Match Notes: The crowd was treated to an absolute classic match to open the show. With Omega at ringside, Massif was more focused than he had ever been in his short time in the GWF, and proved to be the dominant physical presence everyone thought he could be. Both teams showed great teamwork and Omega looked like the Omega of old. The finish came after a wild sequence with the referee down after Massif stumbled back into him saw both teams hit huge moves to wear all four men out. As the referee awoke, Massif hit Proteus with his own finisher, an overhead toss, to score the victory.
Wolf vs. Executioner
Executioner defeated Wolf with a disqualification at 3:11
Match Rating: 0.00
Match Notes: A short and violent match between Wolf and Executioner ended with a bang when the match spilled to the outside and Wolf, clearly more intent on hurting his opponent than winning, took Executioner out with a massive chairshot and was disqualified.

The bell rang to end the match, but Wolf's assault continued unabated. He nailed the Executioner with the chair a second time, causing him to slump over the nearby timekeeper's table. Wolf saw his opportunity and with lightning quickness sprung up onto the apron and then the top turnbuckle. He let out a howl then sprung off of the turnbuckle with a high-arcing moonsault, crashing down onto Executioner and putting them both through the table. Executioner went through at an awkward angle and clutched his ribs as Wolf stood up; he had clearly broken at least one rib, if not more. Wolf threw in a couple of more kicks for good measure as security came down to restore order, with medics eventually helping Executioner backstage for treatment.

He grabbed his young leader's hand and lifted it high overhead as the crowd erupted in cheers. The two shared a quick hug in the ring, and then Sam stood back and snapped off a crisp salute to Star Warrior, which he quickly returned. The Gladiators were furious at their loss, which Killer Queen and Vanity quickly realized and slid out of the ring to get their belts and get away from the ring. They taunted the Gladiators, holding their belts aloft as they backed down the ramp, and didn't see Beast-Rider coming out from the back with a large blue lizard from his zoo in tow.
The lizard hissed, and the new champs turned around slowly to see what they were faced with. They backpedaled comically towards the ring, stumbling overthemselves, only to run back into Brute and Massacre. They slowly turned again and were taken out by twin DECAPITATORS from the Gladiators that left the champs laying.
Massacre leaned down and got in Vanity's face, holding the tag belt up and claiming, "These are ours, freak!" before throwing them down and leaving the ring themselves. Beast-Rider smiled up on the ramp and led his lizard backstage, leaving Killer Queen and Vanity to slowly recover from the assault of the Gladiators. They stood up and tried to regain their composure, posing with the belts awkwardly again before leaving the ringside area.

for the GWF Championship
Invincible Krakan defeated Thantos with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 14:00
Match Rating: 3.25
Match Notes: Krakan proved to be a match for Thantos, countering the Gamemaster's methodical style with his own brawling and throwing Thantos off balance. As he did, though, Comrade Terror slid into the ring and was cut off by the referee. Thantos broke the hold and immediately confronted his henchman, who eventually left the ringside without further incident. The interference gave Krakan valuable time to recover, though, and the match continued on more even footing.
After more back and forth exchanges, Krakan took over by ducking a big right hand and catching Thantos in a huge spinebuster on the way back up. After Thantos took a short respite on the outside, Krakan went for the kill, hitting a FALLING FACE SLAM, but Thantos kicked out. Krakan went right back and hit a second, though, which kept Thantos down for three and made Krakan the GWF Champion!

Meanwhile, Thantos stood up, his attention off of Krakan and focused squarely on Comrade Terror. Terror stood on the ramp and met his gaze stoically, the slightest hint of a smile revealing fangs in Terror's mouth. "You'll pay for this!" Thantos yelled out at his seemingly former lackey, but Terror simply shook his head as his smile broadened as the broadcast faded to black.
