Pretty impressive Dave! I've never played strat-o-matic and if I weren't so strapped for time just to keep up with CotG, I would try it out! It looks like a lot of fun.

Great work Dave!
If you don't mind me asking, how long has it taken you to get through August?

I loved playing Strat-O-Matic back in the 90s. Before I found COTG that is.

Great work Dave! If you don't mind me asking, how long has it taken you to get through August? Dave can answer this better, but if you were playing with the computer game and having the rest of the games simulated as you played as a team or two, it woyldn't take that long. Games on the computer can be as fast at 15-20 mins, plus it does all teh stats for you.

Hey guys! Great discussion. I started the 2005 replay when the disk came out in early '06... so it has taken me 5 years to get through 2005 and most of 2006. Not setting the world on fire, by any stretch. LoW is my #1 game, and I usually try to have one other project going on the side. I run my basketball league in the winter, and try to do a little football in the fall. With the baseball, a Strat game takes about 15 minutes. I run the Reds, and one AL team (usually the Indians), and the computer does the rest. My goal is to finish up the 2006 replay around the time the MLB season ends and the football bug bites. Wanna see some seriously hardcore baseball replay action? mikereplays.t35.com/MikedReplayPage.htm
