The camera pans the rowdy crowd tonight at the Lava Pit on Primus, then to the announce pod where Hype MacLeod awaits.)

Hype: Hello once again wrestling fans and welcome to another edition of aCe: FUUUUUUUUSION! Tonight we have in store for you the Specialists defending the Essence Tag titles against the SWAT Team and...wait... (holds hand to ear piece) Cut to the back, we have an incident!

(Backstage we witness a fight breaking out between Rankor and Ventross with heavy fists being thrown and furniture being torn apart as they tear each other up. The locker room clears out to separate these two.)

Hype: Wow, what a way to start the night off. The smell of rotting flesh and decay is starting to get stale, so let's get this grave a rollin'!

Nicodemus vs. Noxious
Nicodemus defeated Noxious with a NUCLEAR WINTER
Match Notes: Noxious showed very little offense as Nicodemus punished him. NUCLEAR WINTER wasn't as effective against the IPU Noxious, but after hitting it for the second time, the damage set in and Noxious was finished.

(Holly Graham materializes and congratulates Scorch on his win for the Champions last week, then asks how the Specialists have prepared for their Essence title defense tonight against the SWAT Team)

Scorch: Me an' Shepard, we're born to fight. We don't care who it is, we'll tear them apart and continue our reign as champions. If you need further proof, find Godsend who's still licking his wounds from last week's battle.

(Just then we hear gun fire, then see a man later identified as Hustler chasing some ghoulish figure Gheist through the backstage area and out a door.)

Shepard: Next week you'll wanna tune in, I have some big news regarding this situation.

Lance At-Las vs. Nemean
Lance At-Las defeated Nemean with a MARS MANHANDLER
Match Notes: Poor Nemean, he still can't catch a break. About the only thing he did do was hit Lance with his own At-Las World Beater. The rest was pretty much Lance putting a hurt on him and finishing him off with the MARS MANHANDLER.

(Hype informs us that Ventross-Rankor has become the main event of the evening. We then cut to Aegis who says he's searched this building high and low for Murdok and can't find him, but he's throwing down the challenge to him to face him here next week Essence title or not. From behind Ressurection plow him with a chair shot, then pummel him with kicks and punches before Murdok appears.)

Murdok: Fool! I accept your challenge for the Essence title, but be warned... there is no stopping the Harvester!

The S.W.A.T. Team vs. The Specialists
Warfare defeated Shepard with THE BIG PAYBACK
Match Notes: Excellent back and forth match that saw some big moves. All 4 men went at it like it was their last match, but in the end Warfare hits THE BIG PAYBACK on Shepard as Scorch is cut off from the save. NEW ESSENCE TAG-TEAM CHAMPIONS!

(A glance at the tron lets us hear some sort of "royal" music playing to a video clip. In it we see former CWF star Avarice in various action sequences. Then he speaks, "At-Las, we have unfinished business to take care of, and I will arrive next week to make my presence felt. I am on a quest for the Essence and will conquer this new federation called aCe and reign supreme.")

Ventross vs. General Rankor
Ventross defeated General Rankor with a full nelson powerbomb.
Match Notes: This definitely was the match of the night, and what a match it was. Both men gave everything they had. Rankor had GUILTY OF TREASON, but Ventross got out. Back and forth it continued, and then both men's factions got involved and caused some distractions. In the end it was Ventross who was able to get the win.

Hype: Wow fans, what a night it has been. I have just received word that in 2 weeks, there is going to be a supercard coming up with some huge ramificatiions, and I have just been told that one of the matches signed for it has been a Rankor vs. Ventross match inside a steel cage! The camera pans the electric crowd tonight in the Centra Palladium, then to the announce pod where Hype MacLeod awaits)

Hype: Welcome once again wrestling fans to another action-packed night here on Centra Prime. Tonight Shepard has something to tell us, we'll see some new blood in action, plus the volatile main event pitting the SWAT Team and Ventross in a 6 man tag match against Darkness Falls and Rankor. All of this leading up to our first-ever super card here in aCe called Champions of the Galaxy and it's in one week. The smell of decay and rotting flesh is starting to get stale, and you know what to do....let's get this grave a rollin' right here on aCe: FUUUUUSION!

(some royal type music plays and the lights in the arena flash and dance as Avarice makes his way to the ring. He asks for and receives a mic)

Avarice: Finally, I have arrived here in aCe and have something to say. Let it be known that the filth you all know as Lance At-Las is deceiving you. That's right, he was the muscle behind the old CWF federation and played a lot of dirty politics. He knew that I sought out the CWF title, and because of his jealousy of my family's riches and fame, he held me back. Even after winning match after match, disposing of every foe put in front of me, I never received my CWF title shot because of his political short comings. But that is in the past and now I am here. Lance, we have some unfinished business to take care of and I say there's no better place to do it than on the supercard, Champions of the Galaxy in a 2/3 Falls Match...tonight is where my quest begins, and at COTG, is where my quest continues after I pummel you Lance!

Avarice vs. Rouser
Avarice defeated Rouser with a 7th SIN
Match Notes: Avarice could have clearly ended this much sooner, but decided to tool Rouser and showcase his arsenal of moves. In the end, after pulling him up after a 7th SIN, Avarice hit yet another one to punctuate his victory.
(Holly Graham backstage with Lance At-Las. She asks him his opinion on what Avarice had to say and the history between them in the CWF.)

Lance: Avarice has clearly contorted the happenings in the CWF to make me look like the bad guy. It's in the past and we'll leave it at that. Avarice, I will indeed see you at Champions of the Galaxy in a 2/3 Falls match!

Hype: Well folks, there you have it. Maybe there's more to the story, maybe not. Up next Godsend has thrown down the gauntlet and challenged Scorch to a rematch and it's NEXT!

GRUDGE MATCH
Godsend vs. Scorch[/u]
Scorch defeated Godsend with THE TRAILBLAZER
Match Notes: Much better than their first meeting. Both kept fighting outside the ring and nearly risked DQ, but the ref let it slide. Godsend wore Scorch down with Dextral Chokes, even hitting THE REALM ETERNAL, but Scorch managed to get out. Scorch put on the hurt and hit a TRAILBLAZER to garner the win in this excellent bout.

(In a dark room a candle comes to life, illuminating the masked face of Shepard.)

Shepard: I told you last week that I have a story to tell. The power of evil was giving of a major aura from the Thirsty Neighbor tavern a few weeks ago. To keep it short, I raided the place and had confrontation with the evil spirit known as Gheist, the man you saw Hustler chasing last week. Now I am told and have seen that the so called Spiritual Assassin is here in aCe, he must be dealt with, and I plan on doing so. He has aligned himself with the bastard Murdok and we must now join forces with good to stamp them out.

Hustler vs. Gheist
Gheist defeated Hustler with a DQ win via PISTOL WHIP
Match Notes: Both men tore into each other hard. Gheist hit a couple Spectral Splashes, but Hustler able to kick out of them. Gheist was victim of 3 Curb Jaws, and still managed to continue, even after a PISTOL WHIP. The action intensified out of the ring, and then back in Hustler's hatred got the best of him after he shoved the ref down and kept PISTOL WHIPPING Gheist to a DQ.

(after the match, this brutal encounter ensues as they fight to the back. Shepard tries to break it up, but Hustler got caught up in the moment and lays a punch to Shepard's face. They begin to scuffle as wrestlers pull them apart and Gheist runs for cover)

Hype: Wow fans, that was intense as it's gonna get. I know most may not want to see it, but I just got word that these 3 are gonna hook up at Champions of the Galaxy in a triple threat match!

The S.W.A.T. Team and Ventross vs. Darkness Falls and General Rankor
Warfare defeated Jakyll with THE BIG PAYBACK
Match Notes: As many would have guessed, this was an all out war that saw many near falls on both sides. The ref came close to throwing it out when an all out brawl ensued, but didn't. Back inside it was Warfare with THE BIG PAYBACK for the win.

Hype: Well fans, we're out of time this week, but what a time it has been. Join us next week for our first big supercard, Champions of the Galaxy! The camera pans the raucous crowd tonight at the Ruins of Antilia, then to the announce pod where Hype MacLeod awaits)

Hype: Hello wrestling fans, and welcome once again to another action-packed night right here in the aCe. It's not Fusion, but it's aCe's first big supercard, Champions of the Galaxy, and we have 8 huge matches in store for you, including a cage match, 2/3 falls match and both Essence titles on the line. The smell of rotting flesh and decay is starting to get...wait a minute, I'm being told we're cutting out to the Vault Macabre.

(we are shown around the sickening vault where decaying flesh and rotting bones make up the walls in this demented place Murdok thrives. Sitting in his throne of bones is Murdok, surrounding him is Resurrection, Godsend and PainMaster- Trisis on her knees in front of him facing the camera.)

Murdok: HAHAHA! Welcome to my home. Tonight after I crush your hero Aegis and Resurrection disposes of their foes, my army will hold all the Essence and essentially be an even greater unstoppable force in aCe. None of your so called "champions" can even pose a threat to us. I will rip out your heart while it is still beating, Aegis, and then I will let my undead bride Trisis feast on what she once knew as your soul! MUHAHAHAHA!!!

(He then sickly gropes Trisis' body as she writhes, then planting his undead tongue down her throat in a deep kiss, a moment no one wanted to watch, except for those present. She tries pulling away)

Murdok: Aegis, I have the Essence, I have your wife...it looks like I've already won this battle. HAHAHAHA!(he then shoves Trisis to the ground and spits on her) SHE MEANS NOTHING TO ME AEGIS, NOTHING...SHE'S JUST A PAWN IN THIS LITTLE GAME YOU'RE PLAYING!

Nicodemus vs. Rouser
Nicodemus defeated Rouser with a NUCLEAR WINTER
Match Notes: Not much here as Nicodemus wasted Rouser in his attempt to get back on track in the win column. He hits a NUCLEAR WINTER to put Rouser away.

(Camera shows Avarice warming up in the locker room when Nemean struts in with the CWF title on his shoulder)

Avarice: What do you want?

Nemean (drumming fingers on the title belt): I think you know what I want. You shouldn't worry about becoming the Essence champion first, when I hold the prize you covet so dearly.

Avarice (laughs): You're like 0-8 in this federation and are pretending to be champion of the CWF...News flash Ravager, the CWF is DEAD! That belt means nothing and I can take that piece of tin from you anytime I want if I choose to do so.

Nemean (looking shocked): It's not dead and I aim to prove it. I will show the galaxy that I am the true CWF champion I am and put up the belt.

(Avarice just walks off shaking his head as we cut back to Hype.)

Hype: Wow fans, we could be on to something there with Nemean vs. Avarice. Coming up next we have Scorch vs. Godsend part 3...also remember that we still have both Essence titles up for grabs...let's go!!

Scorch vs. Godsend
Godsend defeated Scorch with THE REALM ETERNAL
Match Notes: Godsend was on a mission in this match. Scorch had him reeling early, but then Godsend came back and hit the REALM ETERNAL to gain a victory.

Paganax vs. PainMaster
Paganax defeated PainMaster with a PAGAN VOID
Match Notes: Very hard-hitting match between both combatants. Neither man was giving an inch, then Paganax got things going his way out of the ring. Back in he punished PM some more and then used PAGAN VOID to win the match.

(camera pans the arena showing a savage, blood thirsty crowd going nuts for the awesome action viewed thus far. A huge a-C-e! a-C-e! chant breaks out.)

2/3 FALLS
Avarice vs. Lance At-Las
Avarice defeated Lance At-Las with a 7th SIN
Match Notes: Back and forth in the first fall, then Avarice with 7th SIN to pick up the fall. Fall 2 sees Lance pummel Avarice and hit MARS MANHANDLER to win that fall. They let it all out in fall 3 with many near falls and counters to each others finishers. In the end it was Avarice with 7th SIN to garner the win.

Hype: Wow fans, what a thriller. The crowd is on their feet. Wait a minute, Nemean in the ring, Avarice is up. WHAM! Nemean lays him out with a shot to the head with the CWF title. He's now trash talking Avarice and says that he'll see him at Fusion to defend the CWF title against him.

TRIPLE THREAT ELIMINATION
Gheist vs. Hustler vs. Shepard
Shepard defeated Gheist with an EXORCISM
Match Notes: Another crowd pleaser here. Hustler and Shepard seemed to put their differences aside when they weren't squaring off and pounded Gheist. It was Gheist who gained an advantage and hit SOUL SLAYER on Hustler to eliminate him. Back and forth Gheist and Shepard went with both men hitting big spots. Shepard is able to land EXORCISM to put away the Spiritual Assassin and win the match.

Hype: Holy crap that was awesome. That match truly sent this crowd into a further frenzy that was already buzzing from the Lance-Avarice match moments ago. I'm told we're cutting back to the Vault Macabre...

(once again in the eerie vault, Murdok and company are present)

Murdok (to PainMaster): Do you have him?

PM: Yes.

Murdok: Bring him here.

(PainMaster opens a suitcase and out comes a small man who had contorted himself in this case, complete with a straightjacket.)

PM: This is Sycophant the Deviant...he is my new tag team partner. Our team will be called S&M.

Murdok: Excellent...more troops to help complete my mission. MUHAHAHAHA!

ESSENCE TAG-TEAM TITLES
The S.W.A.T. Team vs. Resurrection
Flatliner defeated Cremator with a Doube Arm DDT
Match Notes: Flatliner with SHOCK AND AWE did damage to both him and Tek...both teams continued to battle back and forth. THE BIG PAYBACK on Cremator as well, but Tek saves. Creamtor hit with a double arm DDT, Tek tried to save, but was cut off. SWAT Team successfully defend their Essence Tag Titles.

Hype: SWAT Team retain their Essence tag, but fans up next is the cage match between Rankor and Ventross. These 2 men are former tag team partners, with the traitor Rankor defecting and turning on Rankor, sparking a feud for the ages. This one is about to get ugly, so hold on. First let's go to Holly Graham who's standing by with Avarice.

HG: Avarice, we witnessed moments ago your outstanding match with Lance At-Las. You have now won 2 matches here in aCe, where do you go from here?

Avarice: Next for the Prince? I'll tell you where. (puts ice bag to head) That little walking freak show Nemean has a date with destiny. He will feel the Crown of Thorns, and his lucky number will be seven...as in a 7th SIN! Nemean, I accept your offer for that piece of tin you're toting around called the CWF title...see you at Fusion, punk.

CAGE MATCH
General Rankor vs. Ventross
Ventross defeated General Rankor with a Powerbomb
Match Notes: Brutal as expected. Both men were bleeding heavily halfway thru. SEVERED TIES and GUILTY OF TREASON both used. More cage action ensued, and more blood flowed. Finally Ventross hits a powerbomb on his former partner to end the match!

(back in the vault we see Godsend arguing with Murdok)

Godsend: I'm tired of playing second fiddle to you Murdok. If you win tonight, I am seeking the Essence and request a title shot.

Murdok (laughing): HAHAHAHA! Serpent, we're on the same team, there's no reason for you throw out a challenge to me. Fool, no one can take this belt from me, not even you, the almight Godsend.

(with that, S&M along with Resurrection lay blows into Godsend, taking him down and continuing the beating. Murdok then repeatedly stomps his head, leaving him in a heap.)

Hype: Wow fans, that was truly shocking, and I don't think anyone saw that coming, especially Godsend. Here comes Aegis out now as we prepare for the Essence Title match between he and Murdok.

ESSENCE TITLE
Murdok vs. Aegis
Aegis defeated Murdok with a RAMPARTS REVENGE
Match Notes: Truly brutal. Murdok hit several headspears, also nailing the POWER OF THE PLAGUE a couple of times along with a CENTRA TAKEOVER, but Aegis gets out. Back and forth...Aegis with RAMPARTS REVENGE, but it's kicked out. Finally once again another REVENGE and Aegis is the NEW ESSENCE CHAMPION!

(cut to Godsend in the Vault...he's slow to get up, but when he does, he looks into the camera, his eyes glowing fiery red. A plume of smoke erupts and fills the screen.)
