Yep but seems to be on good terms. This hopefully will be good for both sides.

New HC Dan Campbell (Saints) New GM Brad Holmes (Rams) New OC Anthony Lynn (former Chargers HC) New DC Aaron Glenn (Saints DBs coach) New assistant GM Ray Agnew (from Rams) New assistant to the GM John Dorsey (ex Chiefs/Browns GM)
And now rumors of Eagles RB coach Duece Staley wanting out of Philly to come coach in Detroit. And we retained our OL coach who was being offered jobs elsewhere.
Hell of a first weekend under the new regime.

Interesting little fact, HC/OC/DC all played college ball in TX. Texas A&M/Texas Tech/Texas A&M.

I think it’ll be huge for Campbell to have good assistants. It seems like he’s more of the motivation and culture type of coach than straight X&Os.

I know I am crazy but I would like if the Lions could make a deal with Houston to swap QB's. I know we would have to throw in at least one 1st round draft pick but if it could be next years it would be a great deal. I know Stafford is more from the Dallas area but it is TX. Watson on artificial turf would be quicker for when he has to run.

It is being reported that Lions are trading Stafford to Rans. We get Jared Goff and a 3rd round pick this year BUT we get 1st round pick in 2022 and 2023. I LOVE this trade. No need to reach for a QB in the draft. We have a decent option as we rebuild and we get TWO FIRST ROUND PICKS. Woo, woo.

5 first round picks over the next 3 drafts for the Lions.
And apparently they can dump Goff in two years with no penalty since the Rams paid the signing bonus already. Or they can keep him if he surges under new OC Anthony Lynn. Really unreal A + deal for Detroit.
Good luck to Stafford in LA! Always loved him. Will be rooting for him (except in two years when we play him)!
