I have never understood why people liked Sid Vicious. The guy is a ham and egger. He is worthless on the mic, and even worse in the ring. If he was so big, he would still be in Memphis jobbing to Lawler every night. But he gets pushed in ever promotion. I just never got it. But, to be honest, I have never been a fan of the big muscle heads. They are pointless to me. Give me a good barrel chested old-schooler and I am happy. Like: Stan Hansen, Terry Gordy, Jumbo Tsurata, Riki Choshu, and Hashimoto would be awesome. I see your point, but everywhere he's went, Sid has gotten major props from the fans. I still remember seeing him at his first ECW PPV and was shocked to see the fans going crazy for him Some guys, I guess, have "it"... |

True, I have never been in sync with most wrestling fans. I live in Tennessee but hate Memphis wrestling. Go figure.

Some great wrestlers and matches came out of Memphis, but the Lawler crap just puts all that so far in the past, it is hard to remember it.

Good time to drop a top ten list (reasonable) Bam Bam Bigelow Big Van Vader Barry Darsow (any character, closest thing we'll get to Demolition) Big John Studd Sid Vicious Great Muta El Santo Rock N Roll Express Pedro Morales or Carlos Colon or Jack Veneno That's a good list. But the topic of this thread was "Who's Signed?" meaning who has already signed with LOW but not had their card released yet. Yeah I know but do we ever know who's signed.  BTW have always been a big fan of MLW |

Did Tom ever say why he did not get Demolition? WWE owns the name I remember a few year ago at Galacticon that Luna Vachon, Gangrel and Kamala mentioned, just needed them to signed a actual contract, not sure what ever happened to that. Also I thought I remember something about Shane Douglas. |
