FG Community Citizen Award (4/09)

It is now time to announce the first recipient of the Filsinger Games Community Citizen Award. Like any interactive online medium, this message board will only be as 'good' as the quality of content that is contributed to it by its membership. To the extent that people act in ways that go 'above and beyond' in broadly enhancing enjoyment in this hobby, we are all directly and indirectly the beneficiaries. This quarterly presentation is our small way of formally saying thank you and extending a well deserved commendation to those who help to proliferate this interest that we all share.

In that spirit, our first winner of the Filsinger Games Community Citizen Award is Mr. Hyde!

The quality of the content that Mr. Hyde has freely contributed to this board over the course of the last year has been absolutely outstanding. Many of the specialty matches he created will be added into the upcoming Ringside Anthology and will become an 'official' part of Filsinger Games. Raising the bar with his creativity, and selflessly enhancing the library of content available to us all, he represents the best this community has to offer!

Wow. This is incredible.

I listed to LWPD a whole bunch of people more deserving of this than I am when I turned in my suggestions for the winner of this award.

Nonetheless, I am extremely grateful for this type of recognition. Any and all contributions made to this board are done out of simple enjoyment. To recieve any type of award for my hobby is mindblowing.
