Eh, if I were Tom, I wouldn't let a bootleg character name get in the way if he wants to use it.
I like both Kabal and Azrael. They're different.

Oracle. To me it's a no-brainer. It describes this character perfectly and there's not even a need IMO to have a secondary part of his name. You eventually don't use it anyway. See Tricks, the evil clown. He's just Tricks.
I don't want to have to call this awesome character with amazing art by the same name as Gargamel's cat.
Hey Tom, I'm pretty sure one of Mesmer's cards said Master of the Black Arts. I think it was his 2nd card but I can't seem to find it in my gigantic stack of cards at the moment. Maybe it was Master of the Occult. Damn, I can't remember but when I heard that I thought of Mesmer.
