I run them together, but of late, I've been thinking about spliting them into two different feds. Now that LOTF has developed a deep roster, I'm toying with setting up a new set of leagues.
Each company will have either LOW or LOTF wrestlers in it, but to mix it up, from time to time, I'll hold a bingo roller draft for seven cards to move from one to the other. In other words, the first draft will have seven LOW cards in LOTF, and seven LOTF cards in LOW. Totally random.
LOW and LOTF will each have their own singles champions, and the world title and tag team titles will be split between them. In other words, both LOW and LOTF will share a recognized World Champion and Tag Team Champs, and will have their own brand champion (kind of like the United States or Intercontinental title in stature). The World and Tag Team champs will defend their titles against top challengers in both companies. Only the World Champion and Tag Team champions can appear in both companies at the same time, all others must remain in their respective companies.
But here's where it would get interesting - I'll be employing a "leave them where they fall" rule. Simply put, if a wrestler or tag team loses their World or Tag Team titles, they remain in the company they lost the title in. For example, let's say that The Road Warriors lose the Tag Team titles to Age Of The Fall on a LOTF card. By that rule, The Road Warriors will now be a part of the LOTF roster! I'm not entirely sure how it will play out, but I like the idea because it will alter my rosters and allow championship calibre talent to go between the two federations.
