Since I've decided to post my results here, I thought it might be a good idea give you a rundown of what has happened in my fed beginning in 2119. Where available I'll post links to the old board so you can go back and NOT read what I'd saying
What has come before...
Travis GWF 2119
cards 1-30
-Endgame won the New Beginnings tournament and the Galaxian title on card 1 while Encubus took home the Interplanetary title.
-Bloodline broke away from Thantos and Encubus and joined the FDF
-the Amazing Mann won the Galaxian title and began a title reign that last over a year and well into 2120.
-Phantasy filed a sexual harrassment lawsuit against both the GWF and American Guy, Guy Andrews. Guy was subsequently suspended pending an investigation into the matter.
-U.S. Male began to team with the masked Mr. America as the new Stars & Stripes. This led to both Phantasy and Commissioner Massif going to great lengths to prove that Mr. America was, indeed, Guy Andrews. Mr. America was eventually unmasked and turned out to be GWFZ trainee, Kal Jericho. The suit was dropped and American Guy was re-instated.
-Endgame and Disaster engaged in the feud of the year ending with a Coliseum Death match on Aethra. In fact, the whole Guardians/Gladiators feud was pretty over-the-top violent with Valour cutting Paralyze's thumb off during one encounter.
-Massif suspended Valour for the rest of the year, but Valour liked to show up and make Massif's life hell whenever he could. Massif responded by hiring Sly Drury as his bodyguard and this led to a show-stopping match between Drury and Valour on the final card of the year. Valour won.
-On the same card, the Dark Menace debuted his team, the Master Race who defeated the Gladiators for the GWF tag belts.
Travis GWF 2120 (year was not posted)
cards 31-49
-it was revealed that the Dark Menace had purchased the GWF prior to 2119 and had waited over a year to strike out at the Gladiators and Commissioner Massif
-Switchblade, feeling he was being overlooked for title shots, became a heel with Phantasy was his valet and began a feud with Swarm
-the Troubleshooters took on Hustler as their manager.
-Valour looked to be on his way to a series of match against then-Galaxian champion, the Amazing Mann, but the arrival of the Gatekeeper took his attention away.
-Endgame held the I-P title the entire year and still found time to feud with newcomer, Nosfera
-Swarm ended the Amazing Mann's amazing Galaxian title reign, but quickly dropped the belt to Encubus.
-Sly Drury became a popular fan-favorite against Epoch's Central Command.
-Encubus forfeited the Galaxian title to team with Bloodline as Divided We Fall
Travis GWF 2121
cards 50-79
-Endgame defeated Monolith in the big man's debut to win the Galaxian title.
-Monolith went on the feud with Disaster
-Havoc left the GWF under controversial circumstances. He was replaced on the Gladiator team by Rage. Rush recieved a cleansing and came back more wild than ever.
-Latasha outed U.S. Male, revealing him to be gay. This led to tensions between Male and partner, American Guy.
-Latasha's new team, the Troubleshooters had a breakout year, winning both the Milky Way tag tourney and the GWF tag belts.
-Commissioner Massif's feud with GWF owner the Dark Menace continued leading up to a war games event that Massif won and in doing so, gained control of the Menace's stock.
-Massif won by making a deal with the devil. In this case, the devil was none other than Godsend, who promptly betrayed Massif. Godsend's plan to take over the GWF might have worked if not for Valour and a returning Blazing Skull.
-newcomer Dead Ringer made waves by teaming with the animen.
-Sly Drury shocked fans by rejoining Epoch, his hated enemy from 2120
-an annoying pest, Savage-T, began to stalk Massif, begging for a chance to be a GWF superstar.
-new animan, Panther Warrior had an incredible rookie year, winning the Planet X title several times.
-Swarm disappears after lossing the Galaxian title to Monolith
-the year ended with the Gauntlet, a 30-man battlezone-style match for the Interplanetary title that was won by newcomer OverTime, who defeated Savage-T in the finals. Despite the loss, Massif gave Sav-T a GWF contract for 2122.
Travis GWF 2122
cards 80-present(card 100)
-Sly Drury,Valour, American Guy, the Betrayer, and the Surgeon form the Outlaw Nation. At one point, the Nation holds every GWF title. The Surgeon is quickly ousted from the group.
-Endgame starts his "Crusade" to clean up the GWF.
-Valour wins the Galaxian title from Endgame and survives a brutal feud with Tauran to retain the belt.
-Wolf returns to tackle Monolith
-Swarm returns from a self-imposed exile to lead the animen against the Greastest Show in the Galaxy.
-former partners Havoc and Paralyze engage in a feud
-Vidtek, American Guy, and Payback have a nice 3-way feud for the Planet X title.
There you have it, the setup for a fed you probably won't read anyway.
