Thanks, Knapik. Coming from you, that means the world! I was hoping to re-christen Hero & Castagnoli as the Kings as soon as they (hopefully) win the belts at the PPV, which you've just inspired me to play now.

[glow=red,2,300]ONSLAUGHT PPV[/glow]
(Promoter's note: The absolute Murphy's Law of events, as the dice did not cooperate one bit with my vision for this card, forcing me to "wing it" as far as the storylines.)
The voice of ICW, Gary Michael Cappetta enters the ring & the crowd erupts!
J.D. Michaels w/April Hunter d. Savage T w/K.J. Hill following a TOP ROPE ELBOW DROP (Despite Hill's attempt at interference, ICW's hottest couple prevail in tonight's opening match)
Dupae Rupa d. Danny Doring with a BELGIAN WAFFLE (A huge loss for the Dastardly One coming off his surprise victory over Adam Pearce one week ago)
The Sandman & Sabu d. The Naptown Dragons in a NO DQ tag team match when Sandman pinned Scotty Vortekz following a double spike piledriver delivered while the referee was escorting Dustin Lee, who had just broken up a pin, back to his corner
Backstage footage of Commissioner Charlie Cox & Adam Pearce outside Pearce's dressing room, Cox demanding to know what Pearce has up his sleeve for tonight's main event! Pearce responds by telling Cox "You'll find out when Bagwell finds out." Pearce then turns & slams the door...
Justin Credible d. Necro Butcher with THAT'S INCREDIBLE in a Hardcore Texas Death Match (Credible came to play tonight, attacking Butcher during Cappetta's intro)
Delirious d. Mike Quackenbush with CHEMICAL IMBALANCE #2 (Delirious tried to attack Quackenbush during the intro, but an alert Quackenbush reversed the move & sent Delirious through a ringside table, all before the bell had even rung!)
Harker Dirge d. Sam Hayne with DIRTNAP (The Bloody One continues to hold an edge over Hayne in this ongoing feud)
ICW Light Heavyweight champion Jushin Liger d. Arik Cannon with a LIGER BOMB to retain the title
ICW Hardcore champion Steve Corino d. Drake Younger with OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION to retain the title (Apparently, Corino's attempts to soften Younger up last week worked, as Drake was beaten from pillar to post in this one, folks)
The James Gang d. Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli to win the vacant ICW Tag Team titles when Kip James pinned Hero following a STANDING LEG DROP (During the match, Larry Sweeney came to the ring & attempted to distract the referee to benefit Hero & Castagnoli! Following the match's conclusion, Gary Michael Cappetta caught up with this new alliance on their way back to the locker room, where Sweeney had this to say: "All of ICW better beware...from this day forward, I will be the OFFICIAL business agent of Mr. Hero & Mr. Castagnoli! The James Gang may have won the battle tonight, but the war is far from over! The James Gang represents the old "generation" of wrestling. What you see before you is the NEXT generation of wrestling! Behold...The Kings Of Wrestling! And mark my words you peons, one day soon the Kings WILL rule ICW!")
Gary Michael Cappetta then re-enters the ring & announces that it's time for tonight's main event! Following his announcement of Adam Pearce as tonight's challenger, Pearce appears on the entrance ramp with a microphone & makes an announcement of his own. "Ladies & Gentlemen, allow me to introduce my new manager...show some respect for the legend...Jim Cornette! The crowd goes insane with Pearce's announcement! How could this have happened? Jim Cornette than appears on the ramp, tennis racket in hand & proceeds to lead Pearce to the ring, jabbering with the fans the entire way...)
ICW champion Buff Bagwell d. Adam Pearce w/Jim Cornette following a BUFF BLOCKBUSTER to retain the title (Cornette, as always, tried to interfere & was whipped into Pearce, allowing Bagwell to use his finisher & score the victory)
Commissioner Charlie Cox enters the ring & thanks everyone for making ICW such an early success. He then announces that based on the success of ticket sales, the previous pay-per-view & the early returns on tonight's event, ICW has been offered a weekly cable television spot! The crowd goes absolutely nuts as Cox announces that the ICW executive committee are working on the details as we speak! Thanks again for coming out & we'll see you at our next event!

[glow=red,2,300](TELEVISION TAPING : UNLEASHED-EPISODE 001)[/glow]
Commissioner Charlie Cox enters the ring & praises the fans for once again making ICW a hit on pay-per-view! He then announces to the capacity crowd that based on the buy rates from Onslaught, ICW was offered and has agreed to a weekly cable television spot! The crowd goes wild as Cox then announces "And I'm proud to say that YOU ARE ALL NOW A PART OF HISTORY. That's right folks, because those of you here tonight will be seen on TV next week as the first audience of ICW...UNLEASHED!" Just as the crowd reaches a fever pitch, Scrap Iron Adam Pearce & Jim Cornette appear on the entry way, demanding to invoke their 30-day rematch clause against ICW Champion Buff Bagwell. Tonight! Cox, undeterred by the interruption grants Pearce his rematch. "Why not, after all, tonight is an historic evening in ICW's brief history. What better way to end our first episode than with a title match in the main event? Don't you all agree?" Once again the fans are ecstatic as we take a...commercial break?
Eddie Fyne d. J.D. Michaels w/April Hunter by rolling through a cross body block
Danny Doring d. Dupae Rupa with a cross body block
Ricky Landell d. Savage T w/K.J. Hill with a FISHERMEN'S BUSTER
Timber & Hacksaw Jim Duggan d. The Naptown Dragons when Duggan pinned Dustin Lee following a TOUGH GUY CLOTHESLINE (A pleasant surprise for the crowd, as Hacksaw continues to be a favorite wherever he goes & the pairing of a "Hacksaw" with a "Lumberjack" just seems natural)
Sam Hayne d. Harker Dirge with HELL'S FLAMES (Hayne finally scores a victory, albeit an illegal one, in this feud that shows no signs of letting up)
Delirious d. Sabu with CHEMICAL IMBALANCE #2 (Amazingly, the Homicidal,Suicidal,Genocidal Sabu remains winless in singles competition since arriving in ICW)
Justin Credible d. The Sandman with THAT'S INCREDIBLE in a Singapore Cane Match (Like his fellow ECW alumni Sabu, The Sandman is also winless in singles competition during his brief tenure with ICW)
ICW Champion Buff Bagwell d. Adam Pearce w/Jim Cornette with a cross body block to retain the title (Despite interference from Cornette, Bagwell once again got the better of Pearce & remains the ICW champion, much to the delight of the fans...)

Thanks for checking it out. I can't lie, I find myself enjoying the game alot more using more "current" wrestlers. Adds a bit more realism for me, plus there's just enough "legends" to pop in & out of an Indy fed if need be, just like in real life. The more "future" legends that are released will lead to more "fazing out" of established stars in ICW. I think this was Tom's BEST idea yet!

[glow=red,2,300](TELEVISION TAPING : UNLEASHED-EPISODE 002)[/glow]
Jim Cornette leads Adam Pearce into the ring as the show opens, Cornette is demanding yet another title shot for Scrap Iron against Buff Bagwell! Commissioner Charlie Cox then appears on the entry way, telling Pearce that he's already had 2 shots at Bagwell, and come up short, both times. "Don't you think it's time somebody else gets a shot?" Pearce responds with "I'm the best there is in ICW, Cox! There's not a wrestler in that locker room I can't beat & I'll prove it tonight!" Cox is highly amused as he reminds Pearce what happened the last time he made such a statement: "Does the name Danny Doring ring a bell?" The crowd is now overcome with laughter, recalling Doring's shocking victory over Pearce a few weeks ago. "That was different. I wasn't ready. Tonight, I'm ready for ANYBODY!" "Anybody?" Cox responds. "Because it just so happens, I've got a special guest here tonight. An old friend of yours, Mr. Cornette. Think you can take him, Adam?" Cornette grabs for the mic, but it's yanked away by Pearce. "I told you Cox, I'm ready for ANYBODY!" Pearce then slams the mic down & storms out of the ring, ignoring Cornette's pleas to think this one through...
Savage T w/K.J. Hill d. Eddie Fyne with a VERTIBREAKER
J.D. Michaels w/April Hunter d. Dupae Rupa with a TOP ROPE ELBOW DROP
Mike Quackenbush d. Arik Cannon with a QUACKENDRIVER III (Following the match, Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli enter the ring. Hero delivers a HERO'S WELCOME to Quackenbush, immediately followed by a RICOLA BOMB from Castagnoli. In the meantime Cannon recovers...and nails the BURNING HAMMER! Could this mean...The 3 wrestlers embrace! Larry Sweeney then enters the ring with a microphone & announces "We warned you last week that we were in control! This is THE NEXT generation of wrestling & these 3 men are THE KINGS!" The Kings Of Wrestling leave the ring while ICW medical staff attend to Quackenbush, who appears to be seriously injured)
Necro Butcher d. Drake Younger with a TIGER DRIVER in a Hardcore Texas Death Match (The Butcher FINALLY scores his first win in ICW)
Sam Hayne d. Harker Dirge with HELL'S FLAMES in a Falls Count Anywhere match (This match took this feud to a new level as these 2 rivals hit each other with everything but the kitchen sink)
Backstage footage of Cornette admonishing Pearce for accepting a match against an unknown opponent, telling Pearce that he's "made ALOT of enemies throughout the years & that you & I have NO IDEA who Cox might parade out there against us!"
The Kings Of Wrestling d. The Samoan Island Tribe when Chris Hero pinned Alofa following a cross body block (The victory earns the Kings a match against Timber & Hacksaw next week, with the winners getting a shot at the James Gang at our next pay-per-view)
Commissioner Cox himself enters the ring to announce the contestants for tonight's main event! After announcing Pearce & Cornette, Cox drops a bombshell on all of us as he announces Pearce's opponent tonight as "1 half of the GREATEST TAG TEAM IN WRESTLING HISTORY! Jim Cornette, it's your old friend...ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL! The crowd goes ballistic as Animal makes his way through the backstage curtain & immediately goes after Cornette!
Adam Pearce w/Jim Cornette d. Road Warrior Animal after whipping him with a leather strap
Pearce grabs a mic & asks Cox if he gets his rematch. Before Cox can answer, Ricky Landell appears from behind the curtain with a mic of his own. "Cox! I've got more victories than ANYBODY on this roster besides Bagwell! I'm the guy who lost to Bagwell in the finals of the Inaugural Brawl & I've yet to get a rematch! What do I have to do? Go out & hire a washed up, has-been manager to get myself in the picture?" Cox thinks about it & announces "You're right Ricky. You never got a rematch. Because you never asked for it. So now, you can earn it. Next week, you & Pearce, one on one. The winner gets Bagwell at the next pay-per-view! Goodnight!"

Excellent show! Pearce over Animal was a stunning result, but a perfect outcome to move the angle forward.
Well done!

Thank you! I was a bit shocked myself, but hedged my bets by keeping Landell out of the picture until the last minute.

Younger's card is no joke, so that's an awesome win for Necro. I was so pumped when TM told me Necro was in... Drake vs. Necro is hardcore heaven.
