I'm with Rob, I'm a wing nut. I'm not into the hotness so much as I like them sweet with some spice. B-Dubs (as it's called around here instead of BW3's) has a good selection for that. Hooters is also a good choice, love their Daytona sauce. To solve the bone problem mostly, I order drummies, breaded with the Daytona sauce on them.
It is a tough poll because I love burgers as well. One of the best burger places I've had is FuddRuckers...they have wild game burgers and different sizes up to like a pound! Plus they have a burger bar to dress the thing.
Toughest...Pol...Ever for sure.

We have Fuddruckers in Las Vegas. I ate at their location inside the Orleans and I agree it is very good. I actually like Fuddruckers better than the In N' Outs which are located throughout Las Vegas. Avarice, you also mentioned some good wings places too. We have Buffalo Wild Wings really close to the high school I teach at. On staff development days or half days for semester final exams when he get extended lunch periods, me and some members of my department often go there for lunch. Las Vegas also has Hooters. I went to the Hooters inside the Hooters Casino and I think they still sell their wings for 25 cents per wing after Midnight. But the best place to go for wings in Las Vegas is this place called the Stakeout. Located near UNLV, the Stakeout (with their 6 wings for $1.50 happy hour special on Saturdays though Thursdays- I ate there alot as a UNLV graduate student without much money) is a hole in the wall place that does not even have a website. But they have the best damn wings I have ever eaten. The owner is from Buffalo, so perhaps he learned something there about how to cook great wings?

Wings! My wife makes amazing wings. Chicagoland doesn't have the greatest wing places since its more of a pizza and dog town. There's a place in the northwest suburbs called Gators that has won top wings in Chicago quite a few years in a row now. It's pretty decent.

Mr. V, many Southern Californians would readily beat you senseless for saying anything is better than In N Out I agree though. Fuddruckers has excellent food every time I go there. Great choices, huge burgers, and lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. Plus, Fuddruckers sounds like a curse word, so the 11 year old in my brain thinks it's funny. Not a big fan of wings, though I enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings near us once in awhile...though I always get boneless wings, which are just essentially chicken nuggets anyway, but what do I know? I like BWW's choice of sauces, and I'm a big sucker for chipotle bbq flavor. I'd still rather have burgers though.

Great choices, huge burgers, and lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. well, I don't think "anything" is better than In N Out because it is really good, but there honestly are a few burger places I like better. Last weekend I went to the new 5 Guys that opened in Las Vegas and their burgers are awesome. I also like Tommy's alot too. There are some Tommy's in Las Vegas however I think they are all on the other side of town, but sometimes I stop at the Tommys in Barstow on the way home from PWG shows. Speaking of burgers, although I am not a big fan of Burger King (but I don't dislike it either,) sometime soon I am going to check out the new Whopper Bar at the Rio. From what I understand, the Whopper Bar is an upscale BK open 24 hours/day which serves alcohol and has a Whopper Topper station where you can select up to 20 some toppings. I think tomorrow I am going to PWG, but maybe I will go to the Whopper Bar next weekend.
