I've been able to locate information on the twelve cards in the LOTF edition but, I've found no info on the LE cards. Could someone please provide biographical info on Commissioner Charlie Cox, the Naptown Dragons, Sam Hayne, Eddie Fyne, J. D. Michaels and April Hunter. Thanks.

Thanks, Executioner for sharing that information. Wikipedia is where I found the info on the others that I've located. It doesn't appear though, that they supply much more than just mentions of some of the others like mentioning the Naptown Dragons in the article on Drake Younger. So, if you, or any other promoters out there, know any other sources again, I'd appreciate it.

Here are the bios I wrote for April and JD. The hardest part to me about doing them were not using any wrestling company's name like in the LOW handbooks where they never say AWA, WWF champ, etc. Then in the LOTF handbook they did list promotions. April's website has plenty of info on it as well and those sections you don't have to be a member.
APRIL HUNTER
April Hunter came into the wrestling world when women's wrestling wasn't very popular. That didn't matter as she was determined to make her mark in the sport, and that she most assuredly did. Hunter worked previously as a fitness model, showing off her already powerful physique. She joined one of the major promotions in the United States as a valet for the most popular group of wrestlers at the time. With that taste of the business she was hooked and wanted to become a wrestler, not just a valet. Hunter went to fellow Legend Killer Kowalski's school where she trained and learned all that she could. Kowalski taught her how to work on the mat and how to go after the submission. Hunter was easily one of the most powerful women on the independent wrestling circuit in the northeast. Once Hunter got in the ring, she got better and better everytime out. Hunter became the top indy female wrestler in North America and made plenty of trips to compete in Canada, Mexico, Japan and Europe. She won many regional championships and also held a men's tag team championship on one occasion. There are several big moves Hunter uses to win matches. The Head Hunter is a somersault neckbreaker, that she can hit coming off the ropes or occasionally from the second turnbuckle. The Hunter's Hangman is a submission move while hanging over the ropes. The Hunter Lock is a double leg takedown into a Boston crab submission. As a fan, Hunter became a fan of Legend Sherri Martel. Now she can step into the ring against Martel and see how she measures up! Hunter also manages at ringside and accompanys her husband JD Michaels. She likes to get involved in the action to try and help her man. Quotes "How can something that looks so good, hurt so bad?" "You can sleep with a blonde, You can sleep with a brunette...but you'll never get any sleep with a redhead!" "Just because you look like a centerfold doesn't mean you have to wrestle like one." "They're fake, but I'm real." "I'm famous. You just don't know it yet." "I used to be a model. What did you ever do?"
JD MICHAELS "#1 Superstar" JD Michaels was very athletic as a kid growing up. He devoted that natural ability to the field of professional wrestling and has worked himself into one of the best on the independent circuit in North America. Michaels has worked in Canada, the U.S.A. and overseas and held various regional championships. Michaels is married to fellow Legend April Hunter and his wife normally accompanies him to ringside. Michaels finisher is a flying elbow drop off the top rope. Michaels hails from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Now he can side with fellow Legendary Canadians like Killer Kowalski, Angelo Mosca and the Mountie, or will he feud with the likes of Billy Red Lyons? One of his favorite wrestlers was Curt Hennig. Now Michaels can get into the ring and see how he stacks up against Hennig! Michaels could also fit into a Junior heavyweight division.

Eddie Fyne
If you were to look up the words “slimy” or “underhanded” in the dictionary, “Elegant” Eddie Fyne’s picture would be next to each one. Fyne is a former casino owner who, after some “legal problems”, decided to become a wrestling manager. Fyne has an uncanny way of getting himself into bad situations with his crooked antics...such as being forced by promoters to wrestle! While “The Elegant One” is weak and unathletic, he has learned a thing or two on the streets of Las Vegas. His Vegas stun-gun is a strike to the brachial nerve on his opponent’s neck. This move can cause unconsciousness and is very dangerous. Fyne will always resort to his cheating ways, however, with his “finisher” PEPPER SPRAY. This is when Fyne literally sprays his opponent in the face with a blinding chemical! For all of his shortcomings, Eddie Fyne is a successful manager. There is nothing he won’t do ringside or behind the scenes to secure a win for his clients.
Sam Hayne
Of the many heels on the independent wrestling circuit, few are as truly sinister as Sam Hayne. Haunting predominantly the Midwest, Hayne burns a path of chaos everywhere he goes. At 6’ tall and 240 pounds, Hayne is both strong and agile, at home brawling, submission wrestling, or as a high-flyer. Hayne’s well-rounded skill is evident by his suicide dive (a leaping dive out of the ring at an opponent), the skeletal claw (a variation of the brain claw) and the DEVIL LOCK (a tortuous, back-bending submission hold). The most terrifying weapon in Hayne’s arsenal is his FLAMES OF HELL. This involves Hayne blowing a burst of flame from his mouth at his opponent. Hayne could be disqualified for using the move, but he is too evil to care.

Awesome! A reply from the publisher of the magazine behind LOTF. Thank you for the reply and the knowledge.

I asked JD if he had ever wrestled anyone in the new set and LE cards. He said at Ballpark Brawl 2006 he was in a 6 way match that had Delirious & Chris Hero in it, but other than that, he hasn't worked with anyone else.
