Hey guys! Qualitar here with the rundown for GWF Turmoil 2/16/31! We are on the road to Perennial 31 and the entire galaxy is buzzing! All across the airwaves, GWF Turmoil has been in the news! Tonight, we’ve got three huge matches including the debut of a new Titan team, Titan Power! The Tag Team Champions are here tonight for a non-title match with the Master Race, and Havoc will headline the show with Malice! Ah, who am I kidding? The story of the night is the return of the GWF legend, Wolf! The hardcore legend has promised to be here tonight and the entire galaxy of sports is on hands to witness the event! ESPN has a camera crew set up right by ringside! NBCG and UBC are also here to cover this major news story! Folks, don’t you dare doubt that Wolf appearing on any program is a major event! The man who made the GWF is back and he’s here tonight live on GWF Turmoil! Let’s check the matches!
The night opened with our camera crew panning around the jam-packed arena! Security guards outside told me that over one hundred thousand fans have been turned away! One hundred thousand! That’s got to be a record! The galactic news media is out in full force as I already noted and the arena looked a little different tonight with all those camera crews filling the ringside area! Commissioner Massif wisely cordoned off an area specifically for the media, but it wasn’t enough! There are literally people everywhere tonight! Our camera crew spanned to the front row of the crowd where one familiar face had purchased a ticket to see the action firsthand—the Galactic Champion, Monolith! Last week, Monolith promised to be here to listen to Wolf’s every word! Tonight, he was living up to that promise! I just hope the champion can control himself! He’s certainly been going down a dangerous road since Wolf eliminated him at GWF Snowed In!
Fireworks blared and the fans roared even louder! Making their way down the ramp were the Tag Team Champions, the Troubleshooters! Bomb and Muss quickly slid into the ring for this non-title contest against a team that they had certainly run into several times over the last few years! The Dark Menace led his team, the Master Race, to ringside amid a loud chorus of boos! Everything seemed heightened tonight! With Wolf scheduled to return, everyone was feeling the energy! Stepping into the ring, Thraxx challenged the Troubleshooters to a test of strength, but neither man seemed committed to the idea! Again Thraxx lifted his massive three-fingered hands into the air for a test of strength! This time, both champions unloaded with a tandem boot to the gut to start the match! Bomb and Muss locked hands and charged, leveling Thraxx with a double clothesline! Zygon quickly went to his partner’s aid, nailing Muss with a forearm to the head, but the ref intercepted that fight and ordered both men out of the ring! Behind the ref’s back, Bomb split Thraxx’s legs to deliver a straight right hand to the crotch! The fans went wild as the big Kroll writhed around the ring! Bomb quickly hit the side ropes, building up some steam for a body splash, but as he leapt up into the air, Bomb met him with both knees right to the stomach! The champion staggered back, clutching his ribs while Thraxx rose up to his feet! Bomb shot forward, looking for a forearm, but Thraxx caught him around the waist and drove the champion down to the mat with a sidewalk slam for two! That was close! The big Kroll peeled Bomb from the mat, whipping him hard into the ropes for a kick to the gut and then a side powerbomb and another two-count! The big man was starting to get winded so he pulled Bomb into the Master Race’s corner, making the tag to the fresh Zygon! The methodical fighter, Zygon slipped into the ring and began picking Bomb apart with a string of thrust shots at Bomb’s chest and neck! The Troubleshooter fired back with a wild swinging right hand, but Zygon ducked low and answered with an inverted atomic drop followed by a kick to the nose, flooring the champion! Zygon slowly pulled Bomb up, locking on his Tri-Claw in the center of the ring! That might have been a mistake! Reaching down, Bomb lifted Zygon into the air and rushed back to the champions’ corner, sandwiching Zygon against the buckles! Muss made the tag, Zygon still locked on Bomb’s face! The vicious Troubleshooter entered the ring and unloaded with a string of punches to Zygon’s head, breaking the hold and sending the Kroll down to the mat! Thraxx stormed into the ring, charging Muss from behind, but at the last second, the Troubleshooter dodged to the side and Thraxx crushed his own partner in the corner! The arena erupted as Muss tossed Thraxx over the top rope before lifting up Zygon and planting him in the center of the ring with a piledriver! Outside the ring, Bomb pounded the buckle! He might have been tired and battered tonight, but he knew what time it was! Muss made the hot tag and the roar grew even louder! Stepping into the ring, Bomb hopped around a second before hitting the far ropes and delivering the BOMB to Zygon! Three seconds later and the Troubleshooters had just sent a big message to the 2nd Coming that they were in for the fight of their lives come GWF Perennial 31!
As Bomb and Muss celebrated their victory, Cosmoses rushed down the ramp with a pair of steel chairs! The imposters slid into the ring behind the Troubleshooters, quickly delivering two hard shots to the back! The ref signaled for the bell and more help while both Cosmoses delivered two more hard shots to the top of the head! The Troubleshooters were busted wide open as security rushed down the ramp to stop this attack! Both imposters tossed their chairs down and rolled out of the ring, calmly making their way back up the ramp as if nothing had happened! What in the stars were the two Cosmoses doing here tonight attacking the Troubleshooters? Has this whole situation with the 2nd Coming been a setup? Someone please tell me!
After a commercial break to clear the carnage from the ring, Mot and Kram were standing at ringside right in front of Monolith! Mot asked Monolith why he purchased a ticket tonight rather than stay backstage and watch with the rest of the superstars! Monolith told the interviewer that he said last week he was going to be at ringside when Wolf came out and he was a man of his word! Because of all the extra news media, Commissioner Massif said he couldn’t sit at ringside for Wolf’s big return, so Monolith went out and bought himself a front row seat! Over three thousand Galactinotes, but it was worth it! Kram asked what Monolith was going to do tonight when Wolf came out! The champion shook his head! He was done answering questions! The only person he was going to talk to tonight was Wolf! With that, it was time for our next match!
At the top of the ramp, the Outlaw Nation came out to a huge booing! This already ravenous crowd was really getting into letting American Guy and Betrayer have it! I know a lot of places the Nation gets a mixed ovation, but here tonight, the boos were deafening! Inside the ring, American Guy threatened the crowd, drawing an even louder roar! When the lights dimmed and speed rock music blared, Titan Power burst from the back! Tristan led the way while Nitro raced behind, neither man taking any time to slide into the ring, past the waiting Nation and leap up to their feet! American Guy and Betrayer turned, catching a flurry of fists as they did! Tristan laced American Guy with a reverse knife-edge chop before shooting him into the far ropes for a big back body drop! American Guy answered Nitro’s punches with a haymaker of his own, striking only air as the rookie ducked low and cradled the redneck to the mat for two! As American Guy kicked out and rose up, Tristan leapt into the air, catching him with a dropkick to the chin! The redneck staggered back—right into a reverse magisterial cradle for another two-count from Nitro! The rookie beat American Guy back up to his feet, catching the redneck with a kick to the ribs and then a flip over back mule kick to the chin! The fans were deafening as Nitro hopped onto the top rope, flying back with a somersault Senton for another two-count! Reaching out, Nitro made the tag to the more experienced Titan! Tristan leapt over the top rope, clotheslining American Guy for another two-count! American Guy was practically living on the mat tonight! Tristan yanked him up, setting up for his patented thunder fire driver, but the redneck countered with a fist to the ribs! Grabbing the Titan by the mask, American Guy yanked Tristan to the mat viciously! American Guy wasn’t done yet! The redneck stomped away at Tristan, driving the heel of his boot repeatedly into the Titan’s head before making the tag to Betrayer! The masked Titan…traitor-version, I guess…stepped into the ring and nailed Tristan with a falling headbutt to the ribcage! Another falling headbutt had Tristan writhing in the ring while cameras blared all across the arena! Betrayer yanked Tristan off the mat, lifting him into the air for a falcon arrow suplex and a two-count! The masked Titan argued with the official, telling him to count faster! The ref roared back for Betrayer to wrestle better! As Betrayer readied his fist to strike the ref, apparently some sense of reason crossed his mind! Luckily for Betrayer, he let it go and pulled Tristan up for a vicious chop to the chest! Betrayer looked out at the crowd as he locked his arms around the Titan’s neck, flipping him over with a cobra clutch suplex for another two-count! Rising up, Betrayer stepped across Tristan’s throat, drawing a warning from the official! The masked Titan made his way to Titan Power’s corner, slapping Nitro and bringing the rookie rushing into the ring! While the ref intercepted Nitro, American Guy joined Betrayer in the ring for a double-team suplex! When the ref turned around, American Guy was the only Nation member left in the ring, holding Tristan up with a sleeper hold! Out in the arena, the fans started stomping and roaring Tristan’s name! They were trying to will the Titan back to life! American Guy laughed, letting Tristan loose and taking him over with a hiptoss powerbomb! Impressively, Tristan landed on his feet, leaping up to unload with an enziguri to the back of the redneck’s head! The fans went wild as both men collapsed to the squared circle! Crawling slowly, American Guy reached Betrayer for the tag while Tristan was just starting to move! The masked Titan traitor rushed across the ring and pulled Tristan back by his boot! Flipping over, Tristan caught Betrayer under the chin with a boot hard enough to not only knock Betrayer back, but to catapult Tristan into his own corner! Nitro made the hot tag and leapt over the top rope, nailing Betrayer with a forearm to the chest! American Guy, still groggy, stormed into the ring for a scoop slam before Nitro leapt up, knocking Betrayer down with a dropkick to the chest! The fans were going crazy as Nitro sprang off the second rope, catching American Guy with a cross body block to the mat! The rookie Titan looked across the ring at Betrayer, slowly rising up to his feet! Holding up his right hand, Nitro was signaling for something! Sadly, we would not see what it was!
Slipping over the guardrail, Sly Drury hopped onto the apron, yanking Tristan down to the concrete in the process! The crimelord stepped into the ring, nailing Nitro from behind with a Last Call kick followed by the Crimelord! The ref called for the bell while Drury unloaded on the rookie Titan inside the ring! American Guy quickly joined the attack, trying to send a message to this young man in his very first GWF match! Suddenly, the fans swelled to life! Rushing down the ramp was the Galactic Code! Endgame, US Male, and Hechilles slid into the squared circle, nailing both American Guy and Betrayer with crashing blows! Sly Drury managed to just slide out of the ring and retreat up the ramp before Endgame could catch him! American Guy and Betrayer quickly joined their leader while the Galactic Code helped Nitro up to his feet! Tristan joined his partner in the ring while we cut to commercial break to hopefully let cooler heads prevail!
After the break, our cameras caught up with the hottest man in the galaxy, Swarm! The Ani-man had just gotten a drink from catering and was now heading back to the Ani-men’s locker room when a messenger stopped him! The messenger handed a card over to the Ani-man! Swarm hesitantly opened it, staring as the messenger walked down the hall! Inside, was an invitation! Swarm looked at it while our camera man panned around, getting a good shot of the nicely presented invitation! It said that Swarm was invited to the grand reveal, live on GWF Turmoil in two weeks time! What grand reveal? The Ani-man looked up again toward the direction the messenger went before crumpling the invitation in his hand! I guess he’s not planning on RSVPing!
Back at ringside, it was time for our last match of the night! The fans were in rare form tonight and gave Malice a huge ovation! The Aetheran powerhouse stood in the ring, towering over the crowd as the music shifted and the most hated man on Aethera stepped through the curtain! Accompanying Havoc to the ring was a cadre of security guards, independently hired by the Outlaw Nation! After far too many death threats, Havoc has really beefed up his security, and I’m not sure that’s a bad idea! Inside the ring, Havoc slowly removed his vest all the while staring up at his big opponent! Malice had had enough and shoved the ref aside, grabbing Havoc by the collar! The Aetheran traitor fired off with a big punch right to Malice’s throat, stumbling the Aetheran powerhouse back a step! Havoc quickly turned, catching Malice with a spinning backhand to the jaw! Leaping onto the second rope, Havoc sprang back for a cross body block, but Malice caught him in midair! The big Aetheran fell forward, driving Havoc to the mat and knocking the breath from his lungs! The fans erupted as Malice yanked Havoc off the mat, nailing him with two hard left hands! Malice hit the near ropes, bouncing back with a Decapitator clothesline for two! The Aetheran powerhouse actually looked happy that Havoc kicked out! Malice slowly pulled Havoc up, savoring every minute of this beating! The Aetheran powerhouse whipped Havoc hard into the buckle, letting the traitor smack sternum-first against the top buckle! As Havoc rocked back, Malice lifted him up with both arms, flinging the traitor overhead with a belly-to-back suplex where Malice didn’t leave his feet! Havoc defiantly rose to his feet, catching an Atomic Spike to the top of the skull! The fans went wild as Malice pointed toward the top rope! Everyone knew what was coming next! With the fans roaring, Malice started up the ropes, climbing to the top for the Fields of Malice! Looking back one last time, Malice made a mental note of Havoc’s location before flying off into the air! As Malice’s body twisted, Havoc rolled forward, under the big Aetheran’s path! The fans couldn’t believe it! Malice crashed hard to the canvas, his massive chest hitting first and the air quickly flying out of his lungs! Havoc rose to his feet, shooting forward with a knee to Malice’s exposed head! Havoc quickly pulled Malice up off the mat, shoving him back into the corner for a flurry of right hands! At nine, Havoc held his hand up for a second—now he was the one savoring the blow! Suddenly, Malice grabbed the Aetheran traitor’s legs and stepped forward for an inverted atomic drop! Showcasing his agility, Havoc slipped back, just outside of Malice’s knee as the big man dropped him down! Leaping back up, Havoc drove the big man to the mat with Fallen Dreams! Havoc quickly hooked the far leg and scored another huge victory over a fellow Aetheran!
After the match, the fans roared as Disaster stepped through the curtain! Inside the ring, Havoc made sure his security force spotted the Aetheran nightmare’s arrival! Disaster held up a hand telling Havoc to slow down and hold his horses! Disaster wasn’t here tonight for a fight! He was here tonight for an answer! Would Havoc accept Disaster’s challenge at GWF Perennial 31? The Aetheran traitor looked out at the screaming fans who anxiously awaited his answer! Demanding the house mic, Havoc looked up the ramp at Disaster before conferring once more with his head of security! After nearly a half minute of stalling, the Aetheran traitor answered Disaster with one simple word: No! The fans booed intensely as Havoc dropped the mic and Disaster shook his head! The Aetheran nightmare told Havoc that he was making a big mistake not accepting the match like a man! Maybe—just maybe—Disaster would have to show him the error of his ways! With that, Disaster dropped his mic and started down the ramp only to see GWF security rush out and try to keep the Aetheran nightmare back! This was quickly getting out of hand!
Backstage, Panther Warrior tried to stop Malkuth from knocking on the commissioner’s door! The young Ani-man told Malkuth that he was mad too, but fighting Kill Prey solo wasn’t the way to go! The lion shot back that he had been a slave for far too long! He was now his own man and he would not live in fear of any man, Ani-man, or hunter! Next week, he wanted Kill Prey and he wanted him one-on-one out in the ring! The fans in attendance roared their approval for the former slave beast! Is there any doubt why Malkuth was voted the most inspirational wrestler in the GWF last year?
Back at ringside, it was time for the moment everyone came here tonight to see! All around the galaxy, news media have been talking about this moment! Sports talk shows have been abuzz with the talk that the living legend of wrestling, Wolf, was returning to the ring! GWF Snowed In was a huge surprise to everyone, and the replay scored the highest buyrate of all-time for a PPV replay due mainly to our fans’ word of mouth! Tonight, no one was going to be caught by surprise! Standing in the center of the ring with Mot and Kram was the President and Owner of the GWF, Hall of Famer, Infinity! The owner said that the time was at hand—Wolf was coming back to the GWF! And as the owner of the company, Infinity couldn’t sit back and miss this moment! That’s why he was out tonight, with Mot and Kram, to hear exactly what the living legend had to say! Always unpredictable, Wolf’s phone call before GWF Snowed In came as a huge surprise to Infinity, but the owner leapt at the chance to sign the living legend to one more match in the Royal Rumble! Never in Infinity’s wildest dreams did he think that Wolf would win the thing! But when Wolf drew number thirty, Infinity had a gut feeling that maybe this was fate! Maybe Wolf was due one more night in the spotlight! Of course, then Infinity saw Wolf and knew he was right! The hardcore legend looked in better shape than ever before! With a few years off to heal his body, Wolf’s amazing Ani-man physiology was doing remarkable work! Wolf looked like a young star again! And without further adieu, it was time to welcome back the living legend to the GWF! Ladies and gentlemen…the two-time former champion and the man who will main event GWF Perennial 31 with the undefeated leviathan…WOLF!!! The fans went bananas as Wolf’s music blared! After a few seconds, Wolf burst through the curtain to one of the—scratch that—the loudest ovation I have ever heard! The living legend was bathed in camera flashes as he made his way down to the ring, slapping hands with the rabid crowd! Stopping at the bottom of the ramp, Wolf howled so loud that you could actually hear him over the capacity crowd’s cheers! Hopping into the ring, Wolf again howled, this time drawing back a loud howl from the crowd! Inside the ring, Wolf shook hands with Infinity while Mot and Kram took the mic! Mot offered Wolf a handshake, but the living legend turned his back at the same time to howl back to the crowd! This could go on all night! Turning back around, Wolf took the handshake while Mot yelled to get heard! The interviewer asked Wolf why he was returning to the GWF right now! The living legend howled, smiling all the while! Why return? Because there’s no place better in the galaxy! Wolf never said he was done forever when he retired! Forever’s a word all those other saps use! Wolf’s been around a long, long time and he’s seen a lot of things! The hardcore legend comes and goes as he pleases! For a while, Wolf saw the third generation of GWF superstars he had faced leaving the ring! It was a sobering experience! Was Wolf too old to compete? Was his time in the spotlight over? Was it finally time to step aside and let the young generation take over? Wolf took all those thoughts and left the GWF! He tried some other extreme sports, but nothing holds the thrill of fighting another man, one-on-one inside a squared circle! Nothing beats the thrill of competition! So while meditating for six months in a Hoth monastery, the answer came to Wolf! Was it time to step out of the GWF spotlight and let new stars take his spot? Stars NO! The fans went wild as Wolf hopped onto the second rope, lifting up his right hand for the Savage Face Claw! Mot approached the living legend asking if that meant Wolf was coming back for good rather than just one match! The hardcore legend hopped off the rope saying that no one would ever replace Wolf! The Ani-man was going to be around for as long as he wanted! Infinity had signed him to a new deal and Wolf was excited to get back in the ring! Most of all, Wolf was excited to get back into the ring to face the one man that drew him out of retirement! The man that says he’s the greatest all-time superstar in GWF history! The only undefeated champion in GWF history! Well Monolith might be tough and he might have run roughshod through the GWF for the last few years, but there’s a new sheriff in town! One who knows something about fighting legends! Toppling giants! And if Monolith says he’s the greatest superstar in GWF history, Wolf has one thing to say—the undefeated leviathan is dead wrong! He must have missed all of Wolf’s matches! But come GWF Perennial 31, Monolith is finally going to learn that no matter how big or tough you are, there’s always someone just a little bit better! At Perennial 31, Monolith is going to meet that man in the center of a GWF ring! The undefeated leviathan had apparently heard enough! Monolith rose from his seat and stepped over the guardrail out toward the ring! Kram took the mic and asked Monolith if he would care to rebut? The interviewer reached the mic over the top rope to Monolith! With unexpected calm, Monolith wished Wolf good luck come GWF Perennial 31! He would need it! The undefeated leviathan then made his way up the ramp while Wolf clawed a turnbuckle, throwing the foam into the air to a loud roar from the crowd! The living legend howled as we ended our broadcast! Fans, don’t you dare miss GWF Perennial 31! Call your PPV provider today to ensure that you will be witness to the biggest match in GWF history! We’re so out of time tonight! We’ll see you next week!
