THE SCENE: ONE OF THE MANY DOCKING BAYS ABOARD THE RAVAGER MOTHERSHIP...Nicodemus wiped the blood from the video screen and pressed a button, urging the screen to buzz to life. In a few moments, the message materialized. The grim visage of Corporal Tek appeared in the foreground and behind him Cremator sttod silent amidst still intact bodies. Tek reached off-camera for a moment and pulled a young Ravager Trooper next to him. The trooper was no older than Nemean and had been severly beaten already. Tek nodded to Cremator and the ghoul sprung to life, tearing the corpses to shreds in the background while Tek looked directly into the camera. Nemean had to turn his head as Tek took one of his putrid fingernails and drew it across the young Trooper's soft neck, slicing it open deeply and fatally. Ventross, Nicodemus, and the SWAT Team looked on in silent rage as blood geysered from the Trooper's neck and Tek drank it like a water fountain. This grim scene continued until the blood from the young trooper splattered onto the camera, conceling any more of the grotesque message. Dude, this is why I LOVE reading this fed. This is AMAZING!!! WOW!! THIS my friend is my favorite thing you have done so far...This just keeps getting better & better...EXCELLENT!!! |

BATTLE 5
RAVAGER MOTHERSHIP
3-2-2119 Before the battle began, Nicodemus read off the names of the Troopers who perished aboard the reconnaissance ship near Antilia. For each name, a bell was rung, and after every name was read all of the Ravagers in the arena joined Nicodemus in saluting their fallen comrades. Hiding away in their own locker room, Cremator moaned and Corporal Tek smiled with each name that was read.Rouser vs. GrovelRouser threw all sorts of punishment at Grovel but Grovel survived it and came back strong. Rouser was forced to even things up with a SMASH WITH SIGN, but Grovel avoided a deathjump and rolled the stunned Centran up for the victory. WINNER: GROVELFOR STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE
Ventross vs. NoxiousNoxious continually lures Ventross to the outside where he takes advantage, but Ventross is able to regain control quickly and put Noxious down. WINNER: VENTROSS (RAVAGERS MAINTAIN STRATEGIC CONTROL)Murdok w/ Trisis vs. Lance At-LasMurdok makes quick work of At-Las with some help from his Queen and a torturous CENTRA TAKEOVER. WINNER: MURDOKCOSMIC CAGE MATCH
The Specialists vs. Darkness FallsBoth teams brutalize each other as Scorch’s face is ripped open and Shepard uses the cage to rip Jakyll open. Shepard is able to fend off both members of Darkness Falls for a time and then tags in Scorch to finish the job but Krypt is crafty and when thrown into the cage leaps up, grabs hold of it, and then leaps backward with a suicide leap! Shepard comes in to make the save and a brawl breaks out between all 4 warriors! Scorch recovers and loads his glove for THE TRAILBLAZER, but Krypt pulls the referee in front of himself and the referee gets blasted by Scorch! Darkness Falls hits RED DAWN quickly on Scorch and a new referee enters the cage for the 1-2-3! WINNERS: DARKNESS FALLSAegis vs. PaganaxAegis survives the brutal onslaught of a powered up Volcano King to nail a RAMPART’S REVENGE for the huge win! WINNER: AEGISNemean vs. General RankorNemean uses his speed to trip up Rankor, but this only infuriates the General, causing him to deliver a piledriver to Nemean on the concrete floor outside the ring! Nemean is out cold and suffers a count-out! WINNER: GENERAL RANKOR BY COUNT-OUTRankor drags the still unconscious Nemean back into the ring and stretches the brash one’s arm and fingers out across the canvas! As Rankor draws back to stomp on Nemean’s arm, he calls for Nicodemus, screaming that he is tired of playing by the Ravager’s rules on the Ravager’s turf and that he wants to fight Nicodemus for Strategic Advantage at the next battle! CRUNCH! Rankor then stomps on Nemean’s hand, breaking several of his fingers!
Nemean is awake now and screaming in agony as Ventross, accompanied by a troop of Ravagers rushes to the ring and chases the Treacherous One away! As Ventross bends down to comfort the writhing Nemean, he glares at Rankor who is still at ringside and tells him that instead of Nicodemus, Rankor will fight HIM at the next battle!ESSENCE TAG CHAMPIONSHIP
TURNBUCKLE SHOCK MATCH[glow=navy,2,300] The SWAT Team ©[/glow] vs. ResurrectionThe SWAT Team doesn’t get much of a chance to use the electrified turnbuckles as Corporal Tek survives a prolonged offensive from Warfare and Flatliner. Warfare holds Tek while Flatliner goes up top, but Cremator pushes Flatliner from his perch to the floor outside the ring and Tek drives Warfare backwards into a corner, frying him! Cremator goes to work on Warfare, forcing Flatliner to make several pin saves. But while the referee corrals Flatliner back to his corner, Tek and Cremator land the ANTILIAN RUINS and sneak in the 1-2-3! WINNERS AND NEW ESSENCE BEARERS: RESSURECTIONTek laughs maniacally as his corpse is once again filled with the almighty Essence of Centra. The Ravager Crowd is absolutely disgusted as Resurrection winning the titles is a blatant affront to the lost lives of the Ravagers aboard the reconnaissance ship. The Ravagers feel helpless that their own heroes cannot stop this devious duo, until Warfare comes out of nowhere and delivers THE BIG PAYBACK to Tek, sending him crashing into the still charged turnbuckles! Cremator turns around to Warfare only to be lifted up from behind by Flatliner who delivers an extra powerful SHOCK AND AWE by drawing on the electricity of the turnbuckles! The crowd goes wild for The SWAT Team as the corroding essence bearers are forced to retreat amidst the whirling of their own charred bodies’ smoke!
The Ravagers and Centrans in the audience give Nicodemus a gigantic ovation as he enters the arena for the final battle of the night. Godsend, the One Essence Bearer made his way to the ring with a bigger grin than usual on his face and Nicodemus could tell and feel that something besides the influence of the Essence had changed inside his foe. Godsend took the title from around his waist and handed it off, but instead of getting ready to fight, he stood boldly right in the center of the ring, sneering at Nicodemus.Nicodemus: What is going on, Godsend? Get back to your corner so that we may commence with your defeat. [glow=maroon,2,300] Godsend:[/glow] (laughing out loud) AHAHAHAHAH! You stupid little reptile! You came to the ring tonight expecting to fight a serpent. But instead (raising his arms into the air while his voice deepens) YOU WILL FIGHT A DEMON! With that, Godsend erupted into a pillar of flame that shot to the ceiling of the arena! In the flames, Nicodemus could see horns sprout from the golden head of the evil one, and a gigantic upside down cross suddenly carve itself into Godsend’s abdomen! Nicodemus couldn’t help but step back due to the intense heat and watched in horror as Godsend finally revealed his true nature. After Godsend had finished showing off and the pillar of flame subsided, he smiled widely at his ancient opponent and spread his arms out.[glow=maroon,2,300] Godsend:[/glow] I can see the realization on your mist Nicodemus and it is alright, you don’t have to tell me. I already know: I’m fing awesome. ONE ESSENCE CHAMPIONSHIP[glow=maroon,2,300] Godsend ©[/glow] vs. NicodemusGodsend completely overwhelmed Nicodemus early on, debuting the HELL’S THRESHOLD quickly in an attempt to end the match fast. But even when Godsend’s clawing grip shattered Nicodemus’ chest armor, Nicodemus refused to give in! Godsend pounded on Nicodemus ferociously but the Ancient kept coming back for more, never giving up and never ceasing to fight! All dope seemed lost when Godsend suddenly got cocky, allowing Nicodemus to plant him hard with a fusion bomb and then follow it up with a NUCLEAR WINTER out of nowhere! Godsend kicked out and rolled to the outside, luring Nicodemus into a trap and regaining control. Godsend once again tried to keep the Ravager Ancient down, but simply could not do it as Nicodemus seemed to be able to counter-attack out of nowhere. Godsend had even begun to wear himself out by beating on Nicodemus, allowing Nicodemus to side-step a turnbuckle charge and follow up with a Commander Clothesline, followed by another NUCLEAR WINTER! Godsend still kicked out, prompting Nicodemus to go high risk and hit a gorgeous cross-body from the top, but Godsend still kicked out! 2 more NUCLEAR WINTERS followed and to the horror of the entire dimension, Godsend STILL kicked out! Nicodemus, frustrated, whipped Godsend into the turnbuckle and charged in but met a hard back elbow! Godsend sprung back to life and clamped on HELL’S THRESHOLD in the center of the ring! Nicodemus, realizing he was the last hope against The Crusade fought valiantly, but when blood began to pour from his chest, he was forced to submit! WINNER AND STILL ONE ESSENCE BEARER: GODSENDThe ROC had appeared in the entrance aisle along with the Ravager Army and the Tribesmen, and every heart and soul inside the Mothership sank. What was supposed to be the last stand of The Crusade had backfired and now the Plague Armies stood stronger than ever before with the power of all of the ESSENCE! Godsend stood defiantly grinning in the center of the ring and raised his arms high into the air, with Nicodemus at his feet.[glow=maroon,2,300] Godsend:[/glow] AND NOW FOR THE GRAND FINALE! Suddenly Godsend exploded into a ball of flame that ignited the entire arena! Mass panic hit the Mothership as creatures of all kinds scattered in a desperate attempt to escape the inferno! The ROC and Ravager Army tried to lead people to safety as Rankor, Paganax and The Tribesmen took off for their lives.
As Ventross directed civilians to escape, he suddenly turned back to the center of the blaze and dashed toward the center of the arena! Lance At-Las spotted him and shouted after him!Lance: VENTROSS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!  GET OUT OF HERE WITH THE REST! Ventross: (stopping momentarily) IT’S NICODEMUS! HE IS SOMEWHERE HELPLESS IN THE CENTER OF THIS INFERNO AND I MUST FIND HIM!!! Ventross once again dashed into the flames, soon being swallowed by the blaze in a desperate mission to save his commander.

THE SCENE: INSIDE THE RAGING INFERNO THAT ONCE WAS THE MAJOR AUDITORIUM OF THE RAVAGER MOTHERSHIP
Ventross works his way through the flames until he at last comes to the center of the arena and spots the burning wreckage of the wrestling ring. The ring is still standing but is literally consumed by fire as the ropes, turnbuckles, and apron have erupted into flames. Ventross' heart sinks as he can't imagine anyone surviving this, but suddenly he sees movement within the fires and sees that it is Nicodemus trying to drag himself out of the blaze!
Ventross: (running to the ring and trying to find a way in) NICODEMUS! HOLD ON, COMMANDER!
Nicodemus: (cough) Ventr-(cough) VENTROSS? GET OUT OF HERE, NOW!
Ventross: (finally leaping into the ring through a gap in the fire) NO CAN DO SIR! (approaching Nicodemus to aid him) LET US BOTH GET OUT OF HER-AAARGH!
Suddenly equipment high above the ring explodes sending a fireball right into Ventross' eyes and knocking him flat. From his back, he is able to spot a large piece of duct work hanging precariously and then suddenly SNAP! it breaks off and comes careening straight toward Ventross and Nicodemus!
Ventross takes one final glance at his commander and then the impending death of the duct work and winces in anticipation...
...But nothing happens. Ventross is stirred from his position by a weezing Nicodemus but immediately his eyes are taken across the ring from him. Before him stands a humanoid creature with burnt and scarred wing stumps single handedly holding the piece of duct work above the canvas and keeping it from killing the Ravegers! The being turns to Ventross and tells him powerfully to get out. Ventross grabs Nicodemus and they roll to the arena floor, but Nicodemus is too weak to walk on his own and Ventross is too weak to drag himself and Nicodemus from the flames.
Suddenly out of the blaze come two familiar, if not unexpected faces in Corporal Aegis and Lance At-Las!
Aegis: COME LANCE! WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME! GRAB NICODEMUS WITH ME!
The two leaders of the ROC, along with Ventross heft Nicodemus up into the high and move as quickly as possible through the fire and the flames until they see an exit door and the faces of Warfare and Flatliner waiting. All 4 heroes collapse on the other side of the door as Warfare and Flatliner begin to seal it, quarantining the conflagration inside. With his last bit of strength, Ventross peers through the flames one last time, but sees no sign of the strange creature that saved he and Nicodemus.

THE SCENE: A DARK AND SEEDY STREET IN THE BOWELS OF CENTRAL CENTRAPOLIS
BLAM! BLAM! BLAM! A large man in a bullet-proof vest is forced to take cover behind one of the many cars on the street. Following him into cover is an even larger man in shades and carrying two sawed of shotguns. Both men pull as much of themselves behind the car as possible while they catch their breath.
Smaller Man: Man, Rembrandt, since when da hell do zombies not only carry but know how ta FIRE guns, man?
Rembrandt: I dunno, sir, but dey certainly know how ta use em well. Whattawe gonna do, Hustler.
Hustler: (pulling out two gigantic pistols) Aight, I got a plan. You cover me when I give da order.
Rembrandt: No problem, man.
Hustler counts down from 3 and on 1 leaps from behind cover on top of the car he was hiding behind! The 5 or so ghouls at the end of the street all turn to him in unison and raise their weapons until Rembrandt leaps out of cover and starts blasting away and advancing with his double shotguns! The armed zombies turn their focus on Rembrandt as Hustler runs across the rops of several cars and quickly closes distance with his foes through a hail of gunfire until he leaps from the top of a car and dropkicks a zombie's head right off!
The other zombies turn to him but at point blank range Hustler opens up with his hand cannons nailing headshot after headshot, the large ammunition of the guns exploding heads with each shot! In a hail of smoke, all of the infected persons are dealt with, leaving Hustler and Rembrandt to survey their foes.
Hustler: (gazing up at the infected moon) Dat moon makes the plague easier to spread down here. And ever since da Crusade got all da Essence in dat a.C.e. the zombies been gettin stronger. Now dey're startin to use weapons? It's like dey been gettin smarter! (looking at his pistols) Somedin needs ta be done out dere. Aegis and his boys better fix things fast, cause we can't hold dese streets forever.
Rembrandt: I know dat's right.

SPECIAL REPORT FROM CENTRA NEWS AGENCY: NICODEMUS, THE RAVAGER ANCIENT, RELEASES A PRESS STATEMENT TO CENTRA
Nicodemus: As all of you know, Centra is embroiled in a bitter war. In order to keep this war out of the homes of the dimension, it was agreed upon to call a cease-fire and settle this gargantuan dispute in a wrestling ring. Close to a cycle ago, during this "cease-fire" MY home, the Ravager Mothership was attacked by members of Murdok's Crusade, particularly one Godsend.
In the resulting fire from the attack, 10 Ravagers lost their lives, many more were wounded, and the entirety of the Mothership was endangered. Although the a.C.e. was designed to protect the homes of this dimension, MY home was burning on that night! This is unacceptable and it WILL NOT be tolerated any longer!
Godsend and all of Murdok's followers will be punished for their crimes! Now, we Ravagers, possessing the ability to decimate this entire dimension, might be expected to vaporize Murdok's home of Antilia, but we will not do so. I have not given up on the a.C.e and, in fact, these exact circumstances are when the experiment is needed the most. The Ravager Army has Strategic Control in the aCe, and as our home arena is currently in ruins, we are forced to change venues. So, Battle 6 will take place in YOUR home, Murdok: Antilia!
You believe yourself safe there? You believe it to be your stronghold? WRONG! The Ravager Army is coming to YOUR turf, Murdok, and we are coming to seek out Godsend and bring him to justice!
You attack me and my kin in my home? Then the same treatment shall be visited upon YOU! On your own turf The Ravager Army will strip The Crusade of the Essence! Every morning you awake and gaze upon the land, you will be reminded of the night when you were embarrassed and beaten! And until MY home is restored, YOUR home shall NEVER be at peace again!
