RoG continues on a very entertaining roll and I like your RingWars pay-per-view name, very cool. Too bad Ricky Landell failed twice to win the TV Belt, but Mike Quackenbush is a Solid Champion. Speaking of Champions, it's really good seeing Frank Gotch as a Two Time US Champ. It'll be fun to see how your next event unfolds, keep it coming...

Brent Albright vs. Belgian Brawler Brent Albright defeated Belgian Brawler with a CROWBAR at 5:21 Match Notes: Brawler got in a couple of big moves, but in the end, Albright wins his debut, after hitting a North LIghts Suplex, followed by a CROWBAR.
- ROG WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP - Adam Pearce vs. Mike Quackenbush for the ROG World Television Championship Mike Quackenbush defeated Adam Pearce with a QUACKENDRIVER III at 4:11 Match Notes: Mike Quackenbush retains the ROG World Television Title! Pearce appeared a little distracted through the match, thanks to The Sandman, who was standing in the isle way with his SINGAPORE CANE, chugging some beers. After the bell, The Sandman just smiled, and turned to head to the back.
Ox Baker and Necro Butcher vs. Red Bastien and Arik Cannon Arik Cannon defeated Ox Baker with a BURNING HAMMER at 37:41 Match Notes: These four men unexpectedly have an incredible match, and tore the house down! This was a pay per view quality match, between 4 undercard performers. This match had a little bit of everything. Arik Cannon would finally end it with the BURNING HAMMER. But things didn't stop there, as Butcher and Baker attacked Cannon and Bastien after the match, leaving both men in a crumpled heap. Another story from the match, was the ROG debut of Sir Oliver Humperdink, who was at ringside managing Baker and Butcher, and is the one who encouraged them to take out Bastien and Cannon after the match.
Buff Bagwell vs. The Sandman The Sandman defeated Buff Bagwell with a SINGAPORE CANE at 1:18 Match Notes: This match didn't last long. Sherri Martel's attempted interference to help her man backfired, and The Sandman took advantage, blasting Buff Bagwell with the SINGAPORE CANE for the win. After the match, Adam Pearce came out, and planted a chair to the back of the head of The Sandman. He then began beating The Sandman with his own SINGAPORE CANE. Officials finally came out to break it up. Later it would be announced that the two have signed to meet in a Hardcore Match at RingWars!
King Kong Bundy vs. Giant Baba King Kong Bundy defeated Giant Baba with an AVALANCHE at 13:30 Match Notes: This battle of big men came about, after Bundy, who is a new member of Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar Corporation, attacked Baba during a match with DiBiase, costing Baba the match. These two behemoths had a good, back and forth powerhouse match. Bundy managed to get the back man off his feet long enough to land the AVALANCHE, and score a big win. Bundy didn't stop there, and landed a second AVALANCHE on Baba after the match.
Road Warriors vs. Age Of The Fall Hawk defeated Jimmy Jacobs with a gorilla press slam at 9:44 Match Notes: Road Warriors spoil the debut of Age Of The Fall, dominating a majority of the match, and take the win. The Road Warriors and The Valentines have signed to meet again at RingWars, this time the Road Warriors said they will have back up.
Ted DiBiase vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan Ted DiBiase defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan with a powerslam at 7:42 Match Notes: Good debut for Duggan, despite the loss. He had a couple of chances to take the win, but in the end, DiBiase takes a hard fought win.
- NON TITLE MATCH - Bobo Brazil vs. Nick Bockwinkle Nick Bockwinkle defeated Bobo Brazil with a BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER at 3:52 Match Notes: Bobo was dominating the World Champion, until he went to bounce off the ropes, and Heenan reached up, and grabbed Bobo's foot, tripping him up. Bockwinkle took over, and put down Bobo with the BOCKWINKLE SLEEPER. Up next for the champ is a defense of his World Heavyweight Title at RingWars, against former champion, Harley Race!

Arik Cannon with the pinfall over Ox Baker is a nice upset and that's a unique pairing of Cannon & Bastien. It's cool Mike Quackenbush retained, but I really loved how the Sandman got in the head of Adam Pearce. The Sandman winning over Buff Bagwell is a good thing and the continuing feud with Pearce is great stuff and a big victory for King Kong Bundy over Giant Baba...

0009 Ring Of Glory Wrestling 01.09.2012 from The Centrum, Worcester, MA
Ricky Landell vs. Buddy Rose Buddy Rose defeated Ricky Landell with a gut wrench backbreaker at 7:24 Match Notes: Tough loss for Landell, who was looking to get back into contention for the World TV Title. The win for Rose just may earn him a shot at the TV Title.
- ROG WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP - Gorgeous George vs. Mike Quackenbush for the ROG World Television Championship This match ended in a draw (TIME LIMIT DRAW) at 10:00 Match Notes: Mike Quackenbush retains the ROG World Television title, by virtue of the match going to a time limit draw. George actually dominated a good part of the match, but a surprise cross body by Quack turned the match back in the champs favor. Just as Quack hit the QUACKENDRIVER II, the time ran out, ending the match in a draw. A rematch may be in the works between these two.
Heartbreak Express vs. Backseat Boyz This match ended in a draw (DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION) at 3:15 Match Notes: The Backseat Boyz recently lost the World Tag Team Titles to Iron Shiek and Nikolai Volkoff. They signed for a rematch at RingWars, so tonight it was important to get the win, and some momentum. But the match would be short lived, as things got chaotic, and both teams were DQ'ed. As the two teams continued to brawl after the match, the World Tag Team Champs came out, and attacked the Backseat Boyz, and would leave them both laid out, Kashmere bleeding.
Erick Stevens vs. Delirious Erick Stevens defeated Delirious with a single leg lift into lariat at 11:37 Match Notes: Great undercard match, and good debut for Erick Stevens. Delirious dominated the first part of the match, even hitting CHEMICAL IMBALANCE #2 twice, but Stevens wouldn't stay down. Stevens began to overpower Delirious, and would go on to the win.
Jimmy Snuka vs. The Destroyer Jimmy Snuka defeated The Destroyer with a SUPERFLY LEAP (Roll: 2 at 3:20 Match Notes: Both of these men have big matches at RingWars. Snuka in a grude match against Buddy Rogers, and The Destoyer in a 2 out of 3 falls match against Frank Gotch, for the ROG United States Heavyweight Title. Snuka came out looking all business, and dominated The Destroyer. The Destroyer didn't get in one move, as Snuka ended it rather quickly, with the SUPERFLY LEAP. Snuka then cut a promo hyping up the big match at RingWars with Buddy Rogers, and promised retribution for Rogers' recent actions.
Killer Bees vs. The Valiants Jimmy Valiant defeated B. Brian Blair with a SUPER ELBOW at 26:25 Match Notes: Not the way the Killer Bees wanted to start their careers in ROG, with a second straight loss, but they did give a valiant effort. The match was great tag team action, with lots of double teaming, and tagging in and out. The Valiants take the win, and are in the hunt for a future tag team title shot.
Koko B. Ware vs. Buddy Rogers Buddy Rogers defeated Koko B. Ware with a FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE at 1:45 Match Notes: Rogers didn't even break a sweat, in beating Koko B. Ware in Koko's debut. Rogers kept the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE on Koko after the match, yelling that he was going to break Koko's leg, like he was going to do to Snuka at RingWars. Finally Jimmy Snuka ran out, and Rogers broke the hold. Before the two could get into it, officials and security got between the two.
Harley Race vs. Killer Kowalksi Harley Race defeated Killer Kowalksi with a PILEDRIVER at 32:47 Match Notes: Earlier in the night, World Champ, Nick Bockwinkle was seen approaching Killer Kowalski, and said there may be a little something in it for Kowalski,if he can injure Harley Race...Fantastic match! Harley Race has a bit match with Nick Bockwinkle at RingWars, as he looks to regain the ROG World Heavyweight Title. Standing in his way tonight, was the hated, Killer Kowalski. Kowalski had a couple of long stretches dominating Race, but Race being the tough guy he is, came back each time. He would hit not one, but two PILEDRIVER's, to put the big man away for a huge win heading into the World Title match at RingWars! It was also announced before the match, that Killer Kowalski will have a match at the pay per view, taking on the visiting...Mil Mascaras!

0010 RingWars 01.10.2012 from Boston Gardens, Boston, MA
- HARDCORE MATCH - Adam Pearce vs. The Sandman Adam Pearce defeated The Sandman with a short arm clothesline at 10:06 Match Notes: This was a hot opener to the pay per view. As expected, both men tore into each other with whatever weapon they could get their hands on. The end came when The Sandman grabbed a metal pipe, and was about to hit Pearce with it, but Pearce kicked The Sandman in the nether regions, and The Sandman dropped the metal pipe. Adam Pearce picked it up, and smashed The Sandman in the face, busting The Sandman open. Pearce threw him back in, and took him down with a short arm clothesline, put his foot on the ropes for extra leverage, and got the pinfall. Pearce was quick to roll out of the ring and head to the back.
The Valiants vs. Age Of The Fall Jimmy Valiant defeated Tyler Black with a SUPER ELBOW at 25:30 Match Notes: Awesome tag team match! Non stop back and forth tag action. Near the end, Tyler Black missed a big PHOENIX SPLASH, and The Valiants captitalized by hitting a SUPER ELBOW a short time later, and getting the win. The fans have really rallied behind The Valiants lately, especially after the excellent matches they have been involved with. After the match, The Valiants threw out a challenge to whoever wins the World Tag Team Title match tonight, for a title shot!
Erick Stevens vs. Brent Albright Brent Albright defeated Erick Stevens with a CROWBAR at 1:57 Match Notes: Albright went to the CROWBAR almost immediately, and Stevens never recovered. A half nelson suplex dropping Stevens on his head, followed by another CROWBAR, sealed the win for Albright. A very impressive showing for Brent Albright.
- ROG UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP-2 Out Of 3 Falls Match - The Destroyer vs. Frank Gotch for the ROG United States Heavyweight Championship The Destroyer defeated Frank Gotch with a single leg boston crab at 17:14 Frank Gotch defeated The Destroyer with a forearm uppercut at 7:27 Frank Gotch defeated The Destroyer with a GOTCH TOEHOLD at 12:35 Match Notes: Frank Gotch retains the ROG United States Heavyweight Title! These two have had an excellent series of matches, which has seen them trade the US Title. Tonight this 2 out of 3 falls match was made, with the stipulation that the loser would not get another title shot as long as the other held the title. The Destroyer came out on fired, and dominated the first fall. Gotch came back and dominated the second fall. The third fall things got really intense, and we got some great back and forth wrestling. Gotch got just enough of an opening to lock in the GOTCH TOEHOLD in the center of the ring, and The Destroyer submitted, and Gotch retains the title in a hard fought match.
Drake Younger and Naptown Dragons vs. Larry Sweeney and Kings Of Wrestling Claudio Castagnoli defeated Drake Younger with a DISQUALIFICATION for attack with light tube at 2:44 Match Notes: These six men have all been involved in some brawls recently, which set up this six man tag. It didn't last long though, as Drake Younger hit Claudio with a light tube of all things, and got DQ'ed. Fortunately, Claudio wasn't seriously injured, just a couple of cuts. Chris Hero promised to get payback on Younger.
Giant Baba vs. King Kong Bundy Giant Baba defeated King Kong Bundy with a DISQUALIFICATION at 7:48 Match Notes: These two behemoths recently met, and Bundy got the win with an AVALANCHE, and then hit another AVALANCHE on Baba after the match. Baba wanted this rematch as a chance for payback. Baba controlled a majority of the match, and looked on his way to a win, when Bundy struck the referee, resulting in a DQ. Bundy then assaulted Baba with multiple chair shots to the head, taking Baba down. Bundy laid the chair on Baba, and was about to hit the AVALANCHE onto the chair, on Baba...but Bobo Brazil came running out, and began firing away on Bundy with punch after punch until Bundy fell through the ropes, and to the floor. The fans were going nuts for one of their heroes. Bobo got on the mic after, and said he won't stand by and watch Bundy throw around his size and strength to do what he pleases. Bobo says that's not just a warning to Bundy, that's a warning to anyone who thinks they will march around Ring Of Glory and do what they please!
Ted DiBiase vs. Mike Quackenbush Mike Quackenbush defeated Ted DiBiase with a QUACKENDRIVER III at 6:03 Match Notes: After what happened in the previous match, DiBiase was without King Kong Bundy during this match. He did have Virgil, but Virgil was no help. Quack made the most of this pay per view opportunity, and scored the huge upset over the Million Dollar Man! DiBiase attacked Quack after the match, and began to lock on the MILLION DOLLAR DREAM...But it wasn't on long, as Bobo Brazil came out again! Virgil tried to cut Bobo off, but he got taken out. DiBiase then escaped through the crowd.
- ROG WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - Backseat Boyz vs. Iron Shiek & Nikolai Volkoff for the ROG World Tag Team Championship Iron Sheik defeated Johnny Kashmere with a piledriver at 18:44 Match Notes: Iron Shiek and Nikolai Volkoff retain the ROG World Tag Team Titles! The Backseat Boyz didn't have much going their way coming into this match. They of course lost the titles to Shiek and Volkoff. They then had a match go to a double DQ with Heartbreak Express, on the recent Ring Of Glory Wrestling card. After that match, they were attacked by the tag team champs, and left laid out! Acid and Kashmere had a lot at stake here after their recent slide. They put up a tough fight, but in the end, they would fall, and Shiek and Volkoff hold onto the titles. Up next for them should be The Valiants, who threw out a challenge earlier to the winner of this match.
Mil Mascaras vs. Killer Kowalksi Killer Kowalksi defeated Mil Mascaras with a CLAW HOLD at 8:17 Match Notes: Mil Mascaras was in the states on tour, and Commissioner Cox was quick to sign him up for this special appearance. The fans were definitely into him, and he put on a good show. He looked to have the match won with the CROSSBODY ATTACK, but Kowalski would roll to the floor. Mascaras followed him out, and tried to throw Kowalski back in the ring, instead, Mascaras got slammed headfirst hard into the announce table! Kowalski drug Mascaras back in, and picked up a huge win the CLAW HOLD!! After the match, Kowalski got on the mic, and mocked Mascaras, and stated all he heard lately was how great Mascaras was. Kowalski said he proved tonight that Mascaras is nothing, but a freak hiding behind a mask. Early word is that Mil Mascaras approached Commissioner Cox about sticking around for a bit, in particular wanting to get back in the ring with Killer Kowalski!
Road Warriors vs. Valentines Greg Valentine defeated Animal with a cross body block at 39:20 Match Notes: This was one of the highly anticipated grudge matches on the card, and it lived up to the hype! It was off the charts fantastic tag team action! Coming in, The Road Warriors promised to have some back up to help contend with The Valentines manager, Bobby Heenan. Their backup came in the form of Precious Paul Ellering! Ellering has managed the Road Warriors in the past, and is pretty tough in his own right! He helped neutralize Heenan throughout the match, so we got a good clean match. But things would break down in the end...Hawk was brawling with Johnny Valentine, Ellering was chasing around Heenan. Greg Valentine used the distractions to hit Animal with a foreign object, and then hit a cross body block, and hook of the tights for the win! The Valentines pick up a big win, but nothing was really settled between these two teams!
Jimmy Snuka vs. Buddy Rogers Jimmy Snuka defeated Buddy Rogers with a SUPERFLY LEAP at 6:54 Match Notes: This was another one of the big grudge matches on the card. Rogers had been targeting Snuka lately, largely because he helped break Snuka in to the business, and believes Snuka has forgotten that, and snubbed him. When recently asked about this, Snuka stated he hasn't forgotten who helped get him into this business, but says he has drifted away from Rogers, because he doesn't care for Rogers' character, and actions. Rogers has been hell bent on driving Snuka out of ROG, and tonight he got his chance in this one on one battle. As soon as that bell rang, Snuka was a house of fire. Rogers barely got in any offense. Sherri Martel tried to get involved, but Snuka was quick to take care of her as well. Snuka hits the SUPERFLY LEAP, and ends it. As Snuka was celebrating, Rogers attacked Snuka, by clipping his knee! Rogers then locked in the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE, trying to break Snuka's leg! Officials and a couple wrestlers came out to break it up.
- ROG WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - Harley Race vs. Nick Bockwinkle for the ROG World Heavyweight Championship Harley Race defeated Nick Bockwinkle with a PILEDRIVER at 4:11 Match Notes: Harley Race becomes a 2x ROG World Heavyweight Champion! Nick Bockwinkle was without his manager, Bobby Heenan, due to a stipulation in a recent match, that if Race beat Heenan in a one on one match, that Heenan would be barred from ringside. Race won that match by countout, thus barring Heenan from ringside. Without Heenan's presence, Race showed who would come out on the winning end of a clean match. In just over four minutes, Race hit the PILEDRIVER, and got the pinfall, to win the title for the second time! Race celebrated, as a frustrated Bockwinkle headed to the back.
Harley Race won the ROG World Heavyweight Championship

RingWars really was action packed and I'm surprised with a few results. The Valentines over the Road Warriors is one of those surprises and Greg getting the victory is huge for that team. Jimmy Snuka over Buddy Rogers is a nice surprise and it is cool he won the match even though I picked Rogers to win. I got 7 picks out of 5 correct, thats not too shabby. Too bad the Backseat Boyz couldn't capture the Gold from the defending Champs, but thats the way it rolls. Overall it looked like you had a great time rolling this event, keep it coming...

0011 Ring Of Glory Wrestling 01.11.2012 from Springfield Civic Center, Springfield, MA
- ROG WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP - Buddy Rose vs. Mike Quackenbush for the ROG World Television Championship This match ended in a draw (TIME LIMIT DRAW) at 10:00 Match Notes: Mike Quackenbush retains the title via time limit draw. This was the second straight title defense for Mike Quackenbush that has went to a time limit draw. Quack came into this match with a lot of momentum, after the huge upset over Ted DiBiase on pay per view. But he just couldn't put away the feisty "Playboy," and the match went to a draw. The last man Quack went to a draw with, Gorgeous George, is scheduled for a rematch on the next card, and now you have to figure Buddy Rose may get another shot down the line.
Larry Sweeney vs. Drake Younger Larry Sweeney defeated Drake Younger with a 12 LARGE ELBOW DROP at 5:37 Match Notes: At RingWars, Larry Sweeney teamed with the Kings Of Wrestling to face Drake Younger and the Naptown Dragons. That match ended quickly in a DQ, when Drake Younger busted a light tube over the head of Claudio Castagnoli. Fortunately, Castagnoli wasn't seriously hurt, but that didn't stop Chris Hero from vowing major payback. He got it tonight. The match was ok. Drake hit DRAKE'S LANDING, and looked to have it won, until the Kings Of Wrestling interfered. They helped Sweeney turn the tables, and after two straight 12 LARGE ELBOW DROPS, Sweeney got the win. After the match, the Kings Of Wrestling viciously attacked Younger, hitting him with various weapons from under the ring, Hero with a LOADED ROLLING ELBOW SMASH to the face, and Claudio with a RICOLA BOMB through a table!! Officials, along with the Naptown Dragons, finally poured out to stop the beating. As tough as Younger is, even he was feeling the effects from this one. He had to be helped from the ring, and word is he suffered a neck injury, and me be out of action for some time. No word yet on any repercussions coming from Commissioner Cox.
Age Of The Fall vs. Killer Bees Tyler Black defeated Jim Brunzell with a fireman\'s carry gutbuster at 6:01 Match Notes: The Killer Bees are off to a rough start in ROG, as they lose their third straight match, while Age of The Fall when their first. It was a dominant effort for Black and Jacobs.
Buff Bagwell vs. Ricky Landell Buff Bagwell defeated Ricky Landell with a COUNTOUT at 1:25 Match Notes: The match was short lived, as Bagwell's valet, Sherri Martel, got involved early, and pulled down the ropes, when Landell went to bounce off of them, and took a nasty spill to the floor, and was counted out. The last time these two met, Sherri inadvertently cost her man the match. Bagwell celebrated his win by posing for the fans, showing off his physique, but the fans didn't seem to care.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Bob Orton Jr Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated Bob Orton Jr with a FLYING SPEAR at 3:46 Match Notes: Nothing to exciting here. This was the debut for Cowboy Bob Orton Jr. Orton got in a couple of moves, but in short order, Duggan hit a Tough Guy Clothesline, and the FLYING SPEAR, to put away Orton.
- TORNADO TAG TEAM MATCH - Kings Of Wrestling vs. Naptown Dragons Chris Hero defeated Dustin Lee with a ROLLING ELBOW SMASH at 4:23 Match Notes: The Naptown Dragons came out fired up after what happened earlier, but that fire was short lived. Just a couple of minutes in, Hero connected with the ROLLING ELBOW SMASH on Lee, and had him staggered. After connecting two more times with the ROLLING ELBOW SMASH, and Claudio taking care of Scotty, the Kings Of Wrestling pick up the victory, and continue to prove to be one of the top teams in ROG.
- TEXAS DEATH MATCH - Red Bastien vs. Ox Baker Ox Baker defeated Red Bastien with a HEART PUNCH at 3:57 Match Notes: A Texas Death Match isn't the type of match to you want to be in with a guy like Ox Baker, but the underdog crowd favorite, Red Bastien, isn't get to let Baker run wild in ROG. But Baker used the rules to his advantage to brutalize Bastien. He put Bastien away with the HEART PUNCH. After the match, at the urging of his manager, Oliver Humperdink, Baker tossed Bastien to the floor, and pulled back the mats, threatening to piledrive Bastien on the concrete floor!! Commissioner Cox finally came out to stop Baker, by threatening to suspend him. Baker snarled at Cox, and continued to tease the piledriver, even going as far as lifting Bastien up to hit, but after another threat by Cox, Baker put Bastien down, and told Bastien he got off light, and to stay away from him, or there will be hell to pay!
King Kong Bundy vs. Bobo Brazil Bobo Brazil defeated King Kong Bundy with a COCO BUTT at 2:19 Match Notes: Bobo has taken of the mantle of the ROG's resident super hero so to speak, and King Kong Bundy was his first target. At RingWars, Bundy attempted to injure Baba after their match, and Bobo was their for the save, and sent a warning to everyone in ROG that he wouldn't sit by and watch evil reign supreme. Tonight, Bobo got a one on one match with Bundy, who had Ted DiBiase and Virgil at ringside with him. Bundy used his strength and power early to take Bobo down, and hit the AVALANCHE not once, but twice! But both times Bobo kicked out, as Bundy got cocky, and asked for a five county. Bundy would hit a third time, and Bobo kicked out again!! With the fans rallying behind him, Bobo started to make a comeback. The action spilled to the floor, where Virgil tried to get involved, but Bobo blocked a punch from Virgil, and took him out with a COCO BUTT. DiBiase then tried to hit Bobo with a chair, but Bobo ducked and Bundy got hit!! Bobo got Bundy back in the ring, and took down the staggering big man, with a COCO BUTT, and got the pinfall!! After the bell, DiBiase cracked Bobo in the back with a chair, and then gave him a shot over the head. DiBiase got on the mic, and warned Bobo he never should have stuck his nose in Corporation business. As Bundy got back to his feet, DiBiase told Bundy to give Bobo another AVALANCHE. But Giant Baba came out, and delivered a big boot to Bundy, a clothesline to DiBiase, and tossed Virgil from the ring. DiBiase and Bundy would roll out of the ring, furious as the show ended.
Coming up on the next card, Jimmy Snuka challenges Frank Gotch for the US Title in the main event, plus a RingWars rematch between Killer Kowalski and Mil Mascaras, and a big six man tag featuring the Road Warriors, and manager Paul Ellering, versus The Valentines, and their manager, Bobby Heenan!

A pretty good event and outcomes and the one that stands out of the pack is Jim Duggan over Bob Orton Jr. in such quick fashion. Sometimes those dice end the match quicker then you'd hope, but it's good to have quick results to spice things up. I loved the ending with Ted DiBiase & King Kong Bundy getting frustrated with Giant Baba helping Bobo Brazil from the post match attack, Solid Stuff...
