forums.onlineworldofwrestling.com/showthread.php?16084-Review-of-Wrestling%E2%80%99s-Most-Controversial-Moment-DVD&p=151044#post151044The Montreal Screwjob. Sgt. Slaughter becomes an Iraqi sympathizer. The debut of Muhammad Hassan. David Arqeutte & Vince Russo win the WCW World Heavyweight championship. The Andy Kaufman/Jerry Lawler incident. The ECW Crucifixion. Black Saturday. Continuing the Over the Edge PPV after Owen Hart fell to his death. The Chris Benoit Tribute show. These are just some of the 17 choices fans were able to vote on at www.kayfabecommentaries.com for their new DVD series Wrestling’s Most…which the debut is covering Controversial Moment.
Kayfabe Commentaries chose the following people to comment on how the fans voted: former WWE superstar Billy Gunn, former ECW star Danny Doring, Doink the Clown AKA Matt Bourne, former WWE Diva Maria Kanellis, legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter, former WWE superstar Honky Tonk Man, WWE Hall of Fame members Sunny & Road Warrior Animal, the Masked Superstar, Barry Darsow AKA Demolition Smash, legendary Four Horsemen manager JJ Dillon & Chyna.
I apologize for this review so being short but I do not wish to give away the top 5 selected by you. Sean Oliver introduces each of the selections with some interesting graphics. Watch the DVD and come back and read this. Seriously I’ll wait I got nothing else to do. Done? Good. I will agree with choices #1 & 2 but the other three in this countdown could be interchanged with lots of other moments. Some reviews I have read praised this DVD for being a top 5 and sixty minutes long but I differ. I wish it had been a top 10 and maybe 2 hours long. I don’t know the reasoning behind a sixty minute format but Mr. Oliver on the Kayfabe Memories board said the pace was too fast for it to last longer than sixty minutes. Get this for a test drive and see if you might like the others in what looks to be another great series from Sean and Anthony.
Listed on the home site are the following upcoming releases: YouShoot 2.0 with Honky Tonk Man, YouShoot with Perry Saturn plus you can submit questions for YouShoot with Danny Doring at youshootdvd@gmail.com by June 30th. The Kayfabe Memories board lists Wrestling’s Most…Awful Angle as the next release in the series on September 20th.

forums.onlineworldofwrestling.com/showthread.php?16293-15-Years-Today-Hulk-Hogan-Turns-Heel-The-Formation-of-the-New-World-Order&p=153492#post153492As the CM Punk bandwagon wet themselves over Punk's worked shoot promo from 2 weeks ago while applying acne cream and mascara to their faces, lip gloss to their lips and dressing up in their Vampire Diaries costumes to celebrate the final installment of the Harry Potter series, it was this very incident that really changed the course of professional wrestling and left a massive dent in the industry. 15 years ago today, Hulk Hogan revealed himself as the 3rd member of the invading outsiders contingent with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. As the CM bandwagon write their letters to GLAAD in secrecy, thanking the organization for protecting their rights to be not-so-straight edge, Hulk Hogan turned heel 15 years ago today, and the New World Order was formed! This hot, ground breaking trio turned wrestling upside down overnight. The lines between good and evil were blurred, and pro wrestling had become cool again. Let us celebrate by revisiting this ground breaking, historical landmark.
