- Dragon Gate USA officials recently confirmed that WWE has expressed interest in signing several of their talents, who are currently signed to DGUSA contracts. DGUSA will release the talents from their deals if it means they will get a WWE contract. No word yet on the talents WWE is interested in.
I wonder which DGUSA wrestlers the WWE is interested in?

I guess Chuck Taylor competes for DGUSA, PWG, and Chikara, but if he were signed I think my brother would seriously mark out, lol.

The cynic in me says Brodie Lee and, maybe, Pac. BxB Hulk is a longshot. Brodie is both good and what they typically look for as far as size and look. I like Tozawa and I'd like to see CIMA get a late run at the WWE, but I'm not exactly expecting it. Anyway, the WWE doesn't have a good track record with Japanese talent, so I'd expect them to show more interest in the non-Japanese members of the roster.

I think you're probably right on your answer, Mark. I was also thinking of Brodie Lee too, if for nothing else the size factor. However, WWE may be hoping to push an Asian superstar the way they market Great Khali and Sin Cara/Alberto Del Rio to the Indian and Mexican/Spanish-speaking markets, respectively, and see the success that DGUSA has had in America as an encouraging sign that some of those Japanese stars can get over in WWE as well.

Tozawa is the guy in DGUSA that has the most potential IMO. Although I guess he is more Dragongate than DGUSA.
