Next LWF Card to feature 1st Round of Australian Rules Tournament
With the Qualifying round of the LWF World Championship tournament in the books, the LWF looks forward to its first-ever Australian Rules tournament. In Australian rules, two wrestlers work together in a team against another team of two wrestlers. Only one wrestler from each team can compete in the ring at one time. A wrestler can bring in his partner by making it cleanly to his team's turnbuckle and tagging his partner in. A wrestler must be standing in order to do this.

The winning team must draw a pin or submission from both members of the opposing team. Each wrestler who is pinned or submits is eliminated from the competition.

The LWF has already signed several high-profile teams for this one-of-a-kind tournament including:

William Muldoon is grateful for the rest after his brutal treatment at the hands of the Terrible Turk following his match in the LWF World Championship Qualifying round. But he's says he's more interested in moving forward than holding a grudge.
Muldoon: "The Terrible Turk did what he did because he can't beat me in the ring. Settling a score with him is something I can do anyday. But becoming the first ever LWF World Champion is something only one person can do... once. I've got my sights on the title. Once I win that, the Turk can start looking over his shoulder."
In other news, "Tiger Man" John Pesek is enjoying time away from the spotlight in his championship bid.
Pesek: "With guys like Muldoon and Gotch and Hack up there, it's easy to overlook a guy like me. That's fine by me. I prefer to be underestimated."
