback, he'd better think again. He said the Hardcore Titan Death match is his match and Wolf's not the only one with a score to settle with Monolith. The two got into a shoving match and several wrestlers had to come in to break them up. Tauran and Patch wrestled to a 20-minute time limit draw.Patch continued to confound Tauran, who could not figure out the unorthodox style of the newcomer. Either man could have won on several occassions, but the time limit expired before a victory could be secured. Nosfera defeated Retribution in a lumberjack match. When either man got thrown from the ring or left the ring, Iron Hand security would rough them up and toss them back in. Finally Retribution lunged at them in retaliation and Nosfera took advantage of the distraction to use DEMON'S BREATH and get the pin. Payback beat Wolf in a vicious Hardcore Titan Death match. The two tore into each other in a display of athleticism and brutality, neither man giving an inch to the other. Payback survived a brutal beating and gave one back in kind, finally pinning Wolf after a pump handle slam on a piece of previously broken table.[/center]
