Gregory Iron would be a great LE card to come out next, especially in time for the Young Lions Cup. From what I read, Iron is one of the 16 wrestlers that will be involved in that. Four more wrestlers I would take a look at as far as the Young Lions Cup is concerned : 1) Will o' The Whisp II 2) Milo Shizo 3) Tadasuke (from Osaka Pro) 4) Wil Maximo
They are wrestlers of the future.

Looking to the present and future, I voted for Gregory Iron. The other names would make a good "CHIKARA classic" themed release (not to be confused with Matt Classic).
I would have left Sweeney off of voting of this nature. He has such sentimental support with the CHIKARA fans that I think it would have been better to just release a commemorative card instead of including him in this.

I think a Sweeney commemorative card would be an excellent idea. He was a very big part of Chikara history, part of the Kings of Wrestling in Chikara with Claudio, Hero, Akuma, Icarus, and Mitch Ryder, had a great feud with Kingston, had Sweet N Sour International for awhile, defended his ICW/ICWA Texarkana Television title many times...he was a major part of Chikara.

LARRY SWEENEY must have spent some time in CHIKARA. After all, they name the 12 Large Summit tournament in his honor. Good point. Yeah, Sweeney spent a considerable amount of time in CHIKARA. Someone more knowledgeable bout CHIKARA than me can add to this post, but I believe Sweeney (among other accomplishments in CHIKARA) received training at the CHIKARA Wrestle Factory (he was in the Fifth Term according to my CHIKARA Yearbook,) won CHIKARA's Young Lions Cup one year, and also formed his Sweet 'n' Sour Stable in CHIKARA. You are Correct Sir! Sweeney was the 1st Guy to really get me into Chikara, when they they did a special match in CZW, when Chikara was just starting to catch on! He was apart of many Great angle's in Chikara! He was apart of Sweet N Sour International, The Kings of Wrestling, and The Fabulous Three/Four! all in Chikara!

AMASIS............ Ophidian duhhhhhhhhhhhhh Yes, I understand the reasoning there. The only problem I have is that Amasis is recently retired and Ophidian's wrestling solo more often. When he does tag up his partner is Hieracon. If Hireacon was on the list, that may be a more likely pick for me. I appreciate the right to vote, and would love to read everyone make a case for their vote no matter who they chose. Just being selfish and going from my own perspective, I'm only using cards of current competitors so I would prefer to see an active member of the roster get a card.

All are correct, plus he made appearances in other places including ROH.

I went with Gregory Iron since Ophidian's card has been redone into a singles card. As well, I prefer currently active guys for my CHIKARA fed (not restricted to being in CHIKARA< just active in wrestling)

I went with Amasis, since I'd like to be able to use the Osirian Portal (and I really enjoyed watching Amasis wrestle).
As for Sweeney, he was my second choice. In addition to spending time in Chikara, he was also clearly loved by the locker room. Anyone who was there for King of Trios Night 1 (which was right after he passed away) saw the raw emotion and grief during the tribute and could tell how close those guys were to Sweeney. I don't know what made it into the DVD or how it came across- but live it was clear how hard the guys took it. They clearly felt he was part of the Chikara "family".
