I've had a few other upper mid-card guys go the distance too, like Amazing Mann, Epoch, and Tricks (who beat Monolith). Those are the memorable reigns (even though they were all pretty short) since they're somewhat unexpected.

I love when I see matches between Havoc and Paralyze and yours, with having the I-P belt on the line makes it that much more of a high stakes match. Gladiators dominating your fed right now with Overmaster as GWF Champ and Paralyze as I-P Champ. I'm really digging the Havoc/Paralyze matches. They're pretty evenly matched, and being former tag champs together just adds to the intrigue.

Those former tag champs as rivals make some of the best feuds.

Maxus Trinary Towers, Auriga Women's Battle Royal Sultana vs. Phantasy vs. Strafe vs. She Devil vs. Deadliest vs. Rotunda- The six women not involved in the women's match at GalaxyMania were vying for the right to face champion Mother Superior at Cosmic Clash. She Devil became the first to have her opportunity squashed when Deadliest dispatched her from the ring. Strafe then pitched Sultana, Phantasy gathered all her strength to eliminate Rotunda, and Deadliest soon became Strafe's second victim. Phantasy had a chance to catch her breath while Strafe and Deadliest battled, but that advantage went for naught, as Strafe fought her off and tossed her from the ring to win the battle royal and the title shot. Winner: StrafeCommissioner Sly Drury took the microphone and challenged Endgame to a tag team match tonight, stating that if Endgame were to be victorious, he would get Drury in a cage match next week! Patch vs. Scimitar- If Patch thought he'd have an easy time with Scimitar he was sadly mistaken. The knife-enthusiast gutted out one of his best in-ring performances, fighting off Patch's high powered attack, while delivering several potent blows of his own. Walk the Walk finally does in Scimitar, but in his loss he actually received a few cheers from the crowd. (*** 1/2) Winner: Patch Retribution vs. Coven Black - Coven Black's strong recent run continued, as Retribution is no match for him, falling prey to DIAMOND EYES. (* 1/2) Winner: Coven Black
Payback vs. Symbiosis - Payback hits the EXVENGE on Symbiosis and scores the pin. (** 1/2) Winner: Payback Paganax, Bishop Hell & Nosfera vs. Hector, Thantos & Swarm - Bishop Hell took a beating in this one, as Hector, Thantos and Swarm all got their licks in on him. Omen's interference prevented a pinfall. Nosfera finally got the hot tag and demolished Thantos with the SPRING HEEL KICK for a Rogues Gallery victory. (***) Winners: Paganax, Bishop Hell & Nosfera Inter-Planetary Title Match Paralyze (ch) vs. Havoc - This bout proved to be one of the least competitive in the recent series between the two, as Paralyze ended it quickly with PERMANENTLY PARALYZED. (**) Winner: Paralyze
Galactic Tag Team Title Match Ultimate Fighters vs. Rush & Turmoil - Rush and Turmoil definitely looked on their 'A' game, while the champs might best be graded a 'C'. Rush worked the majority of the contest for the challengers and hammered and bloodies each of the champions. Clinch and Shoot seemed to only kick it into high gear when being covered, as they fended off repeated pin attempts by the Aethrans. At one point, hated Aethran enemy Havoc came down to prevent a successful Rush pin attempt. Unfortunately for Covert Operations, Rush stayed with his assault and delivered THE TEMPEST to Clinch for the win. (*** 1/2) Winners and new Galactic Tag Team Champions: Rush & Turmoil Galactic Title Match Aethran Overmaster (ch) vs. Anivar - A great opportunity presented itself for Anivar, but the champion proved too much for him, as the Overmaster easily retained with REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER. (**) Winner: Aethran Overmaster Endgame & Ensor vs. We Run This Fed - Ensor and Encubus stared off the match against each other, and the more experienced Encubus held the edge. Drury tagged in, but Ensor fought him off with the FDF Defender Drop before slapping hands with Endgame. Drury survived an ULTIMA LEAP due to Encubus breaking up the pin attempt, but the Commissioner then failed to kick out of a Michinoku Driver. (**) Winners: Endgame & Ensor After the match, Encubus grabbed a microphone and stood in the center of the ring.
Encubus: Before everybody here leaves, I've got a little something to say.
Some of the crowd that had begun to leave return to their seats, while Drury, who was headed back to the locker room, turns around and puzzlingly stands outside the ring watching Encubus.
Encubus: Sly, don't get me wrong, we're cool and all, I'm Martial Law all the way. But, I dumped a pretty good thing as a dominant tag team champion for one reason, and that's to once again become Galactic Champion.
Five years ago, Sly, do you remember? Five years ago I beat you for that title. Unfortunately in my very next match I lost that belt to Swarm. You've had that belt, symbolic of GWF supremacy, around your waste a couple of times since then. I haven't. I spent four years doing the work of two men tag team action, dominating every other pair this fed could throw at us. Finally I'd had enough, the challenge no longer existed. The tag belts meant something to me, but not as much as the Galactic Title.
I know you've got this co-commissioner thing going with the Aethran Overmaster, but it's my time now. I've watched Endgame get his shots, and Tauran, and even guys like Vidtek and Anivar. I'm not waiting any longer. Overmaster, I'm laying down the challenge - you and me, big man, fighting at Cosmic Clash for the Galactic Title.
With that, Encubus flipped the mic to the mat and exited the ring, walking past a somewhat irritated Sly Drury.

Deneb Sports Arena, Cygnus Match 1: Plethador (A) vs. Gryt (D)* Gryt put Plethador away with the STRONGMAN STRETCH. (* 1/2) Match 2: She Devil (A) vs. Rotunda(D)* She Devil defeated her much larger foe with a Shining Wizard. (** 1/2) Match 3: Nitro (A) vs. Panther Warrior (D)* Panther Warrior gets beat quickly and easily by Nitro and BAD VIBRATIONS. (* 1/2) Match 4: Power & Paws (A) vs. Titan Blood (D)* Tristan and the Betrayer picked up the first tag win for Team Dialectas in the Infinity Challenge when the duo combined to devastate Tanck with TITAN POWER. (** 1/2) Match 5: Mantis (A) vs. Bloodline (D)* Solid encounter, but Bloodline's experience out-dueled the youthful enthusiasm of Mantis, as the NOVA LAUNCH led to defeat for the Ani-Man. (***) Match 6: Shann Ra (A) vs. Deadliest (D)* Excellent female match that provided the first IC win in the division for Dialectas, with Deadliest prevailing with PURIFICATION. (****) Match 7: Zygon (A) vs. Thraxx (D)* The much anticipated encounter between the two long-time tag team partners stole the show in an excellent match. Thraxx got the upper hand on Zygon with the head drop suplex. (**** 1/2) Match 8: Dark Futures (A) vs. Stars & Stripes (D)* U.S. Male started off by putting Tricks on the defensive, but the clown quickly recovered and hit COULROPHOBIA for the win. (* 1/2) Match 9 -UNITED STARS TITLE MATCH- : Vidtek (ch - D) vs. Scimitar (A)* Scimitar once again absorbs a ton of punishment, but continually refused to get his shoulders counted down. Finally, however, Vidtek hit the Paparazzi Powerbomb to pin an almost-unconscious Scimitar. (** 1/2) Show results: Team Abroz- 3 Team Dialectas- 6
Overall results: Team Abroz- 17 Team Dialectas- 19

Niagara Tower of Lights, Earth Retribution vs. Symbiosis- Solid performance from Retribution and a weak one from Symbiosis. The FDF newcomer gets the victory with GROUNDING THE DEMON. (**) Winner: RetributionThe Gladiators of Aethra, led by Galactic Champion Aethran Overmaster emerged from the back and walked to the top of the entryway ramp. All sporting gold, IP Champ Paralyze and Tag Champs Rush and Turmoil stood behind their leader who sported a mic.
Aethran Overmaster: As leader of the dominant Aethran race, I accept Encubus' challenge for a match at COSMIC CLASH. And as the co-commissioner of the GWF, I have made arrangements for the show's location to be moved to Aethra. With the four of us all holding titles, plus Strafe fighting for the Women's Title, it's unarguably the most fitting location for the show. In front of our own people, we will continue to demonstrate our dominance over the rest of the galaxy.
Deadliest vs. Phantasy- Short match won by Phantasy with SWEET SUICIDE. (* 1/2) Winner: Phantasy United Stars Title Match Vidtek (ch) vs. Payback - Payback hit EXVENGE on Vidtek to claim the United Stars Title for the second time. (***) Winner and new United Stars Champion: Payback
Stars & Stripes vs. Paganax & Bishop Hell - Bishop Hell started the match and took a pounding from both members of Stars & Stripes. Paganax finally hit the ring and briefly controlled the action, before American Guy staggered the Centran. Shortly after, U.S. Male got the pin with the Peacemaker Slingshot. (*** 1/2) Winners: Stars & Stripes Sly Drury is shown bragging to Patch about injuring Tauran, when Tauran walks up behind him!
Nosfera vs. Havoc - The winner of this encounter would be named #1 contender to the Inter-Planetary Title, earning a shot against Paralyze at COSMIC CLASH. In the best match of the show, Nosfera emerged triumphant with THE DEMON'S BREATH. (****) Winner: Nosfera Encubus vs. Ensor - A loss to Ensor wouldn't give Encubus much momentum going into his bout against the Overmaster. Ensor fought valiantly, using his superior agility to keep his opponent off guard, but eventually Encubus' experience took over and a GAMEMASTER DDT spelled the end for the Martian. (*** 1/2) Winner: Encubus
Cosmic Cage Match Endgame vs. Sly Drury - Endgame looked to enact more revenge on the commissioner for what he did to Tauran. However, Sly Drury devastated Endgame with CRIME LORD in less than two minutes. 2125 has not been kind to the FDF leader, with his record in singles competition now sitting at 1-5. (* 1/2) Winner: Sly Drury ~ Tauran attacked Drury from behind as he walked back to the locker room!

Sad to see Vidtek's US Title reign finally come to an end. He was a major over-achiever for you.
