Tournament Round Four

Flatliner vs Ventross[/color] : Ventross tried to literally tear the skeleton out of the suit and the match turned into a bloody brawl between the combatants. Ventross hit a Ravager Gut Buster late in the match and quickly went for the pin fall. Flatliner was unable to kick out and Ventross won the match.

Peacemaker vs Exodus[/color] : The huge Peacemaker dominated the former angel and scored a quick victory with the PEACEMAKER'S OATH. Peacemaker shook Exodus' hand after the match in a show of sportsmanship.

Lance At-Las vs Godsend[/color] : Godsend survived the WANDERER'S CLUTCH and went on the offense. Godsend beat on Lance and went for SPEAK OF THE DEVIL but Lance powered out of the move. Godsend then went high risk but missed and was caught in the MARTIAN MANHANDLER giving Lance the victory as Godsend was unable to escape.

Pendragon vs Darkseed[/color] : Pendragon steamrolled yet another opponent and knocked of the former demon with the OVERTHROW.

Semi-Finals the Final Four[/u][/color]

Ventross vs Peacemaker[/color] : Ventross and Peacemaker went at it hard in a great battle but Peacemaker was able to score the pin fall following the PEACEMAKER'S OATH.

Lance At-Las vs Pendragon[/color] : Former soldiers of the ROC met in the semi-finals and began the match with a handshake. Pendragon destroyed Lance and finished the match in record time with OVERTHROW.

Finals[/u][/color]

Peacemaker vs Pendragon[/color] : Peacemaker started by trying to order Pendragon to stand down and forfeit the match. Pendragon stared at him in defiance, "I answer to no one Peacemaker, I am my own man and the war is over so you have no authority here. Now let us do battle." The two men locked up and Pendragon soon hit his finisher OVERTHROW but Peacemaker kicked out. Pendragon hit the OVERTHROW again but Peacemaker once again kicked out. Peacemaker went on the offense and hit the PEACEMAKER'S OATH but Pendragon powered out before the three. After a flurry of blows Peacemaker once again hit his finisher and Pendragon was unable to rise giving the victory to and the Centra Cup to Peacemaker.

Peacemaker stood tall as none other than the legendary Aegis came out to present the Cup to Peacemaker. Before Pendragon could leave the ring though, Aegis called him back.

Aegis, "I have an announcement to go along with the presenting of the Centra Cup to Peacemaker. I have it on authority from the Office that the final competitors will face off in a best of three match to crown a new aCe Champion in the main event of the Tag Tournament to crown new aCe tag champions. That night we will also crown a Battlezone Champion to represent the hardcore division and a Holovision champion that will defended on the new aCe broadcast.....aCe: Entertainment Xtreme."

Aegis shook hands with both men and handed the Centra Cup to Peacemaker before exiting the ring leaving the two men to stare each other down. Pendragon shook hands with Peacemaker before leaving the ring to allow the man to celebrate his victory.

Nemean vs Totalis :Totalis once again gets a chance to prove himself and capture gold while Nemean looks to put the cocky Totalis in his place.

Mr. Bloat vs Paganax
Darkseed vs Esperanto
Lance At-Las vs Ventross :In a surprise match-up, not only is Lance pulling double duty tonight, his round one fight is against fellow Six member Ventross.
Nightmare vs Shepard :Shepard once again finds himself embroiled in a fight with the forces of darkness as he faces of against the wizard Nightmare.

A press conference is held before the big night to crown new aCe champions. A spokesman for All-Centra Entertainment stands before a podium.

Spokesman, "First let me welcome you all to the show. Tomorrow nights tournaments are sure to be exciting and the main event pitting a renown soldier of the ROC Pendragon and our governments Golden Boy Peacemaker is sure to be legendary as they battle for the right to be called the aCe Essence Champion!. Now for my next announcement, even though we have Peacemaker here to keep the 'Peace' per say. He is also a competitor and would be more biased than we would like so we have appointed a commissioner. Let's all welcome him, you know him as the Battle for centra war hero....AEGIS!"

The crowd erupted as Aegis stepped to the podium.

Aegis, "I'm here to uphold the new foundations put forth after the war and to maintain a competitive decorum in the new age of the aCe federation. I'm putting all on notice that as long as I am in charge things will not be elevated to the murderous level of past competitions. I know there are many unsavory elements in the new aCe but they have been given their orders and will be banned from competing if they cross the line. I will also not play favorites even though many of my friends and allies have entered the federation, they will receive the same treatment here as the other wrestlers. Now we have a few comments from the competitors that we would like you to hear."

A Holo-tron came down behind Aegis as he stepped down from the podium. As it came on the image crystallized as the House of Pain prepared a statement. Mr. Bloat spoke first."

Mr. Bloat, "Do you cretins really think we care who's in charge there. You'll have no say in my matches as there are no rules when I fight. We live to deliver pain and that is what we are going to do. I will take the Battlezone title tomorrow night and there's nothing anyone can do to stop me."

Painmaster stepped forward as Sycophant remained silent, "Your looking at men with nothing to lose and we will maim and destroy anyone who stands between us and the Essence Tag Titles."

The lights went out and a spectacular light show began as The Amazing Mann stepped out with the Shock Syndicate. Amazing Mann spoke for his team.

Amazing Mann, "What happened the other night against that disgusting slug Mr. Bloat will not be occurring during this tournament. The UNBREAKABLE TOUR begins tomorrow night with the thief Scud...."

Before The Amazing Mann could finish The New School's music hit and Nes Kincaid came out with Avarice and the Bros. Oaken.

Nes Kincaid, "Listen up chump, if anyone is taking the Holo-Vision title it will be me. Anyway you look at it Avarice is going to take the Essence title off whoever wins between those two do-good ***holes and The Brothers Oaken are a shoe in for the Essence Tag titles as there's not a team here as mean or tough as these two. Now you can Mark the **** Out!"

Amazing Mann, "Who exactly do you think you are! I'm the Amazi"

POW! Nes clocked Mann and a brawl erupted between The Syndicate and the New School. Aegis stepped in and laid out three men with a metal gauntlet which included Amazing Mann, Nes Kincaid, and Rorus Oaken before order was restored. Security escorted the men from the press conference.

Aegis, "I will have order! As of now these men will suffer suspensions after tomorrow nights tournament."

Odyssey, "We have accepted this fight because The Brigade need to be put in their place and learn to stay out of Others affairs. Lance you were but a tool in my quest to keep Omni from attaining the Essence and erasing me. You should not be insulted but honored."

Omni, "So it will come to pass that because we are thrust into the tournament for the Essence we will see what happens when one man from two time lines wears the pure essence of Centra. May whatever deity you pray to have mercy on your souls, for even though we are bitter enemies now, we are on a mission of time."

Lance, "I should be honored? What kind of joke is that. I don't know what has gotten into you two but with Aspin, we will put an end to it. I will be pulling double duty tomorrow night and facing my new friend Ventross in the first round."

Ventross, "Do not make the mistake of taking our match lightly Lance for even though we are of the same mind, I will be out to win the Battlezone Title and then move on to the Essence title."

Lance and Ventross stare at each other for a moment before the camera fades. No word form the Archangels of Shepard.

Both Nemean and Totalis came out at the same time and all but raced to reach the podium first. Nemean made it and grabbed the mic. But before he could get a word out Totalis was on him and the two had to be pulled apart by Aegis.

Nemean, "I'll see you in the ring Totalis. Tournament Master your not, more like a Tournament Chump going by your last performance."

Totalis, "Why you!"

Totalis went after Nemean again and Aegis locked him into a choke hold pulling him away as security led Nemean out the other way.

Wrestlers unable to be reached were Primeval Destruction, The Regulators, The Dominion, Scud, & Paganax. Witchdocter was contacted but mumbled incoherently and so was left out of the press conference.

Before closing the press conference though the spokesman stepped forward.

Spokesman, "I have been given a last minute change to the card tomorrow. Lance will no longer be competing in the Battlezone Tournament and will be replaced by a mystery opponent who has just been signed."

Yeah, I'm not big on this Totalis losing trend.

Hopefully he can pull off the Holovision Title Tournament win.

Results for Battlezone Tournament

Mr. Bloat vs Paganax : The match began simple enough and there was a lot of back and forth action. Paganax hit two Roaring Elbows before ducking from the ring to grab a chair. Paganax bounced off the ropes and leaped at Mr. Bloat but he was prepared and kicked the chair into Paganax. Bloat tossed Paganax into the turnbuckle and blasted him yet again with the chair before climbing the ropes. Mr Bloat leapt off and smashed Paganax with the chair with all his weight and followed up with CRUEL AND UNUSUAL. Paganax was able to fight of the move by biting down on Bloat's hand. As Mr. Bloat shook his hand in pain Paganax hit a Primal Scream then picked him up and delivered a chokeslam before hitting the PAGAN VOID for the pin fall. Paganax stood over the prone body of Mr. Bloat and roared in triumph.

Darkseed vs Esperanto : Darkseed dominated Esperanto and even though nothing hardcore occurred Esperanto was destroyed by Darkseed and was pinned by the BELLY OF THE BEAST in short order.

Nightmare vs Shepard : This match almost ended without a fight as Nightmare exploded with a Spear of Shadows and a pin, but Shepard managed to kick out. Nightmare followed up with Black Magic and then a spinebuster onto a chair. Nightmare went for the MINDBENDER but Shepard kicked out yet again. The Wizard went wild and hit Shepard with three Demon Dreamscapes before throwing Shepard into the ropes and grabbing the chair. Shepard and Nightmare collided, both men struggled to their feet and Shepard recovered first before hitting a spinebuster of his own on Nightmare right across the steel chair. Shepard leapt to the top rope and delivered the EXORCISM for the pin.

Ventross came out to await his opponent in the tournament. War drums began to beat and a yellow light began to flash on the entrance way as Tekaro stepped out and made his way to the ring.[/b]

Ventross vs Tekaro : A a flurry of blows from both men Ventross was able to knock Tekaro to the mat. Ventross set up a table in the turnbuckle and powerbombed Tekaro through it. Ventross immediately followed this up with the MERCY KILLING to put Tekaro away quickly. Tekaro had trouble standing and medics came out to check on his status.

An update on Tekaro's condition will be forth coming.

Paganax vs Darkseed : Paganax sidestepped Darkseed's attempt at a running clothesline and locked on the Face Smothering before lifting him up and hitting the PAGAN VOID for the win.

Ventross vs Shepard : As it would happen members of the Six would end up facing each other anyway as Shepard was pitted against Ventross. The two went at each other and threw everything they had at each other. Shepard was hit with a MERCY KILLING but managed to kick out and go on the offense after catching Ventross in a high risk move to the ringside floor. Shepard placed Ventross on a table inside the ring and signaled for the EXORCISM. Ventross rolled off at the last minute and Shepard crashed through the table. Ventross covered his teammate and scored the pin fall moving on to the finals against Paganax.

Paganax vs Ventross : Ventross ended this one quickly as he out maneuvered Paganax and hit a flying spear before connecting with the MERCY KILLING to become the newly crowned Battlezone Champion.

Paganax left the ring without an altercation and as Ventross celebrated his victory Nemean's lights and music kicked on and the young Ravager made his way to the ring.[/b]

Nemean, "Welcome to an impromptu Nemean Show! I'm here to interview my friend and new Battlezone Champion Ventross. Don't worry Neme-iacs I will soon hold championship gold as I take the Holo-Vision title tonight and put that chump Totalis in his place."

Ventross looked on with a note of irritation and amusement at the antics of Nemean. Nemean steps in the ring and hands an extra mic.[/b]

Nemean, "So pal, how's it to finally hold a title in the aCe?"

Ventross, "First off, you will refer to me by my name friend or not. And this is only the first step in the reign of Ventross as I will be challenging whomever comes out as the aCe Essence Champion as that is the true title of the aCe."

Nemean rolls his eyes, "I think you have it wrong there bud, as I see it the Holo-Vision title will become the main belt as soon as its around the waist of the greatest wrestler alive today....ME!"

Ventross, "Your joking right? You think your the greatest, what have you accomplished other than to make a fool of yourself lately. You need to straighten up and get back to training in a true Ravager fashion."

Nemean, "And here I thought we were friends. You need to lighten up Ventross. And I'll prove I'm the greatest soon enough."

Ventross, "This interview is over."

With that Ventross dropped the mic and hoisted his belt high facing away from Nemean.[/b]

Nemean, "The shows over when I say its over."

Nemean dropped his mic, and blasted Ventross from behind with a Showbiz Blast. Nemean screamed, "NOW THE SHOWS OVER!" before jumping from the ring as Ventross climbed to his feet holding the back of his head glaring at Nemean.[/b]

Results for the Holo-Vision Tournament

Amazing Mann vs Scud[/b] : Amazing Mann, true to his word made Scud tap out to UNBREAKABLEin a very short match. Scud went for a top rope move and was caught by Mann and locked into his finisher.

Avarice vs Godsend[/b] : The fight between the two men spilled to the outside where Godsend managed to get disqualified for blasting Avarice across the top of his skull with a scepter that Godsend now carries to the ring.

Nemean vs Totalis : In a match that lasted almost 20 minutes, Nemean and Totalis went at each other hard. Totalis was able to maintain control for the majority of the match. Nemean was able to kick out of two attempts of the FINAL ROUND by Totalis but was unable to recover from a third and was pinned.

Totalis rolls from the ring and grabs a mic

Totalis, "I told you I would take you Nemean. I am the Tournament Master and soon I will be the Holo-Vision Champion and after that I'm going on to become the aCe Essence champion. You better believe it."

Nemean threw a fit in the ring arguing with the referee that he didn't lose the match and that he better restart the match right now. The crowd erupted and Nemean thought it was in support of him and posed for the crowd right before being knocked unconscious by a MERCY KILLING by Ventross.

Ventross, "I see you have shades of a traitors attitude in you Nemean and at the first ever aCe : Entertainment Xtreme I plan on putting you down."

Ventross dropped the mic on Nemean and exited the ring and our first match of the new show has been determined.

Nes Kincaid vs Witchdocter : Kincaid flanked by the Bros. Oaken made his way to the ring to the New School Anthem. Witchdocter came out to a new entrance that included smoke and laser lights. Witchdocter twitched his way to the ring and climbed inside only to have Nes jump him before the bell. The Witchdocter recovered by dropping onto his back expelling Nes Kincaid to the floor. Witchdocter rolled from the ring and put Kincaid into a pole before tossing him back inside. As Rorus jumped up to complain to the referee Witchdocter used the opportunity to hit DEATH'S SPECTRUM and go for the pin....Nes kicked out and the match continued until Kincaid was hit by a second DEATH'S SPECTRUM that kept him down for the count and the Witchdoctor moved on.

Amazing Mann vs Avarice[/b] : Mann maintained control during the match but was unable to lock in his UNBREAKABLE finisher as Avarice fought it off twice. Amazing Mann eventually scored the pin fall with The Prestige to move into the finals.

Avarice rolled from the ring and grabbed a mic, "This proves nothing Mann. I fought off your finisher twice and proved my point. I have no to hold the Holo-Vision title. My goals are set much higher and I'm going to be named the number one contender to the Essence title if its the last thing I do."

Totalis vs Witchdocter : Totalis dominated Witchdocter and finished the match in high form with a Masterful Moonsault.

The Amazing Mann vs Totalis[/b] : (5 star match) The two men had an incredible bout that lasted forever. The match saw many counters and pin fall attempts. When it looked as if both men were to exhausted to continue Totalis put the Amazing Mann away with the FINAL ROUND to become the first ever aCe Holo-Vision Champion.

Totalis grabbed the belt from the keeper and celebrated in the ring as the crowd booed him loudly.[/b]

Results for the aCe Essence Tag Team Tournament

The Archangels vs The Bros. Oaken[/b] : The Bros. Oaken dominated the former angels and beat them down. Exodus was able to kick out of the COUP DE GRACE but Rorus was able to put him away with BLACK AND BLUE. Tough match for the Archangels, seems to have lost their edge along with their angel status.

Shock Syndicate vs Primeval Destruction : This match was all Hybrid until a miss-step allowed Holocaust to tag in Flatliner. The crowd popped as Flatliner laid into Hybrid and then the duo used double team tactics to maintain control. The Syndicate delivered the SHOCK AND AWE to which Warfare was able to make the pin save, but Holocaust immediately followed up with a Shockwave to put the monster down yet again. This time when Warfare made the save he did so with his war hammer and got his team disqualified in the process.

S & M vs Hustler & Scorch : This match was over in record time as Hustler hit Painmaster with a flurry of offense that ended with a powerbomb and a pin. As Painmaster recovered he berated and beat Sycophant for not saving him from the pin. Sycophant threw himself at Painmaster's feet and begged for forgiveness. Painmaster walked out of the ring and a dejected Sycophant followed.

The Others vs The Brigade : Where as Lance and Aspin came out together to prepare for their match with the Others, Omni and Odyssey made separate entrances clearly showing the division between the two. This was another short match as the action spilled to the outside. Aspin and Omni traded blows at ringside both trying to gain the advantage when out of nowhere Odyssey blasted Aspin with a foreign object and forced the disqualification of his team. Yet again the two Ravagers brawled with each other as Lance helped a groggy Aspin to the back as security once again rushed the ring.

The Bros Oaken vs The Shock Syndicate : The Bros Oaken dominated yet another team and after a COUPE DE GRACE and two BLACK AND BLUES the Bros. Oaken Rorus pinned Holocaust to move into the finals.

Hustler & Scorch vs The Brigade : Hustler was able to keep his temper in check and hit the SKULL CAP on Lance to score the pin fall. Scorch prevented Aspin from making the save with a heavy fist as he came running in.

The Bros. Oaken vs Hustler & Scorch : Scorch maintained control against Donk and his team hit SPECIAL FORCES. Hustler went for the pin as Scorch intercepted Rorus but Donk kicked out anyway. Frustrated Hustler tossed Donk from the ring and got himself disqualified after ignoring the referee's instructions to return the action to the ring giving The Bros. Oaken the win and the Essence Tag Titles.

The Bros. Oaken celebrated their win strapping the belts on and becoming visibly more muscular in the process. The tag team that dominated all the others now becomes that much more dangerous. Nes Kincaid joined his men in the ring.

Nes Kincaid, "Now that's what I'm @#$%$#% talking about! I told you @#%@# that the New School was the future of the business. The Bros Oaken will dominate the tag division and its only a matter of time before I take the Holo-Vision title and Avarice takes the Essence title. And to the powers that be, stick it @#$holes."

Peacemaker vs Pendragon : These two had yet another epic battle that saw both men kick out of each man's finisher on two separate occasions. But Peacemaker proved too much for Pendragon and hit yet another PEACEMAKER'S OATH to score the pin fall.

If people thought that Peacemaker was a big man before, he became absolutely huge as he strapped on the aCe Essence Championship Belt.[/b]

Peacemaker, "I was the chosen one and I've proved it by capturing the Essence title and I dare any of the rejects and dissidents in the back to try and take it. The Law of aCe has spoken."
