This was by far the worst WWE I have ever seen. 3 hour Raw's are definitely a waste because they literally do NOTHING worthwhile with the extra 60 minutes.
The opening segment was the absolute worst thing ever booked on Raw. For 15+ minutes we have to watch Booker T, Hornswoggle, Michael Cole, and JR -- all non-wrestlers. I know Booker is fighting Cody but he is not wrestling on a regular basis. So we have to watch 3 announcers and a midget for 15 minutes showing a highlight reel of JR dancing, then a "rap-off" between Cole - JR then watch JR (after forgetting his lines in the rap-off which he later admitted to I saw on a wrestling website) make dumb faces and executing the worst spin-a-roonie (albeit intentionally bad) of all time. Who is this getting over? Announcers? Old announcers who already feuded earlier this year? I don't understand why this is on the show.
There are a ton of guys on the roster you could put out there and....oh I don't know....maybe...HAVE A MATCH!
Show - Wade ends in an apparent win for Show by DQ when Barrett gets the chair he brought in punched by Show. Can't anyone just lose a match and then get a re-match and then cut a promo on how important getting a win to even the score is? The matches need to mean something.
Punk's vid of JL was funny and the 4 way match was good. Well minus the 13 billion references to twitter and "trending." Why are we supposed to care what's trending? Because in 8 minutes, something new will be trending. Twitter can suck my balls.
Oh don't forget HHH announcing how awesome he is because UT couldn't walk to the back after WM. So he loses the match (his 2nd WM loss to UT) but is still better than UT? HHH actually said the streak came to an end. What??
The Punk-Orton vs. Miz-ADR tag match was about as predictable as it gets. The ending of the show was cool but 2 of the 3 hours were filled with so much crap it's hard to like anything about this show.
This was the least amount of fun I've ever had watching a WWE show.

definitely agree with you about the opening 15 minutes with JR/Cole/Booker T/Hornswaggle. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Worst thing on television right now. CRAP!
Fatal Fourway was a good match and the tending comments was annoying. I said to myself, " I bet Ryder wins the Slammy". Sure enough.
The only problem I have with the ending with Kane, is that is would have been so much more dynamic if we didn't already know he was coming back. All the teasers throughout the week just gave it away. If he would have just showed up, with no clue of his return, it would have been stronger. Like the cool new face mask he wore entering the ring, almost Predator like. Don't get the long hair again, we already know he's bald as an egg, but whatever. It's Kane, you'll never figure that dude out.
Overall, 3 hours of a lack luster show. I hope the tribute to the troops show is better, it really needs to be.

I read on prowrestling.net that they mentioned Team Showstopper was trending but it wasn't even a reference to the WWE. It was a reference from Fear Factor.

Agreed. The opening was horrible. Ziggler, Punk, Bryan, and Henry (I can't believe I just tossed him in there) are the only interesting characters to watch at this point.
Hopefully, Trips was just planting the seeds for a rematch with UT at WM. I'd much rather see that than UT vs. Jericho. Also, where the heck was Nash? You'd think they'd have him interrupt Trips and at least have a war of words before their big match...that no one cares about, LOL.
I was a little let down by Kane's return. I wished he would've come out in his original attire, but at least they're going with something new I guess. Is he a welder in his spare time? I hope they're not going for UT vs. Kane again though.

2 good segments in 3hrs of tv, and they wonder why the ratings are falling. Kane's return was cool, I like the predator mask, and his new red/burnt flesh mask. The body suit, aside from the cartoon fire on the one leg is ok, the "cuts" are supposed to represent what a body that had been autopsied might look like. Meh, it could have been worse(insert Katie Vick joke here).

2 good segments in 3hrs of tv, and they wonder why the ratings are falling. Anyone with half a brain can see the reason ratings dropped are because Cena is no longer champ! When he was champ and ratings dropped, it was only because the fans were upset that the other wrestlers were showing Cena up. If they'd just know their place and stay below him, everything would be just fine! Also, with the lack of Trips wrestling, it's a wonder the ratings didn't plummit to 1 or 2! (Okay, my head hurt just typing all of that.)

The funny thing is that Tribute to the Troops was actually a better show. Why can't they focus on in-ring instead of lame comedy? I agree that the Punk thing was funny, the four-way was solid, and the return of Kane was nice but the rest of the show pretty much tanked. MORE WRESTLING, LESS COMEDY! Maybe TNA should go to that for a new slogan ;D

you know, I've only been catching Raw in bits and pieces lately, and only the last hour of this week's Raw... but I've actually been pretty entertained by what I've seen. I personally marked out for Kane's original organ music. The welder mask was kind of dumb, but I was glad that they went back to the masked Kane in general. It's retro, but feels fresh at the same time, and I hope Kane can get a better run in this "new" rebirth in his character than he has had in years because the big guy certainly deserves it. The cross arm breaker through the ladder was pretty sweet, and the Miz was great at being a smarmy heel on the mic too. The fatal fourway just seemed to me like we were watching a match with four future world heavyweight champions (Ziggler is a former world champion on a technicality, but you know he's winning it for real one day). ====== I also didn't comment on last week's Raw. I'm a Zack Ryder fan, and have been ever since he introduced his new character on ECW. I understand people got sick of hearing his music play three times in a night, but when was the last time you've seen a midcard feud with this kind of build? Paying this much attention can only be a GOOD thing... and we're in an interesting situation here: the betting man says that Ryder goes over Ziggler and becomes U.S. champion while Ziggler moves up to the main event. But what if Zack Ryder loses? I actually almost want to see this happen, because if after everything Cena has done for Ryder fails as Ryder can't win the belt, does Cena snap and go semi-heel on Ryder? Does Roddy Piper come back and get in Cena's head again? And Cena cut an awesome promo on Johnny Ace last week. Didn't dial up too much intensity and said it like he actually meant it. Cena, when he's on, is one of the best promo guys in the WWE - but the problem is he can come back the following week or even on the same show and be the worst promo. The contract signing was awesome and all four men were great - this sounds like an oxymoron, but John Laurinaitis does a GREAT job of playing a boring GM who cannot act. Here's a wwe.com video that I thought was really funny. vids.wwe.com/14085/executive-vice-president-of-tale
